Selain itu produk dan cara promosi yang ditawarkanpun hanya nampak sederhana terkesan kurang menarik serta kurang mencuri perhatian dan terlihat alakadarnya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian kegiatan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang meningkatkan marketing dengan desain flyer menggunakan aplikasi canva sebagai sarana pemasaran yang mencuri perhatian. Hasil desain flyer ini nantinya akan diterapkan pada sosial media menggunakan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini juga akan meningkatkan nilai tambah produk hasil dengan cara desain pengemasan ulang dalam bentuk yang lebih baik dan lebih menarik. The purpose of this community service is to provide counseling and training in making multimedia-based learning media as a good online digital-based learning tool, understand the manufacture of multimedia-based learning media, be able to apply the knowledge gained and be involved in managing multimedia-based learning for MTs teachers and MA Nuril Huda Grobokan.

This community service activity aims to grow the economy of the people of Pasir Village through developing the village's creative economy by increasing the value of corn which is the main commodity of Pasir Village into processed products that are more valuable, namely corn tortilla chips which can be marketed to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad. The method used is to conduct training on tortilla production and business managerial processes starting from operations, marketing, financial management as well as monitoring and business assistance. The results achieved from this service activity are the formation of assisted business groups that have been able to independently produce corn tortilla chips which are marketed offline and online through social media and marketplaces. This service activity is expected to be able to develop this corn tortilla product to become a superior product of Pasir Village which has a higher economic value than ordinary corn products and has an effect on creative economic growth and an increase in the income of the people of Pasir Village in a sustainable manner.

This research serves the virtual Synchronous Generator finding and oversight building of the Multi-port Autonomous Reconfigurable Solar (MARS) structure to bring backing to the alternating-curring network under various events on the network and presents a “model-based predictive control” (MBPC) oversight finding for the MARS structure to bring backing to the MARS structure alternating-curring network while the density innovation is recognized in the system. Community service activities carried out by the Pekanbaru LP3I Polytechnic service team were in the form of workshops with the theme of increasing understanding of Article 21 income tax calculations for students of SMK Ibnu Taimiyah Pekanbaru. Based on the information we got, there are still many people/taxpayers who do not understand how to calculate PPh 21 at least to calculate PPh 21 on their own income and from Ibn Taimiyah Vocational School students, the material they receive about PPh 21 at school is still not in detail, the discussion has not yet been reached. PPh 21 is owed to taxpayers, for that reason this socialization is carried out for SMK students majoring in Accounting which aims to make them understand the stages of calculating PPh 21. This socialization is about how to calculate PPh article 21 for taxpayers who are already working because the students of SMK Ibnu Taimiyah who majoring in Accounting does not rule out the possibility that upon graduating from school he immediately works in the Company as a financial staff or accounting staff who performs the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 for employees who work in the company or at least for the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on the income he receives ( himself) . With this workshop, it was hoped that the participants will have knowledge, understanding and be able to calculate Income Tax Article 21 starting from the calculation of gross income, net income,  non-taxable income and calculating income tax payable based on a predetermined tax rate.

Desa Tambong merupakan salah satu desa wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Kabat, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Kebutuhan akan gambar bangunan dalam proses pembangunan sangatlah penting bagi desa khususnya perencanaan balai desa tambong. Tidak adanya gambar existing dan gambar rencana balai desa mengakibatkan terkendalanya prioritas pembangunan di balai desa tambong yang akan dilaksanakan di tahun berikutnya. Maka dari itu penting sekali pendampingan untuk pembuatan gambar existing dan rencana pengembangan balai desa demi melengkapi dokumen perencanaan masterplan balai desa tambong yang berupa Detailed Engineering Design (DED).  Dengan  tidak adanya tenaga ahli dari mitra Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa yang membidangi untuk melengkapi DED, maka penting sekali peran dari institusi khususnya Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi untuk mendampingi dalam pembuatan dokumen gambar sebagai upaya pengabdian yang outputnya dapat dimanfaatkan di kemudian hari. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu melengkapi dokumen gambar existing dan gambar rencana balai desa tambong. Dan tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu survei pendahuluan, melakukan pengukuran tapak bangunan existing, membuat gambar existing balai desa, membuat desain rencana yang dengan konsep berwawasan lingkungan berkearifan lokal. Kemudian dari hasil pendampingan didapatkan konsep desain balai desa yang seperti khas rumah osing tikel balung banyuwangi dengan penambahan material alam kayu sebagai kisi-kisi. Selain itu juga ditambah dengan ornamen batik “Gajah Oling” ciri khas batik banyuwangi.

The aim of the research is to find out the work of the state civil apparatus (BPKAD), namely the qualitative method is a methodology that uses content analysis, which requires the transmission of steps in writing to achieve goals and information that is complete and objective, and has certain ways and methods according to the problem. faced. This type of research is direct research and library research. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees who have performed well at the Regional Office of the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province can improve this good performance to also create good jobs that advance positions according to the key indicators of current North Sumatra Province BPKAD employees .And already in good improvement efforts it can be seen that the ability to use working time effectively, the quality of work carried out and employee responsibilities are good. This is because the Regional Economic Development Board administrators are able to communicate with their staff to improve service quality and provide good facilities and infrastructure ideal for advancing the development of the Second sector in the province of North Sumatra and achieving these development goals.

This age period is a group that is prone to drug abuse because of the desire to do experiment, seek identity, seek recognition and lifestyle. The counseling aims to provide knowledge and understanding about the disadvantages of drug abuse, the impact of drug abuse and the legal impact of drug abuse. This counseling is important as a preventive effort to overcome the danger of drugs. Hopefully, the youth generation will be more interested to find out what drugs are and examine the pros and cons without having to try and learn from other’s experience.

Perancangan identitas visual brand Terminal Dungingi adalah sebagai representasi visual dari nilai – nilai kepribadian brand termasuk mempromosikan tujuan perusahaan. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana merancang identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi yang efektif sehingga memiliki identitas yang tepat sebagai terminal angkutan penumpang di kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian perancangan identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi sebagai upaya untuk membangun identitas dan citra terminal Dungingi dengan mengoptimalkan unsur dan potensi yang ada melalui media komunikasi visual yang menarik, efektif dan komunikatif. Manfaat penelitian untuk perusahaan agar membangun citra perusahaan yang lebih baik. Manfaat untuk masyarakat agar brand mudah dikenali dengan begitu dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Indihome Customer Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Malang, and how much influence the Service has on Indihome Customer Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Access Malang. The factor tested in this study is service quality as an independent variable. While customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are IndiHome Malang provider customers. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, where the sample was selected based on certain considerations with a sample size of 100 people. While the analytical method used in this study is linear and multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 18.00. The test results show that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of IndiHome Malang Providers. The results showed that service quality including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had an influence on customer loyalty, meaning that to maintain customer loyalty one must pay attention to the 5 service quality factors, one must determine the concept of good service, for example trying to meet needs and wants as well as provide convenience for consumers who enjoy the service. Customer satisfaction with services is the key to success, not only in the short term, but sustainable excellence
