ABSTRACT
The policy of physical distancing during the pandemic requires adjustments to various government services, including passport processing services at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Guangzhou, People's Republic of China. The queuing policy for passport applications needs to be changed from previously gathering in the waiting room to being scheduled to minimize crowds. Verification of the required documents previously carried out at the time of application should be carried out before the applicant arrives to reduce the duration of the physical meeting. For this reason, it is necessary to create an application that allows service applicants to register online, verify their documents, and obtain schedules and queue numbers. Thus, the applicant only needs to come to take a passport photo, which must be done in person. In addition to making it easier for applicants, this application is also expected to make it easier for immigration officers to manage applicant data. This app can be accessed via a web browser on any device.

ABSTRAK
Kebijakan pembatasan fisik di masa pandemi mengharuskan adanya penyesuaian berbagai layanan pemerintahan tak terkecuali layanan pengurusan paspor di Konsulat Jenderal Republik Indonesia di Guangzhou, Republik Rakyat Tiongkok. Kebijakan antrian permohonan paspor perlu diubah dari yang sebelumnya berkumpul di ruang tunggu menjadi terjadwal untuk meminimalisir adanya kerumunan. Verisikasi dokume persyaratan yang sebelumnya dilakukan saat pengajuan seharusnya dapat dilakukan sebelum pemohon datang untuk mengurangi durasi pertemuan fisik. Untuk itu perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang memungkinkan pemohon layanan bisa melakukan pendaftaran secara daring, diverifikasi dokumennya, serta mendapatkan jadwal dan nomor antrian. Dengan demikian pemohon hanya perlu datang untuk melakukan foto paspor saja yang memang harus dilakukan secara langsung. Selain memudahkan pemohon, aplikasi ini juga diharapkan memudahkan petugas imigrasi dalam mengelola data pemohon. Aplikasi ini dapat diakses melalui perambah web di perangkat apa saja.

Abstrak:
The E-Campus system is a website-based application to manage academic activities at an educational institution. Nahdlatul Ulama University of Indonesia (UNUSIA) is one of the educational institutions that has implemented this system to support the learning process for students, lecturers, and teaching staffs. The UNUSIA E-Campus system (https://ecampus.unusia.ac.id) has an important role in the teaching and learning process, especially during the current pandemic. The system must be of high quality to ensure that services and information provided are in accordance with users needs and to measure users satisfaction by assessing the quality of the system from different variables. The measurement of users satisfaction is influenced by the usability of the UNUSIA E-Campus system. Usability is done to measure user satisfaction by assessing the quality of the system from various variables. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students, lecturers, and teaching staff in UNUSIA. The results showed that content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness on the usability of the system had a significant effect on user satisfaction at the UNUSIA E-Campus.

Abstrak:
Masalah yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah masalah variabel motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi perusahaan diperusahaan CV.Anugerah Mitra Kontruksi Kabupaten Kediri sebanyak 35 orang, yang dijadikan sampel 34 orang tanpa menyertakan 1 orang yang bertindak sebagai direktur, Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis parsial diuji dengan uji t sedangkan hipotesis simultan diuji dengan uji F.Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh regresi sebesar Y = 13,979 + β 1 0,815 + β 2 4,074 - β 3 4,293 + 0 Dengan hasil ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,017 < 0,05. Kompensasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,011 < 0,05. Secara simultan motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine: 1) How pessimistic students are, 2) How is the process of Islamic guidance in dealing with students' pessimism and 3) How is the impact of Islamic guidance on students' pessimism. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that 1) Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Rampak Sana Laok Waru Pamekasan showed several characteristics of pessimism experienced by students including being unusually loud in front of many people, lack of socializing with other friends and lack of self-confidence possessed by students .2) The process of providing Islamic guidance is carried out in groups and sanctions are held for students who cannot change their pessimistic nature. 3) The process of providing Islamic guidance in the village of Sana Laok can actually change the character of students who initially have a pessimistic nature to become more optimistic and start trying to have high self-confidence.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode debat dan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas V SD N Kecipir 01 Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk metode debat dan media audio visual dilakukan dengan tes berupa tes lisan yang terdiri dari pretest dan posttest. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 siswa tetapi dibagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah siswa n sebanyak 24 siswa setiap kelas. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dari hasil uji t dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16, f signifikansi s < 0,05, dari hasil perhitungan diketahui signifikansi s 0,001 < 0,05 maka t dapat dikatakan ada pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga variabel metode debat dan media audio visual berpengaruh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh metode debat dan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas V SD N Kecipir 01 Brebes.

