Banyaknya orang yang terlibat dalam kasus narkoba dan terus meningkatnya kejahatan tersebut memerlukan perhatian yang serius dan komitmen bersama untuk  mencegah  dan  menghapusnya.  Salah  satu  upaya  penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkotika, antara lain dilakukan dengan menggunakan sanksi pidana berupa pidana penjara. Pada kenyataannya, sanksi pidana penjara bagi pengguna narkotika tidak cukup efektif, terbukti jumlah pengguna narkotika semakin  meningkat.  Menurut  Suriadi  Gunawan,  peraturan  perundangan yang  mengkriminalisasi  pecandu  narkotika  perlu  ditinjau  kembali  karena tidak  realistis,  contohnya,  dengan  mengkriminalisasikan  pecandu  terbukti tidak menurunkan kasus narkotika. Di Indonesia saat ini ada sekitar 1,5 juta pengguna narkotika, yang jika diproses hukum, penjara akan penuh, padahal jumlah kasus tidak menurun.
 
 

This research was aimed to develop CCU materials for students of English Department. This materials was hoped could support students needs and it cound be link and match with workforce and industry. So that the students can get the benefits maximally especially in understanding intercultural communication and communication skills in Cross Cultural Understanding course. This research applied research and development as explained by Thiagarajan (1974). He defined that Research and Development was a research method  which use 4D models those are Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. The research showed that in the define stage it was counducted need analysis towards 29 students by sharing questionnaires to know the indicator of learning objectives based on learning outcome. In the design stage,  the CCU materials contains 10 chapters, 170 pages. The next stage was development, it was aimed to produce a textbook which was based on students need and by using problem solving skills. There were two steps namely expert validation or judgement and product testing. After conducting the limited test and implementation of the product, then we come to the last stages that is disseminates. In this stage, researcher disseminate the product to the users of the textbook. Before that there were some steps which had been done, first contacting the publisher of the book to get ISBN. Then the second one was after getting ISBN the textbook was ready to be copied and shares to the users.
 

Situbondo Regency is one of the largest mango-producing areas in East Java. In fact, this fruit has become a regional superior commodity. The target partner of the service activity is the Makmur Jaya Farmer Group in Sopet Village, Jangkar District, Situbondo Regency. This farmer group consists of 25 farmers by doing mango farming on an area of ​​40 ha. Partner problems, namely the activity of recording data on farmer group members and their production results are still manual, making it difficult to use group reports. The purpose of this service is to provide alternative solutions in the form of a farming database application and assistance in using the application. Prosperous Jaya Farmers Group. The implementation of the service program involves lecturers who have multidisciplinary expertise, namely agribusiness and programmers. The results of the service include the creation of a business database application and assistance to partners. Assistance starts from group data entry until the data is ready to print out. This service program can increase the knowledge of farmer groups in recording member data and the production results of each member of the farmer group. The farming database application has been given to the group leader as the person in charge of group administration.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan hukum wanprestasi atas perbuatan debitur dan kekuatan eksekutorial terhadapan permohonan lelang eksekusi hak tanggungan oleh kreditur. Lelang eksekusi hak tanggungan lahir karena debitur melakukan wanprestasi terhadap suatu perjanjian dan dalam hal ini pihak kreditur berhak melakukan lelang eksekusi sebagai pemegang jaminan untuk mendapatkan kembali haknya. Lelang merupakan cara penyelesaian hak tanggungan dan merupakan cara terakhir yang dilakukan oleh kreditur, apabila cara-cara penyelesaian lainnya yang telah ditawarkan tidak ditanggapi oleh debitur. Sebelum melakukan lelang eksekusi, kreditur juga perlu melakukan negosiasi terlebih dahulu dengan debitur untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan cara yang terbaik untuk kedua belah pihak. Apabila masih belum menemuikan kesepakatan baru dilakukan lelang eksekusi hak tanggungan milik debitur. Penelitian ini   menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Perbedaan dengan penelitian terdahulu dengan penelitian ini ialah pada artikel ini membahas terkait kedudukan hukum wanprestasi dalam UUHT dan kekuatan eksekutorial terhadap permohonan lelang eksekusi hak tanggungan oleh kreditur atas debitur wanprestasi.  This paper aims to analyze the legal position of default on the actions of the debtor and the executive power of the application for the auction of mortgage execution by the creditor. A mortgage execution auction was born because the debtor defaulted on an agreement and in this case the creditor has the right to conduct an execution auction as a guarantee holder to get his rights back. Auction is a method of settlement of mortgage rights and is the last method carried out by the creditor if the other settlement methods that have been offered are not responded to by the debtor. Before conducting an execution auction, creditors also need to negotiate with the debtor to resolve the problem in the best way for both parties. If a new agreement is not found, an execution auction of the debtor's mortgage will be held. This research used normative juridical research methods. The difference between previous research with this research is that the following this article discusses the legal position of default in the UUHT and the executive power of the auction application for the execution of mortgage rights by the creditor on the defaulting debtor.

