This case study investigates the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry area. Through in-depth analysis of policies, practices, challenges, strategies and impacts of K3 implementation, this research aims to provide comprehensive insight into the company's efforts to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for its workers. The research results show that PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry has adopted various comprehensive K3 policies and practices, including routine K3 training, work environment monitoring, and safety campaigns. However, several challenges such as employee resistance and complex working conditions remain obstacles in implementing K3. To overcome these challenges, the company has implemented proactive strategies, including increasing K3 communication and awareness, regular evaluation of working environment conditions, and active involvement of employees in efforts to prevent work-related accidents and diseases. The impact of implementing effective K3 policies at PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry includes reducing the number of work accidents, increasing productivity, and improving the company's image. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of best practices in K3 management in the industrial sector, as well as becoming a reference for other companies in their efforts to create a safe and healthy work environment.

Basically, minimizing fraud can be done by detecting fraud, but reducing fraud alone is not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to detect fraud. This article reviews research on factors that influence fraud detection, namely Audit Risk, Investigative Audit Techniques, Whistleblowing Systems. The purpose of this literature review is to develop hypotheses about the influence between variables for use in further research. The results of this literature research are that the science of Internal Control, Whistleblowing Systems, and internal audit have an influence on fraud prevention. This means that the better the knowledge of Audit Risk, Investigative Whistleblowing System Audit Techniques, that one has, the better the implementation in preventing fraud.

Community Service (PkM) Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) HKBP Nomensen University Medan is a service program carried out by a team of students and DPL lecturers with the title "Literacy and Numeracy Tutoring for Elementary and Middle School Level Children in Nagori Sihalpe Village, District. Haranggaol Horizon”. Implementation of literacy and numeracy guidance is a fundamental competency that has an important role in determining the quality of a nation. In the field of education, especially at the elementary and junior high school levels, literacy and numeracy competencies are made the focus of learning and set as competency standards that students must have. Literacy and numeracy can provide provisions for students to adapt to life outside the classroom. However, in fact, the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still low and education is also not as developed as it should be, so it is far behind other countries. Community Service (PkM) in Nagori village is carried out by providing tutoring activities to improve literacy and numeracy for elementary school and junior high school aged children in the area where students live.

 This research aims to protect, understand, and prevent problems with online transactions carried out on unofficial marketplace platforms. Many Indonesians still buy and sell online on platforms that do not have permits and are not intended for buying and selling. This often causes legal problems that harm consumers. Therefore, it is important to carry out this research so that the public can know about legal protection and the precautions that can be taken so that they do not become victims of this problem. This research will be conducted using normative legal research methods because the main data source for this research is the norms that apply in society, especially legal norms and court decisions. This research is new to other studies because there are recommendations regarding preventive measures that can be taken to avoid this problem, and there are also concrete case examples and court decisions that support the arguments of this research. The results of this research show that regulations related to consumer protection in the digital business era are specifically regulated by the ITE Law. Consumer protection in online transactions on unofficial platforms can also be based on the Consumer Protection Law. There are several ways to prevent problems from occurring in online transactions on unofficial platforms. One way is to recognize the characteristics of sellers who could be fraudulent. With this, it is hoped that the community will avoid this problem.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perlindungan hukum serta pencegahan terhadap permasalahan transaksi online yang dilakukan pada platform marketplace tidak resmi. Banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang masih melakukan jual beli online pada platform yang tidak memiliki izin dan memang tidak diperuntukkan untuk mengadakan jual-beli. Hal tersebut seringkali menyebabkan terjadinya permasalahan hukum yang merugikan konsumen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting dilakukan agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui perlindungan hukum serta pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan agar tidak menjadi korban dalam permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif karena sumber data utama penelitian ini adalah norma-norma yang berlaku di masyarakat, terutama norma hukum dan putusan pengadilan. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaharuan dari penelitian-penelitian lainnya karena dalam penelitian ini terdapat rekomendasi mengenai tindakan pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan agar bisa terhindar dari permasalahan ini, dan juga terdapat contoh kasus konkrit serta putusan pengadilan yang mendukung argumentasi penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah regulasi  terkait  perlindungan  konsumen di era bisnis  digital secara  khusus  diatur dengan UU ITE, selain itu perlindungan konsumen dalam transaksi online pada platform tidak resmi juga bisa menggunakan dasar UUPK. Terdapat beberapa cara untuk mencegah terjadinya permasalahan dalam transaksi online di platform tidak resmi. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengenali ciri-ciri penjual yang bisa saja merupakan penjual curang. Dengan ini diharapkan kepada masyarakat agar terhindar dari permasalahan ini.

The reality that occurs today, religious education has received less attention and is often criticized by the community because there are a number of students and graduates who are unable to read the Quran properly and correctly. One of the efforts to overcome this problem is to hold a Qur'an tahfidz program. Such is the close relationship between education and the Qur'an, it is impossible to reach the point when talking about education without the Qur'an This study aims to find out how the planning of the Qur'anic tahfidz value-added method and its implementation in SD Muhammad Al-Unaizy and  This researcher used qualitative research methods of description of learning tahfidz al-Qur'an. Based on the findings encountered by researchers in the field, it can then be concluded that SD Muhammad Al-Unaizy has a Quran tahfidz program planning and implementing the Qur'an tahfidz value-added program thoroughly according to the previously planned program.

This research aims to provide insight and knowledge for readers regarding Asset Forfeiture in banking on assets generated through Money Laundering Crimes and legal consequences on a legal relationship between banks and depositors on assets that are seized. The background in this research concerns the conception of Indonesia as a state of law in carrying out its role as a state through state representatives who have law enforcement status in carrying out the law enforcement process in money laundering cases, especially in carrying out a series of mechanisms to seize the assets of suspects or defendants in banking. The research method in this study uses normative research methods by analyzing the identification of problems outlined in this discussion with various laws and regulations related to this discussion and strengthened by literature data consisting of books and legal research journals. In the research in the first sub-chapter discussion analyzes and discusses asset forfeiture in banking for assets resulting from money laundering crimes by linking to the relevant laws and providing an explanation of the formal law in conducting asset forfeiture in banking. Then, in the second sub-chapter discussion discusses and analyzes the legal consequences of the legal relationship between banks and depositors on assets that are seized and indicated that the assets are generated through money laundering for the benefit of cases in the criminal justice process.

Introduction: third-trimester pregnant women at the Karangdoro Health Center in Semarang experience anxiety in facing labour. Stress due to anxiety about facing labour impacts the length of the labour process and the welfare of the fetus. Providing CIE can increase mothers' knowledge and reduce the appearance of psychosocial factors such as ignorance and lack of attention from health workers, which have a negative impact, so that pregnant women are better prepared and anxiety in facing childbirth can be minimized.
Objective: to determine the effectiveness of CIE preparation for delivery to reduce anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women facing labour.
Method: This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental type of research and a one-group pretest-post-test design.
Population: all third-trimester pregnant women at the Karangdoro Health Center Semarangfrom June to July 2023 with 62 respondents.
Sample: The sampling technique used accidental sampling and obtained a total sample of 54 respondents.
Results: The results of the study were that Communication Information Educational (CIE) for childbirth preparation was effective in reducing anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women facing labour with a value of 0.00 (<0.005), where every single delivery of CIE for childbirth preparation can make third-trimester pregnant women potentially 6,280 times more likely to experience a decrease in the level of anxiety in facing childbirth (Z = 6,280). Of the 54 respondents, 52 (96.3%) experienced a decrease in their level of anxiety, there were no (0%) respondents who experienced an increase in their level of anxiety, and there were 2 (3.7%) respondents with a constant level of anxiety.
