Abstrak:
BRI unit Banyuputih merupakan suatu jenis lembaga keuangan yang melaksanakan berbagai macam jasa, seperti tarik tunai transfer antar Bank dan memberikan modal untuk usaha kredit pinjaman, BRI unit Banyuputih Beralamat di Jl. Raya Pantura Banyuputih Batang Jawa Tengah.
Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih di berbagai bidang tanpa terkecuali di bidang elektronika, banyak peniliti yang membuat suatu alat untuk memudahkan dalam beraktifitas. Dalam melakukan sebuah aktivitas dalam perbankan seorang biasanya membutuhkan sebuah kursi atau tempat duduk untuk mengantri dalam bertransaksi, tetap terkadang nasabah masih sering lupa tentang menjaga jarak sebagai anjuran protokol kesehatan disaat pandemi saat ini dan terkadang harus diperingatkan oleh petugas untuk menjaga jarak Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi sekarang ini mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan dan sangat pesat. Teknologi yang canggih telah banyak ditemukan seiring dengan kebutuhan manusia yang semakin kompleks.
Berdasarkan Penelitin tersebut maka penulis memuat Rancang Bangun Alarm Kursi Antrian menggunakan Sensor HC-SR04 Pada Kantor BRI unit Banyuputih Untuk mematuhi protocol kesehatan dan menanggulagi pencegahan penyebaran covid 19 dengan cara duduk secara berjarak pada saat mengganti antrian

In general, the current safes lack a security system and are impractical in accessing them. Looking at the current conditions, most of them still use number combination security, such as the safe security system at Sandimedia, seeing the current situation, the owner of Sandimedia can open the safe, while employees often told to take the files that are in the safe and are often wrong in determining the combination of safe numbers. For the author, this method is less effective for emergency matters. The importance of making a safe opening system using RFID which aims to facilitate user access rights that do not need to rely on number combinations.This data collection method is carried out through several methods aimed at producing certain products and testing the effectiveness of these products. This method is applied to the research procedure into 5 stages (1) literature study, (2) problem analysis, (3) design and realization, (4) testing and measurement (5) discussion methodThe results of the implementation of a security system in safes using a microcontroller-based RFID, the authors can conclude that after system design and testing, it can be seen that RFID technology can be applied to safes as a security system and the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as a safe safe system runs in accordance with designs and programs that have been made

Abstrak:
Keputusan pembelian merupakan proses integrasi yang digunakan untuk mengkombinasikan pengetahuan untuk mengevaluasi dua atau lebih perilaku alternatif dan memilih satu di antaranya. Jika konsumen mempunyai pilihan antara melakukan pembelian dan tidak melakukan pembelian, maka kosumen tersebut berada dalam posisi untuk mengambil keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kuepasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey terhadap konsumen yang menggunakan jasa di Andhika Barokah Bengkel Semarang pada saat penelitian berlangsung dengan jumlah sebesar 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas, yaitu kualitas pelanggan (X1), harga (x2) dan kepuasan (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) secara parsial maupun stimultan (bersama-sama). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,708 yang artinya 70,8 persen variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kualitas pelanggan (X1), harga (x2) dan kepuasan (X3) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,2 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstrak:
Di Indonesia, virus corona menyebar dari Timur ke Barat. Keterlambatan penanganan pencegahan, sosialisasi, dan ketersediaan alat pelindung diri kepada masyarakat menjadi salah satu penyebab percepatan penyebaran virus corona. Distribusi terbanyak di kotabesar dengan tingkat mobilitas tinggi dan wilayah padat penduduk, seperti Surabaya. Salah satu langkah awal pencegahan adalah dengan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) seperti masker atau pelindung wajah. Dusun Tegalsari merupakan dusun pinggiran Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang termasuk sulit dijangkau. Kegiatan ini bertujuan mengedukasi masyarakat untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona kepada warga di Tegalsari. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu survei, pengadaan alat pelindung diri secara langsung, dan penyuluhan kesehatan. Survei dilakukan berdasarkan koordinasi dengan kepala dusun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diawali dengan memberi edukasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat setempat. Selanjutnya, pembagian alat pelindung diri secara langsung diberikan kepada ketua rukun tetangga secara kolektif untuk masyarakat desa tegalsari. APD berupa masker diberikan kepada 145 kepala keluarga di Desa Tegalsari. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa edukasi kesehatan masyarakat sekitar dalam penerapan pola hidup bersih dan sehat, salah satunya adalah langkah-langkah mencuci tangan yang benar dan pentingnya menggunakan APD minimal masker ketika beraktifitas di luar rumah. Selain itu, menempelkan stiker pencegahan corona dan pengadaan tempat cuci tangan yang diletakkan di tempat-tempat strategis.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine Total Quality Management, reward systems, and performance measurement systems as factor on the performance of employees of PT. Sakti Indonesia Certification. Using quantitative with questionnaire to be analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that all factor has positive impact but TQM and measurement systems has not significant effect while the reward system has significant effect on employees performance. For future can expand the scope of research, so that researchers' results are more likely to be concluded in general. And also in order to use research objects other than service companies that have more samples

