This research aims in order to help teachers and students create an effective and current curriculum that includes strategic approaches, teaching methods, and descriptions of challenges and solutions in implementing language learning, the goal of this research is to explain an innovative approach to teaching English to non-native speakers of the language. Many researchers consider ChatGPT to be an interesting tool for improving students' language and knowledge skills, as well as their problem-solving and communication skills. The study discussed some perceptions of the merits of ChatGPT on English student with each representative answering or filling a questionnaire containing their views or responses to ChatGPT conversations using a quantitative descriptive method. It is hoped that the study can learn how English education students feel using small talk, whether it is having a good effect on their performance or whether it is adversely affecting their performance in college. The results of correlation analysis show patterns of relationships between different variables. There is no linear relationship between the level of agree and strongly disagree, but there is a strong and negative correlation between the level of disagree and strongly agree. meanwhile, a strong positive relationship was observed between neutral and strongly disagree levels.

The aim of this research is to observe the discipline management applied by teachers to shape the character of grade 1 students. The study was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in SDN Ciceri Indah for 2 days. The teacher applied good communication with the students' parents to discipline the students, and gave appropriate sanctions if the students misbehaved and did not follow the rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the use of multimedia technology regarding its effect on student learning motivation and teacher professionalism. The research method used in this study is library searching by searching for and collecting various other research sources to be studied in depth. The relationship between technological developments and the professionalism of a teacher provides a framework for understanding how important effective learning is in attracting students' interest in learning and understanding in the classroom. Technological developments in the form of using multimedia as a learning medium for students can be an effort to increase student learning motivation which in fact has a big influence on the professionalism of teaching staff. After using interactive multimedia, students' understanding increases. Students' motivation or enthusiasm for learning also increases so that the concepts of the learning material can be absorbed well.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), tingkat suku bunga, kupon, jatuh tempo dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap Yield To Maturity (YTM) Obligasi Pemerintah. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis obligasi pemerintah dengan kupon Fixed Rate (FR) dengan denominasi Rupiah 2018 – 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling purposive, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 23 obligasi seri FR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variable independent dengan dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa secara parsial PDB tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, suku bunga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, kupon berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, jatuh tempo tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap YTM.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance benefits and interpersonal communication on employee performance with career satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Batang Regency, totaling 114 employees. The number of samples taken in this study were all members of the population using the census method. The data processed after distributing the questionnaires were 101 bundles. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS.

Background : Spinal anesthesia is an anesthetic technique used to inhibit pain in some parts of the body. One of the complications that can occur is Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV). PONV can be caused by many factors, one of which is hypotension. Hypotension can lead to hypoxemia and hypoperfusion in the Chemoreceptor Trigger Zone (CTZ) as the center of vomiting stimulation. Objective : The study aimed to determine the relationship between hypotension and the incidence of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) in spinal anesthesia patients. Research Methods : This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all patients undergoing spinal anesthesia at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. Sampling in this study was to use the purposive sampling method of 53 samples and to use the chi square data analysis test. The research instrument used interviews and used observation sheets. Reseach Result : The most age of respondents in this study were 26-35 years old as many as 18 respondents (34.0%), the most gender was female 32 respondents (60.4%), and those who experienced hypotension were 29 respondents (54.7%) , while there were 30 respondents who experienced PONV (56,6%) .The results of the Chi-Square test to determine the relationship between hypotension and the incidence of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV) yielded a result of 0.000 (P <0.5). The majority of respondents who experienced hypotension were 24 people (45.3). Conclusion : here is a significant relationship between hypotension and the incidence of Post Operative Nausea and Vomiting (PONV).
