Green open space is a combination of several wide and wide spaces, green open space is also a place that is open in rural areas where there are plants, children's playgrounds, gajebo which have benefited people in rural areas directly or indirectly in a rural area. The green open space in the Bulurejo Village area has been managed by youths who form a community called My Lepen in utilizing the open land and then making it a green open space in fulfilling the interests of the people in Bulurejo Village. Green open space is a means of protecting plant ecosystems because nowadays green plants have been replaced by many residential buildings. it is very necessary to protect the ecosystem of green plants because green plants can make the environment beautiful and beautiful and for the convenience of the community.

This paper aims to explore the existence of a new form of business entity. Small and micro enterprises in Indonesia have always supported the sectoral structure of the national economy and absorbed the majority of the wage workforce. But regulatory hurdles keep them from reaching their full potential. A new law, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, Job Promotion and Employment Services, was promulgated by the Government other than the DPR in the context of encouraging the competitiveness of the national economy and maximizing existing potential. One of the provisions in the Act encourages the formation of a new legal entity called a Limited Liability Company with Micro Small Business Criteria which can only be established by one person. its position in corporate law, its organizational structure, organ responsibilities, and shareholder limitations and legal organ responsibilities in the event of bankruptcy. By conducting a literature review using legal literature, legal concepts, and referring to legal documents and laws as the main research material. One of the recommendations and conclusions of the research is that the company's liability is clearly limited, requiring oversight to ensure professional management and to prevent bankruptcy or dissolution of the company. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keberadaan bentuk baru dari badan usaha. Usaha kecil dan mikro di Indonesia selalu mendukung struktur sektor perekonomian nasional dan menyerap sebagian besar tenaga kerja upahan. Namun hambatan regulasi membuat mereka tidak dapat mencapai potensi penuhnya. Undang-undang baru, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, Promosi Lapangan Kerja, dan Pelayanan Ketenagakerjaan, diundangkan oleh pemerintah selain DPR dalam rangka mendorong daya saing perekonomian nasional dan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada. Salah satu ketentuan dalam undang-undang tersebut mendorong pembentukan badan hukum baru yang disebut perseroan terbatas dengan kriteria usaha kecil mikro yang hanya dapat didirikan oleh satu orang. kedudukannya dalam hukum perusahaan, struktur organisasinya, tanggung jawab organ, dan batasan pemegang saham dan tanggung jawab organ hukum jika terjadi kebangkrutan. Dengan melakukan kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan literatur hukum, konsep hukum, dan mengacu pada dokumen hukum dan undang-undang sebagai bahan penelitian utama. Salah satu rekomendasi dan kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa tanggung jawab perusahaan jelas terbatas, memerlukan pengawasan untuk memastikan pengelolaan yang profesional dan untuk mencegah kebangkrutan atau pembubaran perusahaan.       

The problem that often occurs is that some people do not understand the existence of exemplary values contained in the folklore of Bulusan. This study aims to describe exemplary values in the Bulusan folklore, namely the religious values and moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore. The method used in this study is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive analysis method and the data sources come from community leaders, village heads, local residents, and practitioners who are experts in knowing and understanding Bulusan folklore. In this study using data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews, recording, recording, photographing, and transcription. In this study, the validity of the data was used, namely triangulation of sources, time, and techniques. Based on the analysis of the data obtained in the Bulusan Folklore, there are also character values that can serve as guidelines and examples for the whole community, especially young people for the next generation. The origins of the Bulusan folklore have several religious values and moral values contained in it. The content of religious values in Bulusan folklore includes obedience, belief, and practice. The moral values contained in the Bulusan folklore are the values of mutual cooperation, obedience, and politeness.
 

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peran tembakau yang merupakan salah satu agribisnis penting di Indonesia dan telah memberikan sumbangan terhadap perekonomian nasional, daerah dan masyarakat. Melihat peluang tersebut, maka perlu diadakannya studi kelayakan usaha guna meningkatkan industri tembakau Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Ciwaktu Lor, Kelurahan Sumurpecung, Kecamatan Serang, Kebupaten Serang Banten. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uraian deskriptif untuk menganalisis aspek fiansial dan aspek non-finansial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelayakan usaha secara keseluruhan dilihat dari aspek non-finansial yang terdiri dari aspek hukum, pemasaran, teknis, manajemen, ekonomi sosial dan dampak lingkungan dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan. Begitupun dengan aspek finansial secara keseluruhan dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha tembakau yang dijalankan oleh gans kedai tembakau di Kota Serang layak untuk dijalankan berdasarkan penilaian pada aspek finansial maupun aspek non-finansial.

In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the student MPLM UNJ 2022,Jakarta. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of nline motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as comfort and safety standards. Statistically, service has a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction.

This research will discuss parents efforts in overcoming early-age children's tantrum character in South Pandian Village, Pandian Sumenep. In answering the writing context above the writer uses observation qualitative descriptive method. Exactly, process of writing is to describe and analysis the occurred phenomenon. The main source of this writing is parents in South Pandian Village while the secondary source in this writing is children in South Pandian, Picture, and the documentation. Besides, the way to aggregation data which is used is observation, interview, and documentation. The result of this writing shows that 1) parent effort in overcoming children’s tamper is intended to be calm, give a hug, and shift children's attention. 2) Thread which is faced by a parent to overcome early age children exactly decreasing education from parent in handling children tantrum tamper, decrease to fulfill children demand, the inconsistent parent, the unable parent to give attention to the child and control the emotion, decrease in giving commendation when the child is able to do something.

Balaroa Pewunu Village is one of the villages located in West Dolo Sub-district, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The new village separated itself from the main village of Pewunu in 2012, the establishment of the village was stipulated on November 20, 2012 through Sigi Regency Regional Regulation Number 41 of 2012 concerning the Expansion of Balaroa Pewunu Village. As a village that has not been established for too long, it certainly needs to implement good service quality. The quality of service in Balaroa Pewunu Village is the focus of community service activities. However, the Balaroa Pewunu Village government in terms of administrative services still needs to be improved. This article was prepared to find out about the implementation of improving the quality of service of the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government. The implementation method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results achieved from the implementation of community service activities are that the Balaroa Pewunu Village Government has begun to implement related to Improving Service Quality, and since the transition to the new government period. Improvement after improvement, development after development and services that have been implemented have begun to appear, even now Balaroa Pewunu Village has become a model village for neighboring villages.

Monitoring applications for filariasis treatment have been developed to overcome the problem of elephantiasis or filariasis, one of which is the lack of monitoring during the distribution of elephantiasis medicines. One of the stages of application development is testing. Testing is conducted to ensure the application is ready to be implemented. In this study, closed beta testing was conducted to determine the feasibility of the application. The results of the validity test and reliability test showed that the results obtained were that all items on the questionnaire were declared valid and reliable. While the results of the feasibility test on the questionnaire results stated that the application was very feasible to be implemented.

Physics is a branch of science that requires more cognitive abilities, while the ability to receive information from each person is different. One effective way to deliver information is to use simulations.This research was conducted at SMA Veteran Purwokerto, research participants were students of class X, a case study that explored a group of students, with the method of observation and literature study. This study aims to find out the increase in students' understanding of concepts that are specifically related to Regular Straight Motion and Straight Changed Irregular Motion through learning media, and to determine student involvement in the learning process. To find out whether or not there was an increase in students 'understanding of the concept of Straight Motion Straight Motion Irregularly Changed, researchers compared students' understanding before and after learning with learning media.The results showed that overall there was an increase in understanding of the concepts of Irregular Straight Motion and Irregularly Changed Straight Motion, overall student involvement was very active.
