This study aims to analyze financial management at SMA Kristen Setia Budi Malang and assess whether financial management standards can improve school performance based on the implementation of financing standards set by the government in Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005 and Permendiknas No. 69 of 2009. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through observations, interviews, and school financial documentation. The analysis is carried out by reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions from the data obtained. The results of the study show that SMA Kristen Setia Budi has tried to implement financial management standards in accordance with government regulations, including in budget planning, transparency, and financial accountability. However, there are still several obstacles in meeting financing standards caused by limited resources and financial support. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of financial management standards contributes positively to school performance, especially in operational effectiveness and financial transparency. Therefore, it is recommended that schools increase the diversification of funding sources, strengthen partnerships with the business world, and increase community involvement in supporting education financing.

Mother's Milk (breast milk) exclusive breastfeeding was only in babies starting at the age of 0 to 6 months. When mothers don't know how to manage their lactation, it can stop them from breastfeeding their babies properly. The goal of this study is to find out what happens when people learn how to breastfeed and how that changes the practice of exclusively breastfeeding in first-time moms. The quasi-approach and experimental pre-post strategy are used in this study. Mothers who had their first child at the Bangetayu health center made up the sample, which was made up of 50 people chosen at random from the whole population. Questionnaires filled out before and after the activity were used to collect data. The 50 people who filled out the Wilcoxon test showed that mothers' knowledge, attitudes, and skills were different before and after education. The p value of 0.001 (p value <0.05) means that mothers' knowledge, attitudes, and skills on exclusive breastfeeding were different before and after education. Lactation instruction had an effect on the practice of nursing exclusively for the first six months after giving birth.

Early reading ability is a basic skill that is important to be mastered by early grade students as a foundation for learning at a higher level. However, based on observations in class 1B of SD Negeri 104202 Bandar Setia Village, it was found that many students had difficulty in early reading, such as recognizing letters, combining letters into words, and understanding the meaning of simple words. This study aims to improve students' early reading ability through the use of picture media. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 29 students of class 1B of SD Negeri 104202 Bandar Setia Village. This study was conducted at SD Negeri 104202 Bandar Setia Village on Jl. Terusan Dusun V, Bandar Khalifah, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. Data were collected through observation, reading ability test results, and documentation. The results showed that the use of picture media significantly improved students' early reading ability. The improvement is seen from the results of the reading ability test, active student participation during learning, and increased student interest in learning. This can be seen from the results of the assessment carried out starting from the pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The use of visual media to improve Indonesian literacy in elementary schools can improve achievement, ability, and improve student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 104202 Bandar Setia Village. Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Financial Accounting Standards (FAS) on the quality of financial statements in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. Quality financial reports are very important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.