Pengelolaan sumber daya air untuk penyelenggaraan irigasi berkaitan dengan keberlangsungan sistem irigasi dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan yang terus meningkat. Untuk menjaga keberlangsungan sistem irigasi memerlukan biaya operasional untuk terus menjalankan  pengelolaan sumber daya air irigasi untuk mendukung kegiatan pengelolaan irigasi. Di desa Mulyorejo terdapat pengelolaan jasa irigasi pompa yang mengambil sumber air bengawan solo yang terletak tepat di utara desa Mulyorejo. Di dalam rumah pompa tersebut terdapat 2 pompa sentrifugal dengan merk torishima pump yang berkapasitas besar, saat ini pengguna jasa irigasi pompa hanya areal persawahan masyarakat desa Mulyorejo, Hasil dari penelitian kali ini adalah kebutuhan air areal persawahan 65 Ha desa Mulyorejo sebesar 1.012 m³/h, kapasitas pompa 1.102 m³/h, dan jam operasional pompa dalam satu kali musim panen 1.152 jam. Dan jumlah biaya operasional dalam satu kali musim panen sebesar Rp. 147.043.420 Dengan besarnya kapasitas pompa dan banyaknya ketersediaan air, perlu pengembangan luas areal persawahan yang teraliri jasa irigasi pompa, dengan membuka komunikasi ke petani di samping kiri ataupun kanan desa, guna memanfaatkan kelebihan air dari kapasitas pompa.</p>

The film "Dua Garis Biru" is a film that is popular in Indonesian society and impresses people because it creates controversy in its scenes. Bima and Dara are a teenage couple as the main characters of the film who have carried out activities beyond their limits as teenagers. The purpose of this study is to find out the description of teenage couples who have sex outside of marriage and face big problems involving Dara being pregnant and they must be responsible for what they experience with lots of opposition from the family, social background, and different ideologies. At first, they did not want to tell their parents about their condition because they were undergoing high school education. However, during school activities, Dara experienced pain and called her parents. From here, the peak of the problem occurred because of a dispute between the Bima family and Dara's family. This film educates young people about love, friendship, and family relationships in today's world. The film also teaches parents about sexual education, which sometimes parents are embarrassed to talk about with their children. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and content analysis techniques.

Promiscuity is not a new fenomena in social life, because the existance has been continued long in human being life at many places, whether in urban or rural area. From time to time, this promiscuity is more bloom carried out by young generation without shame and obeying the norms applied,  whether religion or social norms. Promiscuity is an action or attitude carried out by individual or groups without controlled and unlimited by the law regulations applied in social life. In daily understanding, promiscuity is identic with behavior can break the values arrangement in social. Promiscuity is social pathology fenomena on teengers are caused by a social abandoment form and result in deviant behavior. Among the promiscuity forms are carried out by young generation this time are the use of prohibited drugs, drinking liquor, free sex, brawl or fight, theft, etc. The occured of promiscuity in young generation circles mentioned is influenced by many factors. Among the factors influence the promiscuity in young generation circles are families and socials environment and the technology progress.Promiscuity in young generation circles is despicable action or deed which bring out the big loss, whether for the young generation selves or for other people. Therefore, Islam with Quran and Sunnah as the main sources prohibit or forbid on promiscuity such as done by many young generations this time. 

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, Dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa data dari berbagai sudut yang diperlukan untuk mencapai sebuah kesimpulan. Peneliti sudah menggumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan melalui panelis ahli dan tidak terlatih di Lab Organoleptik dengan kusioner yang sudah disiapkan. Kemudian data yang telah didapat di kumpulan serta di lakukan uji dan diambil kesimpulan dari segi rasa mendapatkan nilai sig 0,373,dari segi tekstur mendapatkan nilai 0,094 dan dari segi warna mendapatkan nilai sig 1,000. Hasil dari uji T yang di dapat adalah angka signifikan lebih besar dibandingkan 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan tekstur , rasa dan warna antara nugget perlakuan dengan nugget kontrol. Kesimpulan yang didapat melalui uji hedonik bahwa panelis lebih menyukai nugget bengkuang dibandingkan nugget daging ayam dari segi tekstur, Sedangkan dari segi rasa nugget daging ayam lebih disukai dibandingkan nugget bengkuang. Dari segi warna keduanya memiliki nilai yang sama.

Kecurangan ialah suatu aksi kecerobohan yang disengaja berakibat pada kerugaian buat banyak pihak dan butuh atensi spesial oleh auditor independen. Tujuan dari penyusunan ini ialah guna menganalisa faktor- faktor pada Fraud Pentagon Theory apakah terdapat pengaruhnya terhadap Fraudulent Financial Reporting alias Kecurangan Pelaporan Keuangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni data sekunder yang bersumber dari media elektronik maupun media cetak dengan memakai metode dokumentasi yang penggunaanya berasal dari dokumen yang telah ada dan metode kepustakaan( Library Research) yang diperoleh dengan metode melalui jurnal, internet, dan yang lain sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini bersumber pada teori serta penelitian sebelumnya mendapati jika faktor- faktor yang ada pada Fraud Pentagon Theory berpengaruh positif terhadap Fraudulent Financial Reporting alias Kecurangan Pelaporan Keuangan.

Du'uman is one of the hamlets that has problems, including: many people get sick and die from the corona virus, frequent early marriages that cause teenagers to lose hope to continue their education to a higher level, as well as the decline in religious activities, public activities, and lack of community solidarity values. So this service program is carried out with vaccination counseling and health protocols as well as early marriage counseling. This counseling is carried out offline, namely face to face directly on the target object. In vaccination counseling carried out by the seminar method, early marriage counseling by the lecture method. The implementation of the extension program went well, although there were several obstacles faced. Support from various parties, especially from the community itself is very helpful in the smooth implementation of this outreach program. Counseling has a positive impact on society.