Abstrak:
This research is based on the many types of student writing errors and the inability to distinguish letters in 1st grade at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ikhsan in Baleraja Village, Pilangsari Kasun. The purpose of this research was to improve children's ability to recognize letters of the alphabet by employing the use of media. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) involving 13 students from Madrasah Ibtaaiyah Nurul Ikhsan, Class I. This study's instrument is an observation guide, and its technique is a descriptive quantitative approach. Using the KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) medium appears to improve the capacity to recognize alphabetic letters, as demonstrated by the study's findings. The results of the observation activity (pre-cycle) yielded a percentage of 7.7%, the results of the first cycle (pretest) yielded a percentage of 23.1%, and the results of the second cycle (posttest) yielded a larger percentage that met the criteria for developing as expected and exceedingly well, namely 53.8%. The ability of grade I (one) students of Madrasah Ibtaiyah Nurul Ikhsan to recognize the letters of the alphabet can thus be enhanced by employing KARSUN (arrangement-based cartoon) media.

Abstrak:
Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment.
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources.
The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum,
c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Aviation Security (Avsec) menurut Peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara adalah petugas keamanan yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga dan menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di seluruh area Bandar Udara, perlindungan terhadap awak pesawat udara, para penumpang, petugas di darat, masyarakat dan instansi yang berada di Bandar Udara agar terhindar dari tindakan melawan hukum dan memenuhi standar peraturan yang ada di penerbangan baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, sistem kerja unit Aviation Security dan peralatan pendukung yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengawasan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan atau pengamatan di unit Aviation Security.Wawancara dalam penelitian ini adalah para personel unit Aviation SecurityBandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende. Dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data SOP Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende, Airport Security Programe, SOP Pengamanan Bandar Udara, SOP Patroli Bandar Udara, SOP Acces Control dan foto kejadian yang ditemukan di unit Aviation Security Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende oleh unit Aviation Security telah menjalankan tanggung jawab terhadap keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di semua area Bandar Udara dengan mengacu kepada standard operating procedure maupun regulasi Nasional. Dalam melakukan pengawasan unit Aviation security juga dibantu oleh unit terkait seperti KKP, Bangland dan Apron Movement Control sehingga dapat terciptanya situasi penerbangan yang aman, nayaman dan efisien. Sistem kerja di unit Aviation Security dilakukan secara bergilir dengan jam yang berbeda, terdiri dari shift pagi, shift siang dan shift malam. Peralatan pendukung personel Aviation Security melaksanakan tugasnya adalah Hand Health Metal Detector, Walk Through Metal Detector, Mesin X-Ray, Explosive Detector, Kendaraan Patroli, CCTV, HT, dan Kotak Prohibited Item.

Preventive efforts are efforts made by a person or agency in fixing existing problems through a prsikis approach. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before and during the divorce process to prevent divorce. The research was conducted qualitatively through a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and observation. The validity of the data by triangulation techniques and sources.
The results showed: (1) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office before the divorce process took place, namely: first with premarital guidance to prevent problems in the household. Second, with guidance after the marriage contract by giving advice or spiritual showers about marriage. Third, with the guidance of the Sakinah family. (2) The efforts of the Waru Pamekasan Religious Affairs Office at the time of the divorce process are: first, to approach the husband and wife in a family manner. Second, give advice to prevent divorce. Third, providing guidance, both individually and in groups through conversations to reveal the problems faced.
