This study aims to analyze the effect of sex education on the moral development of students at SMPN 1 Cipaku. The approach used was quantitative with a correlational design, involving 40 students as respondents. Validity and reliability tests showed that the instruments used were valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.838 for understanding sexual education and 0.811 for moral development). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant and strong relationship between understanding of sexual education and moral development of students (R = 0.720; p < 0.01). The results of simple linear regression showed that understanding of sex education has a significant positive effect on students' moral development with a regression coefficient of 0.546 (p = 0.000). However, barriers were found related to the limited implementation of sex education, which was conducted only once, causing inhomogeneity in students' understanding. This study suggests the need to increase the frequency and quality of sexual education programs that are more structured and sustainable, as well as the active involvement of parents to strengthen moral education at home. In addition, sexuality education should be integrated with moral values that are relevant to students' daily lives. In this way, a sustainable sexuality education program can have a greater impact on the moral formation of students in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pembelian impulsif pengguna marketplace Shopee: peran potongan harga, E-WOM dan motivasi belanja hedonis (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro yang melakukan pembelian pada Marketplace Shopee. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel potongan harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Marketplace Shopee, E-WOM dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Marketplace Shopee. Variabel potongan harga, E-WOM, dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap pembelian impulsif.
 

This research was motivated by researchers' anxiety regarding the reduced attention of teachers to the importance of developing image building in Islamic schools. Image building or image formation, especially in educational institutions, plays an important role in building a school's reputation and increasing public trust and participation. However, the phenomenon observed by researchers shows that many teachers at Madrasah Aliyah pay little attention to this aspect, which can have an impact on public perception of the quality of the education provided. Therefore, this research aims to further explore teacher strategies in developing image building at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo. The type of research used is qualitative field study using interview and observation data collection methods. The results of this research found that teachers' strategies in developing image building at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam Joresan include using the principle "al-muhafadhotu 'ala qodimis sholih wal akhdzu bil jadidil ashlah" which means "maintaining (maintaining) old values ??or teachings good and adopt new and better values ??or teachings," and empowering the environmental community at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Islam through teacher direction by the school principal.

Hukum waris adat Tionghoa adalah salah satu dari hukum waris yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hukum waris adat Tionghoa masih beranggapan bahwa anak laki-laki adalah anak yang lebih diistimewakan dibandingkan dengan perempuan, karena dalam adat Tionghoa yang meneruskan nama keluarga adalah laki-laki. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah: 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembagian warisan terhadap perempuan etnis Tionghoa di Kota Semarang, 2) Apakah pembagian warisan tersebut dapat memberikan keadilan terhadap perempuan etnis Tionghoa di Kota Semarang?Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif karena berdasarkan pada kejadian-kejadian nyata di lapangan dan dilaksanakan dengan berinteraksi langsung antara penulis dengan sumber data yang berkaitan dengan pembagian warisan secara adat Tionghoa. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan dianalisis secara deskriptif analitis. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan penelitian lapangan (wawancara) dan penelitian kepustakaan.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan pembagian warisan pada keluarga yang diteliti dilakukan secara merata tanpa memandang gender anak laki-laki dan perempuan. Pembagian demikian berbeda dengan pembagian dalam hukum adat Tionghoa yang mengutamakan anak laki-laki. Melalui pembagian yang merata dan tidak membedakan anak laki-laki dan anak perempuan menyebabkan ahli waris perempuan dalam keluarga etnis Tionghoa yang diteliti merasa mendapatkan keadilan. Praktek ini sudah sesuai dengan prinsip kesetaraan gender karena anak perempuan memiliki hak sebagai ahli waris atau kesempatan menerima ahli waris yang bagiannya sama seperti dengan anak laki-laki.Kata Kunci: Hukum waris, Adat Tionghoa, Kota Semarang, Keadilan Gender.

This study aims to examine the role and implementation of Pancasila in three periods of government in Indonesia: Old Order, New Order, and Reformasi. Pancasila, as a state ideology, has undergone various changes in interpretation and application in accordance with the political and social dynamics that occur in each era. Under Soekarno's leadership in the Old Order, Pancasila was used as a unifying tool in the context of ideological pluralism, but faced internal and external challenges that threatened national stability. During the New Order period, Pancasila was used as a single principle used to strengthen political legitimacy, but it was often misused to silence criticism and opposition. The reforms brought greater political freedom and a more inclusive interpretation of Pancasila, but still faced challenges in overcoming radicalization, intolerance, and social disparities. This research concludes that although Pancasila remains relevant as the basis of the state, efforts are needed to actualize its values to suit the challenges of the times.

