Abstrak:
Increasing business value for MSMEs is no less important. This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the business value of M-Prod SMEs which is engaged in convection services. The SMART Goal Setting concept is implemented to make M-Prod have added value and can improve its business performance in the future. This community service program takes the form of a tiered workshop with assistance to the MSMEs concerned so that they focus on profit, not just turnover. This community service is one of the efforts to increase the competitiveness of M-Prod SMEs in order to gain a competitive advantage. The problem faced by business actors is that the specific goals of a business are not measurable. Finally partners do not understand how goals are set and how to analyze a measurable goal. This is very influential in terms of business development, this will have an impact on profits.

Abstrak:
One mathematical model in the form of a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is the predator-prey model. The predator-prey model explains population changes of one prey population and one predator population due to changes in time. The radial basis function network method is used to find a numerical solution to the predator-prey model. The radial basis function network method can directly approximate the function and derivative of the prey-prey model using a basis function. The basis function used is a multiquadric basis function. Numerical solutions using the radial basis function network method obtained from this research show high accuracy and low error. The absolute error obtained from the two simulations with ?t = 0.01 each is 0.0066 in the first simulation and 0.022 in the second simulation. The errors obtained are relatively small because each only represents 0.66% of the initial value of the first type and 0.5% of the initial value of the second type. This shows that the radial basis function network method is efficient in calculating the predator-prey model solution.

This research aims to determine how significant the effect of morale and work discipline on teacher performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was Pawyatan Daha 1 Middle School teachers with a total of 34 respondents. This study uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability first. This research data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.

Abstrak:
In this context, it is important for companies operating in the field of social e-commerce to understand the factors affecting customer satisfaction and e-loyalty, among others sales promotion, perceived security, e-service quality and trust. Through this research, is expected to provide valuable insights for social e - commerce companies in developing effective customer marketing and management strategies to increase customer satisfaction and e - loyalty, especially in this study directed at the phenomenon of TikTok Shop which is a trend among the public especially during the COVID-19 pandemic a few years back. The results are expected to provide valuable input for TikTok and other social-commerce platforms in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstrak:
Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.

Abstrak:
This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition
This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques.
The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

Abstrak:
CV Dafista Mulia is a drinking water producer company located in Lamongan Regency. The problem that is often faced by companies is the amount of waste that occurs in the process of producing bottled drinking water. The most critical percentage of waste in the bottled water production process (AMDK) is waste overproduction with a weighting percentage of 25.4%; waste defet with a weighting percentage of 16.2%; waste inventory with a weighting percentage of 14.9%; waste unnecessary motion with a weighting percentage of 14.1%; waste transportation with a weighting percentage of 11.7%; waste waiting with a weighting percentage of 9%; and waste excess processing with a weighting percentage of 8.7%. The initial activity time before the repair was 466 minutes (7 Hours 46 Minutes) and after the repair was reduced to 416 minutes (6 Hours 51 Minutes). Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the root cause of the problem with the highest waste is Overproduction, namely production planning that is not quite right with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 396. Recommendations for improvements that can be proposed are to carry out production planning using data - historical data that exists and is adjusted to balance the purchasing of raw materials with orders from consumers so that the results of the Overproduction can become a safety stock so that the Overproduction can function in the next consumer order.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the use of da'wah media in worship. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation, documentation. Data management: reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Data validation techniques: triangulation of sources and techniques.
The results of the research show: (1) worship activities: congregational prayers, recitation, tadarus, dhikr, taklim assemblies, and other educational activities. (2) worship media: (a) yellow book: the book of safinatunnajah which contains the science of fiqh (the foundations of Islam) and the book of nashohibul ibad about the science of tasawuf. (b) loudspeakers: for the call to prayer, recitation, and religious lecture activities. (c) Digital Clock: to indicate the time of prayer and other worship. (d) supporting Al-Qur'an: to put the Al-Qur'an when reciting. (d) charity box: to store money from donations (charity) of the community. Conclusion: the media for worship at the mosque has been used very well. The best suggestion: mosque managers add other media such as special sandals for ablution, a place to store prayer rugs and mukenah.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungannyaMolapi saronde dengan pembelajaran IPS. Molapi adalah prosesi tarian yang hanya dilakukan oleh pengantin laki-laki di pernikahan adat di Provinsi Gorontalo pada saat melaksanakan adat Hui Mopotilandahu (malam pertunangan). Prosesi ini disebut juga sebagai proses molile huali atau meninjau kamar pengantin yang dilaksanakan pada satu hari sebelum diadakannya akad nikah. Prosesi Molapi Saronde dilaksanakan bersama dengan Turunani. Turunani adalah kesenian vokal bernuansa Islam yang diiringi dengan tabuhan rebana. Peran penting turunani dalam molapi saronde adalah sebagai media komunikasi, representasi simbolis, respons fisik, memperkuat konformitas normanorma sosial, dan sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kebudayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini wawancara dan studi literatur sehingga sangat cocok dengan relevansi Tari Molapi Saronde dalam relevansinya di pembelajaran IPS

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui malam Lailah Al-Qadr relefansiny Kebudayaan tumbilotohe yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber nilai reliji dan gotongroyong. Kebudayan tumbilotohe merupakan tradisi malampasang lampu botol didedapam rumah yang diselenggrakan dibulan Ramadhan malam ke 27,28, dan 29 . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi literatur dan wawancara. Hasil dari Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi tumbilotohe pada malam Lailah Al-Qadr dapat mempererat tali silaturahmi antar sesama manusia sebagai makhluk sosial dan menambah kecintaan akan bulan Ramadhan. Tradisi tumbilotohe memiliki nilai religius serta nilai gotong royong yang direpresentasikan dengan memasang lampu botol pada tiga malam terakhir bulan Ramadhan untuk menyambut malam Lailah Al-Qadr Oleh karena itu, nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam Tradisi tumbilotohe harus dilestarikan.
