This study examines the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Maluku Province. Motivation and job satisfaction are critical factors that drive employee productivity and create a conducive work environment. Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.

This study aims to examine the implementation of competency-based human resource management (HR) in improving employee professionalism at Devos Jok, an SME engaged in the automotive interior manufacturing sector. A descriptive qualitative approach is used to explore in depth the HR practices carried out, the challenges faced, and the impact on employee work quality. The results of the study indicate that the transformation of the HR system from an administrative pattern to a competency-based one has made a significant contribution to improving individual and organizational performance. The strategies implemented include competency-based recruitment, ongoing training, flexible payroll systems, and adaptation to digital platforms. However, challenges remain, especially in overcoming resistance to change and limited training resources. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a competency-based SME HR system in the context of today's creative and digital industries.

Youth is the driving force of all civilizations born in the culture of society. The state of maturity affects the mindset and behavior. Sensitivity is very high in sniffing out various problems of the surrounding reality. The effectiveness of this sense is what drives the sensitivity to make changes to overcome various conditions. Based on this phenomenon, researchers use Benedict Anderson's Imagined Communities as a tool for analysis. Anderson said that collective imagination or imagination will bring into a shared awareness. In addition, youth are the driving force, because they have the opportunity to change the conditions of their society. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. This is in line with the analysis that seeks to describe and explain the reality that exists within a scope of society.

Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) is a strategic platform for youth development. However, the Syarhil Qur’an branch remains under-researched regarding its role in enhancing da’wah capacity among young people. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Syarhil Qur’an in shaping young preachers grounded in Qur’anic values. Using a qualitative and phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the strategic role of Syarhil Qur’an in youth preacher development lies in its ability to integrate Qur’anic text mastery, thematic interpretation, and rhetorical skills in delivering contextual and relevant da’wah messages. The training process is carried out systematically through teamwork, in-depth understanding of verses, public speaking exercises, and the formation of Qur’anic leadership and spiritual character. The positive impact of Syarhil Qur’an optimization is reflected in increased self-confidence, critical thinking skills, and adaptability to social issues and digital developments. Recommendations for developing Syarhil Qur’an include curriculum reform based on contemporary issues, integrating digital media in training, enhancing trainer professionalism, and forming alumni communities as part of a sustainable da’wah ecosystem. Syarhil Qur’an cultivates young Qur’anic preachers who are communicative, critical, contextual, and prepared to face the challenges of modern da’wah.

Product Variants are one of several important aspects that manufacturers need to consider when making a product, because product variants play a role in providing a choice for consumers, product variants mean that each product produced by the company has various styles or categories. Product diversity is assessed based on two factors: product line diversity and differences in packaging size. Product line diversity indicates differences in characteristics such as brands, flavors, or ingredients. Packaging size diversity refers to differences in the amount found in a package. This study was conducted using a literature review method that analyzed various related sources. The results obtained from this study indicate that product variants have a positive and significant influence on food purchasing decision making.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko operasional yang timbul akibat ketidaktuntasan pekerjaan oleh karyawan di PT X, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Permasalahan ini bermula ketika beberapa pegawai diketahui tidak menyelesaikan pekerjaan sejak Oktober hingga April dan mengundurkan diri tanpa tanggung jawab, sehingga menimbulkan beban kerja yang menumpuk dan berdampak pada terganggunya alur operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada pihak-pihak terkait, seperti atasan, staf administrasi, dan teknisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidaktuntasan pekerjaan berdampak langsung pada penurunan efisiensi kerja, peningkatan beban lembur, serta kerugian finansial akibat keterlambatan penagihan jasa. Permasalahan ini diperparah oleh lemahnya sistem monitoring dan tidak adanya evaluasi kinerja secara berkala. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya evaluasi progres kerja, pembentukan sistem pengawasan internal yang ketat, serta pelatihan manajemen risiko bagi karyawan. Diharapkan temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam penguatan sistem manajemen risiko operasional di perusahaan.

Mental health is a crucial aspect of life. Humans live not only by maintaining their physical health but also by taking care of their mental well-being. Mental health can be influenced by various factors, one of which is religion. In this regard, religion plays a significant role in maintaining a person's mental health. This study was conducted to examine the role of religion in human mental health. The research used a qualitative approach with a literature study method. A literature study is a method that relies on secondary data sources from various existing scientific references, conducted by reading books, journals, or articles with relevant topics to be analyzed and explored further. This study found several important roles of religious psychology in shaping mental health, along with its various functions.

Laboratories play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety, with approximately 80–90% of clinical diagnoses relying on laboratory test results. Despite their importance, laboratory errors are reported to occur in about 0.012% to 0.6% of all tests conducted. Patient safety is fundamentally a managerial responsibility that can be improved through the implementation of robust systems aimed at detecting and addressing quality deficiencies. A reactive approach to this involves incident reporting followed by root cause analysis, which helps uncover and rectify weaknesses in existing policies and procedures. Alternatively, a proactive strategy such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) focuses on evaluating the entire testing process, anticipating potential adverse events, and taking preventive measures before such issues arise. This method is particularly effective for prospective risk assessment in high-risk procedures, thereby minimizing the likelihood of errors within laboratories and other areas of patient care.

Mycobacterium Bovis is a serious infection that affects cattle and has ramifications for human health, especially in areas where close contact between humans and animals is widespread and pasteurization of dairy products is not widely used. The purpose of this work is to identify risk factors connected with M. bovis infection, estimate the prevalence of the disease in east Darfur State, and underline the main aspects of the disease. The study included a total sample size of 100 cows milk collected from different localities of East Darfur State in Sudan ( Abu Matarq 21.1%, Yaseen 15.3%,El-Daein 22.1%, Abu Karinka 6.8% and Assalaya 5.1% ) this study estimated that 25% of the collected raw milk specimen was positive for mycobacterium. The incidence of Mycobacterium Bovis in Sudan is the result of a complex interaction of cattle management techniques, environmental conditions, and public health initiatives. While there is increased knowledge of the disease and efforts to control it, obstacles such as limited resources, cultural customs, and environmental stressors continue to impact its tendencies.
 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan multidimensional yang diterapkan oleh Inspektorat dalam melakukan riviu laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah, dengan fokus pada integrasi perspektif risiko sistematik dan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi global. Melalui metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa pemerintah daerah, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendekatan tersebut mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan internal, mendorong transparansi, serta memperkuat akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan publik. Integrasi antara pemetaan risiko dan kepatuhan standar akuntansi memungkinkan Inspektorat untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penyimpangan secara lebih dini dan memberikan rekomendasi yang strategis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan multidimensional dapat menjadi strategi adaptif yang relevan dalam merespons kompleksitas pengelolaan keuangan di era modern, sekaligus mendukung reformasi birokrasi dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik.
