Abstrak:
Kulit terong ungu merupakan salah satu varietas yang berwarna ungu yang mengandung antosianin. Senyawa antosianin berfungsi sebagai antioksidan bagi tubuh yang dapat mencegah stress oksidasi. Kulit terong ungu memiliki potensi sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan minuman olahraga karena kandungan senyawa antosianin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik sensori dan fisikokimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan dua kali pengulangan. Terdapat 3 formulasi konsentrasi bubuk kulit terong ungu yaitu F1 (22,9 g), F2 (27,9 g), F3 (33,6 g). Minuman disimpan selama 28 hari pada suhu 20C -80C dan dianalisis setiap 7 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah pH, total padatan terlarut, dan uji sensori (warna, aroma, kekentalan, penampakan fisik). pH dan total padatan terlarut di uji menggunakan Kruskall-Wallis, uji sensori dianalisis dengan teoritis deskriptif. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan (p > 0,05) antara perbedaan formulasi dengan nilai pH dan total padatan terlarut. Uji sensori menunjukan bahwa perubahan paling nyata terjadi pada aroma. Warna, kekentalan, dan penampakan fisik cenderung stabil.

Abstrak:
This paper discusses the concept of demand and supply, both from the perspective of conventional economics and Islamic economics. In conventional economics, the relationship between price and quantity of goods demanded or offered is explained through basic laws that are widely known. Several simple illustrations, such as the case of chili prices and children's clothes, are used to facilitate readers' understanding of the movement of the curve and market equilibrium. Meanwhile, in Islamic economics, the principle of demand and supply still applies, but is framed by sharia values ??that emphasize justice, ethics, and social responsibility. Consumption and production are not solely directed at profit, but also consider aspects of usefulness and sustainability. Thus, Islamic economics offers an approach that is not only rational, but also morally charged.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of macroeconomic factors such as interest rates, inflation and exchange rates on the movement of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) share prices in the period 2020 to 2024. The analysis used is a quantitative method taking a multiple linear regression approach. The data used is secondary, obtained from other sources, namely the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using EViews 12 software. The findings from the analysis show that the three independent variables do not have a significant impact on BBRI share price fluctuations, both in simultaneous and partial analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship where interest rates and exchange rates have a significant positive influence on stock prices, while inflation shows a negative impact on share prices.

Abstrak:
Handwritten digit recognition is one of the key challenges in the field of digital image processing and artificial intelligence, with significant potential in various applications such as automatic form input systems, handwritten data correction, and attendance systems based on handwriting. This study aims to develop a web-based information system capable of automatically recognizing handwritten digits using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) classification method. The system is designed through several main stages, including image preprocessing (conversion to grayscale, thresholding, and image size normalization), feature extraction using the zoning technique, and classification using the KNN algorithm. This research utilizes the MNIST dataset, which contains thousands of handwritten digit images ranging from 0 to 9. The system is developed using the Google Colab platform, supported by Python libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Test results show that the system can achieve an accuracy of over 90% at certain K values, indicating that the KNN method is quite effective and efficient in recognizing handwritten digit patterns. This system is expected to be applicable for various digitization needs of handwritten numbers in education, administration, and information technology sectors

Abstrak:
Crime generates insecurities, which limit tourism in several ways: reduced tourist destination appeal, increased perceptions of the risk of being victimized as a tourist, harm to destination image, increased transaction costs, and reduced institutional quality. This study employed a panel data approach to investigate the impact of criminal acts on tourist arrivals in 35 Central Javanese districts/cities from 2020 to 2024. Control variables included tourist attractions, accommodation, restaurants, vehicles, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings revealed a significant negative relationship between criminal cases and tourist visits, underscoring security's crucial role. Conversely, tourist attractions, accommodation, and restaurants positively affected arrivals. As expected, the COVID-19 pandemic negatively influenced tourism. Notably, the study found no significant impact from the prevalence of violence against children and women or the ratio of vehicles. Comparative analysis (between tourism-based and non-tourism-based regions) shows that crime consistently deters and attractions consistently promote tourism in all areas. Still, accommodation positively impacts tourism-based economies, while restaurants promote tourism in both regions. These results highlight the necessity of enhancing security measures at tourist destinations, fostering the development of sustainable attractions, and ensuring adequate supporting infrastructure to stimulate tourism sector growth in Central Java.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the readiness of farmers in Parakan Village to utilize digital platforms for marketing agricultural products. The methods used include interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), mentoring, and the distribution of questionnaires to 30 members of the Mawar Farmer Group. Findings indicate a shift in farmers' behavior from relying on middlemen to independently marketing their products through social media. However, survey results show low levels of information access, active participation, and understanding of digital innovation. Innovation and digital literacy are key challenges, although some farmers expressed a willingness to learn. Continuous mentoring and collaboration between farmers, academics, and the government are essential to support an inclusive and sustainable digital transformation in the agricultural sector.

Energi adalah aspek krusial dalam pembangunan dan keberlangsungan hidup manusia. Dalam konteks ini, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang jenis energi dan ketersediaannya menjadi penting. Tulisan ini memberikan tinjauan menyeluruh tentang berbagai jenis energi yang digunakan secara luas di seluruh dunia, seperti tenaga surya, angin, hidro, biomassa, dan nuklir. Setiap jenis energi memiliki karakteristik, kelebihan, dan tantangan tersendiri dalam penggunaannya. Selain itu, ketersediaan energi menjadi faktor penentu dalam keberlanjutan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Implementasi strategi branding digital pada kopi Bukit 78 bertujuan untuk memperluas jangkauan merek dan meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen terhadap kualitas serta komitmen keberlanjutan yang dimiliki produk ini. Merek Bukit 78, yang dikenal dengan kopi berkualitas tinggi dan proses pengolahan ramah lingkungan, dapat memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dengan lebih efektif. Strategi yang diusulkan meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat utama untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen, serta pembuatan konten visual yang menarik seperti foto dan video yang menggambarkan keaslian produk dan cerita di baliknya. Kolaborasi dengan influencer di dunia kopi dapat mempercepat penyebaran informasi mengenai produk, sementara pembuatan komunitas online yang loyal dapat memperkuat hubungan emosional dengan konsumen. Selain itu, kampanye berbasis nilai, seperti keberlanjutan dan dukungan terhadap petani lokal, diharapkan dapat menarik konsumen yang memiliki kesadaran tinggi terhadap isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan. Abstrak:
This research explores the impact of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and the proportion of independent commissioners on firm performance, with earnings quality serving as a moderating variable. The study draws on a sample of companies that undertook Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in 2019 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, utilizing data spanning the years 2019 to 2023. A multiple linear regression model was employed to assess both direct effects and interaction effects moderated by earnings quality. The findings indicate that institutional ownership and the presence of independent commissioners exert a statistically significant influence on company performance, with earnings quality enhancing these relationships. This study enriches the discourse on corporate governance mechanisms within newly public firms and offers practical insights for both market regulators and investors.

Abstrak:
This study was conducted to examine the effect of job promotion and communication style on employee performance at Metro Fried Chicken Pangkalpinang branch. Quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was applied to determine the correlation and influence of the two variables simultaneously and partially. The results showed that job promotion and communication style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an R-squared value of 0.895 which indicates that 89.5% of variations in employee performance can be explained by these two variables. These findings contribute to the development of human resource management, especially in improving employee performance with fair promotions and effective communication. It is recommended that companies pay attention to aspects of promotion fairness and improve the quality of leadership communication to achieve optimal performance.
