Membuktikan dampak Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Return On Asset, dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Kebijakan Dividen merupakan tujuan analisis ini diteliti. Sampel dari penelitian ini memakai entitas bisnis sektor financials di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022 yang mencakup seluruh kriteria. Metode yang dipakai ialah metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian data memakai analisis regresi linier multipel. Dari reaksi uji data yang dilakukan, memperlihatkan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ROA memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Akan tetapi leverage serta  free cash flow tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen

Background: Analysis of Radiation Exposure Levels in the Thyroid Area of ??Interventional Cardiology Doctors During Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Diagnostic Examinations in the Cath Lab Room at Dr Soedarso Pontianak Hospital, is research related to patient examinations in the Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Diagnostic Room. The main object in this research is the doctor who examines or treats patients in the room. Researchers wanted to see how many doses of radiation exposure were received by officers examining patients. Method: The research used in this research is quantitative methods. Quantitative research is research that emphasizes analysis on numerical data processed using statistical methods. Based on the type of research, this quantitative research leads to analytical (inferential) research, namely analyzing the relationship between variables by testing hypotheses. The object of focus in this research is an Interventional Cardiology doctor, using 30 patients who have received treatment from a doctor in the cath lab room then the data analysis process uses the measurement results from the pen dose, by conducting research for ten days from 10 August 2023 - 17 August 2023 Results: The results obtained from the average value of radiation dose exposure received by Dr. Interventional Cardiology in the Cath Lab Room at Dr. Soedarso Pontianak Hospital while examining 30 patients, were 0 Sv or the equivalent of 0.000 mSv. Based on these results, it was concluded that the PPE used in the cath lab room at Soedarso Regional Hospital was in accordance with applicable regulations.  Conclusion: Based on the data that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that the average value of radiation dose exposure received by Dr. Interventional Cardiology in the Cath Lab Room at Dr. Soedarso Pontianak Hospital while examining 30 patients, is 0 Sv, and is equivalent to 0.000 mSv. Based on the average value of the exposure dose received, which is 0 Sv, the PPE used can reduce the radiation exposure received by doctors. The personal protective equipment includes: Hat, Google Glasses, Thyroid, Apron and protective screen used in accordance with applicable regulations can reduce radiation exposure received by cardiology doctors in the cath lab room at Dr Soedarso Hospital Pontianak.
 
 

Adolescence is very important to pay attention to because it is a transition period between children and adults, where physically they will experience specific changes. Adolescents must receive balanced nutritional intake according to their needs in order to achieve optimal growth and development and avoid nutritional problems. Nutritional problems that can occur in adolescents are malnutrition, chronic lack of energy (KEK), obesity and anemia (Sandra, Ahmad, & Arinda, 2017). An imbalance between the intake of food consumed causes problems of undernutrition and overnutrition. Malnutrition in adolescents results in decreased body resistance to disease, increased disease rates, abnormal growth, low intelligence levels, low productivity and stunted growth of reproductive organs in adolescents (Nurfiriani & Ratih, 2023). The aim of this service activity is to increase teenagers' knowledge about the importance of nutrition for teenagers, to support the growth and development of teenagers, to prevent the risk of nutritional problems and non-communicable diseases, so it is necessary to carry out health promotion efforts in the form of providing health education and evaluations to increase knowledge about nutrition so that it can increase adolescent awareness in maintaining health.

Purpose: The main objective of this research is to develop a fall detection system and improve rapid emergency response or early warning systems for falls in the elderly.
Methods: In this research, the waterfall method was used for image analysis to detect falls with high accuracy. We also used Raspberry Pi 3, and OpenCV3 to set up a server to receive fall detection alerts and forward them to email.
Results: This system integrated a camera mounted on a Raspberry Pi 3 to continuously monitor the area captured by the camera. In the fall detection system, the results of testing with data showed that the system accuracy was 72.22%, sensitivity 72.72%, and error 27.77%.
Novelty: The approach this research adopted can be used in a variety of settings, including home healthcare, elderly care facilities, or places that require safety monitoring. With this system, we hope to improve rapid response in emergency situations, thereby protecting and improving the quality of life for people in need.