Abstrak:
The institutions or organizations wanted to get their employee’s work satisfaction at the highest level so that it would make a good impact on the result and goals themselves. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of salary, remuneration, and training on the job satisfaction of non-public employees at the head office of Universitas Brawijaya during the pandemic. This research method was a quantitative approach with number sample of this study was 53 respondents to non-public employees using the non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling, the analysis used multiple linear analysis techniques. The result showed that salary (X1) and remuneration (X2) have the most significant effect, but it’s opposite to the training (X3). In conclusion, the three points above give simultaneous effect to the non-public employees’ satisfaction

Abstrak:
The climatic chamber is a calibration medium for the thermohygrometer. This simple climatic chamber was built using the Arduino uno, DHT22 sensor, heater, and peltier. The climatic chamber was designed and manufactured well and cheaply. Climatic chamber testing of the design results is carried out to determine the success rate of the tool. Tests are carried out using the Madgetech data logger tool through monitoring or monitoring of temperature within a certain period of time. The results of temperature monitoring at two observed values, namely temperatures of 250C to 300C and temperatures of 300C to 350C, showed good results with the corresponding rhythm of temperature increase and temperature decrease. It's just that the decrease in temperature still takes longer than the increase in temperature. This shows that the heater can be said to be working optimally and the peltier is not fully working. So it is necessary to do further studies related to the peltier for the climatic chamber both in terms of number and characteristics.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection of well-known brands. The use of well-known brands at this time has begun to flourish, this is because it promises great benefits to be obtained when using well-known brands rather than using their own brands. Many manufacturers have got around to combining original branded goods with pirated ones, because the pirated is physically similar to the original. In this articlethat what determines a brand is the community because it is the public who knows that a brand is worthy of being famous. So, one way is through Preventive and Repressive Protection in accordance with Law 20 of 2016, there is a need for amendments toa definite measure for the Judge to determine the criteria for a famous mark and also provide criteria that can distinguish the similarity in essence from the overall equation and the philosophical requirements of a brand.

<p><em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this research is to design and implement an automatic acrylic carving and cutting tool using a microcontroller-based 3-axis CNC machine. Computer Numerical Control (CNC) is a machine technology that is operated automatically to support the demand for a product that has a complex shape and high accuracy. In general, the construction of a 3-axis CNC machine and its working system is synchronization between the computer and its mechanics. This tool has a work process by utilizing the G-Code method as a command on the machine to carry out engraving and cutting automatically. The G-code was obtained from a previously designed image and then converted using the Aspire 9.0 software. Engraving and cutting is done by sending the G-code file to the microcontroller via the Universal G-code Sender software, then the microcontroller sends a signal to drive the motor driver which then drives the stepper motor so that the actuator movement is generated according to the image in the G-code file. Simultaneously the spindle motor will be active to engrave or cut acrylic. In this study, a trial scenario was carried out to determine the precision and accuracy of the tool, namely by engraving and cutting flat shapes such as squares, circles, triangles and segments. The percentage of success generated from this tool is 97,08% to 100%. Furthermore, testing is carried out to make products in the form of engraving writing, logos and calligraphy. Apart from that, we also tested cutting letters and key chains. When the test is carried out, the accuracy level is 1mm. </span></em></p>

<p class="IndexTerms">Along with the development of the times the need for electrical energy is increasing. PT. PLN (Persero) as a company that supplies electrical energy must be able to meet the needs of electrical energy to run a business to supply electric power in an even amount to meet the needs of the household, industrial, social and business sectors.. The purpose of this research to determine how much the growth of electrical loads in 2020 to 2025 at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Juwana. To find out the amount of increase in electrical energy required. Electrical data used data for 8 years, from 2012 to 2019. The results of this study are in the form of an estimate of the use and need for load electrical energy load for the next 5 years, from 2020 to 2025, the data used are the number of subscribers, connected power, and the amount of energy using a simulated neural network with the method (radial basis function). the results of this study an increase per year an average of 1% per year. in 2019 the value is 1.07%, in 2020 it is 1.10%, 2021 is 1.21%, for 2022 it is 1.27%, 2023 is 1.28%, 2024 is 1.17% and 2025 is 1.31 %.</p>
