Service is a student learning process through various activities directly in the community, and students strive to be part of the community and are actively and creatively involved in the dynamics that occur in the community. The purpose of this service is to optimize the learning process in the community. The service method is carried out offline by providing teaching and guidance at SMPI and SMK Diyaaul Musthafa. The results of the service show that teaching activities are carried out by providing Civics material to Diyaaul Mustafa Vocational High School students while the guidance process is by providing ICT guidance to Diyaaul Mustafa Middle School students. The conclusion of the service activities is that the service runs according to schedule while the impact is the fulfillment of the educational process at the Islamic Junior High School and Diyaaul Mustafa Vocational High School.

Devotion is carried out by guiding early childhood to write Arabic, recognize numbers, recognize body parts and procedures for worship. The guidance method used for early childhood is the Offline method. Offline is a method of implementing work programs that are carried out offline where program implementers visit the location or object where a work program will be implemented. The implementation of the guidance program for early childhood education went well. Although there were several obstacles faced, support from various parties, especially from the institution itself, greatly helped the smooth implementation of the service program in Sumur Dalam hamlet. Education has a positive impact on both children.

Perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi komputer yang pesat membawa dampak positif bagi dunia pendidikan dan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan aspek penting dalam membangun sumber daya manusia yang handal dan berkualitas, teknologi informasi akan membawa perubahan yang berarti dalam hal sistem pendidikan yang akan dikembangkan. Komputer multimedia merupakan salah satu perkembangan dari teknologi komputer. Komputer multimedia memungkinkan penggabungan teks, suara, grafik, serta animasi untuk media penyampaian informasi yang lebih menarik dan memberikan pemakai untuk berinteraksi dengan program multimedia, sehingga dengan software tertentu, pemakai dapat melakukan eksperimen.
Masalah-masalah dalam proses pembelajaran seperti kejenuhan dan kurangnya semangat siswa, gangguan dalam kelas, serta perhatian siswa yang rendah karena mengantuk perlu segera diatasi. Salah satu solusi pemecahannya adalah dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran. Media animasi merupakan salah satu contoh pemanfaatan teknologi dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran sholat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan mempelajari animasi tuntunan Sholat akan lebih menarik perhatian siswa-siswi untuk memahami dan mempelajari tata cara sholat yang benar. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu program Animasi 2D Sholat dengan  Adobe Flash yang memiliki kemampuan memberikan gambaran tentang tata cara belajar shalat serta mengaplikasikan ilmu tersebut saat melaksanakan shalat.

The high level of poverty in Indonesia encourages the government and social institutions to seek to provide social assistance to the community in improving welfare, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the form of basic necessities, cash, and other forms of subsidies. However, sometimes the distribution of social assistance is not well-targeted so that some people should receive the assistance but are not touched at all. Then the data obtained are also still manual so it takes time in making decisions. Therefore we need a method that can assist in making decisions quickly with the help of computers. One of the methods used in making these decisions is the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) which is widely used for solving decision-making problems with many criteria. Fuzzy AHP itself is a combination of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and fuzzy theory. In this study, several criteria were determined in the selection of recipients of social assistance, namely employment, expenditure, clothing, food, and housing. Furthermore, the alternative recipients of social assistance that will be selected are compared based on predetermined criteria. The highest value which is the result of Fuzzy AHP calculations can be used as a recommendation for decision-makers in selecting social assistance recipients.

Peneliti ingin membuktikan rasio hutang, piutang, dan juga ukuran perusahaan kepada likuiditas serta dampaknya kurun waktu covid-19. Sampel dari riset ini memakai bidang Properti dan barang konsumsi yang listing dari triwulan terakhir 2019 hingga triwulan kedua 2020. Riset ini merupakan riset kuantitatif yang memakai data sekunder laporan triwulanan dari BEI. Adapun sistem pemilihan sampelnya metode yang dipergunakan ialah purposive sampling yang akhirnya didapat 105 sampel perusahaan, Sedangkan metodenya analisis regresi data panel. Dari analisa memperlihatkan kalau rasio hutang sangat berefek negatif kepada likuiditas sedangkan lainnya berdampak positif. Hal ini dikarenakan naik ataupun turunnya variabel itu tidak berpengaruh kepada tingkat likuiditas. Di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, tidak terjadi perbedaan hubungan diantara tiap-tiap variabel independen kepada likuiditas.Kata kunci: covid-19, rasio hutang, kinerja keuangan, likuiditas

The purpose of writing is to explain the implementation of Islamic da'wah in the millennial era. The writing method is descriptive qualitative type with a literature study approach. The results of the writing show that Islamic da'wah needs to be carried out by following the developments of the times and technology in this millennial era with the aim that da'wah actors are more up to date in utilizing millennial da'wah media to provide knowledge, understanding, and understanding of Islam to da'wah targets.

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menemukan dan mengembangkan teori pemidanaan dan meningkatkan profesionalitas hakim khususnya hakim tipikor dalam mengadili perkara-perkara pidana yang hukumnya tidak jelas atau hukumnya tidak lengkap dengan meningkatkan kemampuan hakim melakukan penemuan hukum. Pasal 18 ayat 1 huruf b UU Tipikor berupa pidana uang pengganti   merupakan kharakteristik sanksi pidana dalam perkara korupsi yang merupakan pidana tamabahan khusus yang bersifat sebagai hukum materiil yang belum diatur secara detiil penerapannya di dalam UU Tipikor dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP). Masalah yang timbul dari kenyataan tersebut   Seringkali penuntut umum dalam menagani perkara korupsi tidak mencantumkan pasal 18 UU Tipikor sehingga terjadi disparitas atau pertentangan putusan hakim berkaitan penjatuhan pidana uang pengganti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normative. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pidana uang pengganti berupa sanksi yang sudah diatur di dalam rumusan UU Tipikor sebagai hukum materiil yang tidak menjadi unsur dari rumusan delik tidaklah menjadi keharusan bagi penuntut umum untuk mencantumkannya di dalam surat dakwaan, terjadi kesalahan pemahaman oleh hakim yang memandang bahwa penjatuhan pidana uang pengganti tidak dapat dijatuhkan apabila pasal 18 UU Tipikor tidak dicantumkan di dalam dakwaan, dakwaan hanya wajib merumuskan unsur perbuatan pidana (delik) apabila rumusan delik telah terpenuhi maka hkim dapat menjatuhkan sanksi pidana kepada terdakwa sesuai jenis pidana yang telah diatur dalam UU Tipikor.