Smarthome adalah sebuah sistem yang telah direncanakan dan dikembangkan dengan tujuan menyederhanakan beragam proses yang terjadi di dalam rumah. Dalam konteks ini, salah satu aspek utama yang diterapkan di rumah pintar adalah pemantauan pencahayaan ruangan. Pencahayaan merupakan faktor kunci dalam kenyamanan dan fungsionalitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, peran lampu dalam lingkungan rumah sangat dibutuhkan. Seringkali penghuni rumah cenderung lalai dalam mematikan lampu ketika tidak digunakan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan peningkatan konsumsi energi yang tidak efisien dan pemborosan sumber daya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dibutuhkan teknologi yang mampu memantau dan mengendalikan pencahayaan secara otomatis. Pada penelitian ini, sebuah sistem pemantauan dan klasifikasi kondisi lampu dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode naïve bayes. Dataset yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 672 data latih dan 168 data uji. Pengujian dilakukan, dengan confusionmatrix, menghasilkan tingkat accuracy sebesar 98.71%, precision sebesar 98.16%, recall sebesar 98.42%, dan F-1 score sevesar 98.29%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode naïve bayes sangat efektif dalam sistem pemantauan dan klasifikasi kondisi lampu lampu pada ruangan.

Teacher performance according to Law Number 14 of 2005 includes the main activities of planning, learning, implementing, assessing learning outcomes, mentoring and training children as well as additional tasks related to the main activities in accordance with the main workload. Teacher performance influences student learning outcomes, with good teacher performance it should produce good quality students as well. Therefore, it is natural that teacher performance needs to be measured every period. The assessment certainly contains the main and additional tasks. Based on these problems, it is also necessary to improve the existing performance appraisal system. There needs to be an appropriate method to assist the teacher performance assessment process, one of which is the weighted method, namely simple additive weighting (SAW). Performance assessment every semester using the SAW method will be able to bridge the results of increasingly better teacher performance. The assessment is carried out on a weighted basis for each parameter. The final result is a ranking of the performance of all teachers in descending order

Perpustakaan sekolah dibangun oleh komponen sarana prasarana perpustakaan, pengelola peprustakaan dan kepala sekolah. Perpustakaan Sekolah Anak Terang Bethany Salatiga, membutuhkan sentuhan pengelolaan perpustakan secara profesional serta penerapan Teknologi Informasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan memberikan pelatihan klasifikasi pustaka dan pelatihan pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis Teknologi Informasi dengan penerapan SLiMS (Senayan Lybrary Management System). Hasil dari program ini Perpustakaan Sekolah Anak Terang Bethany Salatiga lebih mudah dalam penelusuran dan pengelolaan pustaka serta kemudahan anak-anak didik dalam mengakses buku-buku perpustakaan.

Abstrak Permasalahan sampah sudah menjadi permasalahan dunia, terutama sampah anorganik dan B3 yang tidak dapat diurai secara alami, sementara jumlah produksi sampah terus bertambah seiringdengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Dari data statistik Kabupaten Semarang jumlah sampah yang terangkut mulai tahun 2019 sebanyak : 220 487 M3, tahun 2020 : 247 095 M3 dan tahun 2021 : 280 859 M3, hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah sampah naik secara liner. Desa KebumenKecamatan Banyubiru Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan yang serupa dengan meningkatnya volume sampah rumah tangga berdampak pada lingkungan yang kurang sehat. Meskipun sudah ada bank sampah pada wilayah tersebut namun ada beberapa kendala yangdihadapi yaitu manajemen sampah, reduce, reuse dan recycle atau 3 R belum optimal. Program PKM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakan) Universitas Dian Nuswantor dengan penerapan manajemen sampah yang efektif dan efisien dengan metode FDG (Focus Group Discussion) dan Edukasi dan Pelatihan diharapkan sampah yang terdapat diwilyah tersebut diolah baik sehingga dapat meniminalkan dampak negatif sampah terhadap lingkungan hidup desa Kebumen dan dapatmenciptakan circular ekonomi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan taraf ekonomi masyarakat setempat Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Sampah, Manajemen, Taraf Hidup, Ekonomi

Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Putri merupakan sebuah lembaga  kesejahteraan sosial anak (LKSA) yang keberadaannya berlokasi di Jl. Srikandi V No. 61, kota Semarang. Panti asuhan melakukan pengasuhan kepada anak asuh yang jumlahnya cukup banyak. Dimana dalam keseharian anak asuh yang ada pada panti asuhan ini juga seringkali mengakses berbagai informasi secara digital. Informasi digital tidak semua yang tersedia dalam berbagai media seringkali tidak selalu memberikan sajian yang benar. Untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam mengakses informasi yang salah perlu adanya pelatihan literasi digital. Luaran pelatihan literasi digital ini adalah memberikan wawasan tentang informasi digital yang harus diakses secara bijak. Saat mendapatkan informasi maka perlu dilakukan penyaringan sebelum informasi tersebut bisa dibagi. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan mengadakan pertemuan secara langsung dengan anak asuh yang di LKSA Aisyiyah Putri Kota Semarang. Dalam pelatihan peserta diberikan wawasan tentang informasi dan bagaimana memvalidasi informasi tersebut dan diberikan pula contoh-contoh penyalahgunaan informasi yang ada pada dunia digital.