This community service activity focuses on the "Optimization of the Roles of Family, School, and Community in Strengthening Character Education Based on Local Wisdom for Students of STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Langka." The activity aims to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of collaboration among families, schools, and the community in character education rooted in local wisdom. Through a series of discussion forums, workshops, and community service programs, all parties are encouraged to actively instill local wisdom values in students. The results of this activity indicate an increase in parental participation, the strengthening of relevant curricula in schools, and the involvement of students in local cultural activities. Furthermore, this initiative successfully created a strong synergy among various community elements, supporting the emergence of a generation of students who are not only knowledgeable but also possess strong character grounded in local culture. Thus, this service is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of character education within the STAI Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Langka environment

Administration and management are fundamental concepts in human activity, dating back to creation in Islamic perspective. The Qur'an contains various management principles that emphasize not only efficiency and effectiveness but also the ethical and spiritual values underlying every action. This study aims to explore the concepts of administration and management from the Qur'anic perspective and to apply Qur'anic management principles in everyday life. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this research identifies managerial values such as consultation (shura), optimal hard work (itqan), and honesty as guidance for Muslims to achieve a balance between worldly and spiritual goals. In conclusion, Qur'anic-based management not only directs operational success but also yields broad spiritual and social impacts.

Self-confidence is an important element in achieving success and happiness, and has a significant positive relationship with motivation to learn. However, many individuals face challenges in building their self-confidence due to social pressure and negative experiences. In this context, this study explores sources of motivation from a Quranic perspective, specifically through Surah At-Thaha verses 25-28, which describe Prophet Moses' plea to Allah for peace and ease in facing life's challenges. Tafsir Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab provides the insight that self-confidence should be built on faith in Allah and recognition of one's potential. This study also highlights the importance of social support, appreciation, and a supportive environment in building self-confidence. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, the results show that self-confidence can be strengthened through spiritual connection, internal reinforcement, and recognition of personal weaknesses, which ultimately encourages individuals to express themselves and reach their full potential. This research is expected to inspire readers to apply Quranic values in their daily lives, in order to increase self-confidence and freedom of expression.

Improper waste handling is often the cause of environmental issues such as flooding and disease. Managing waste at the household level can significantly reduce environmental pollution. Currently, household organic waste is one of the largest contributors to overall waste. This activity aims to enhance housewives' skills and knowledge in composting household organic waste. It was conducted in Kapur Village, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, with training sessions for housewives' associations. The activity included both presentations and hands-on composting practice. Participants' understanding was assessed through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results show that all participants understood the process and intended to apply composting practices in their households, positively contributing to waste reduction efforts.

The crime of serious maltreatment is a form of physical abuse. Therefore, everyone has the right to apply for restitution. Lack of support from various elements makes this condition an obstacle experienced by law enforcement officials in the implementation of restitution for victims of serious maltreatment. There is no provision to force perpetrators of serious maltreatment to pay restitution decided by the court. This is an obstacle in the implementation of restitution in the Indonesian criminal justice system. The problems of this research are How is the Position of Restitution for Victims of Crime in the Indonesian Criminal Justice System? How is the Implementation of Restitution towards the Fulfilment of the Rights of Victims of Serious Offences? What is the Criminal Law Policy on the Provision of Restitution to Victims of Serious Offences in the Indonesian Criminal Justice System in the Future? The purpose of the research is to answer several problems in this study. This research uses normative juridical method with case, concept, and legislation approach. This research obtained results in the form of the Position of Restitution for Victims of Crime in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia has not been perfectly regulated so that it is considered not to accommodate justice for victims. Implementation of Restitution for Victims of Serious Offences has not been maximised, marked by many technical and non-technical obstacles that hinder restitution. Criminal Law Policy related to restitution for victims in the future is to formulate a policy so that restitution has the intensity of an obligation for the perpetrator to pay it and there must be an institution that pro-actively supervises the provision of restitution. The research initiated a reformulation of legal substance related to strengthening the essence of coercion and strict supervision in the provision of restitution to victims of serious maltreatment in the criminal justice system in Indonesia.AbstrakTindak pidana penganiayaan berat merupakan penyiksaan terhadap fisik manusia. Sehingga setiap orang berhak untuk mengajukan hak restitusi. Kurangnya dukungan dari berbagai elemen sehingga kondisi ini menjadi kendala yang dialami oleh aparat penegak hukum dalam implementasi restitusi bagi korban tindak pidana penganiayaan berat. Belum diaturnya upaya paksa bagi pelaku tindak pidana penganiayaan berat untuk membayar restitusi yang diputus di Pengadilan. Hal ini menjadi sebuah kendala dalam penerapan restitusi dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia. Permasalahan penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana Kedudukan Restitusi Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana di dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana di Indonesia ? Bagaimana Implementasi Pemberian Restitusi Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak-hak Korban Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Berat ? Bagaimana Kebijakan Hukum Pidana Tentang Pemberian Restitusi Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Berat dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Indonesia pada Masa yang Akan Datang ? Tujuan penelitian yakni menjawab beberapa permasalahan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kasus, konsep, dan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil berupa Kedudukan Restitusi Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana di dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana di Indonesia belum sempurna diatur sehingga dinilai belum mengakomodir keadilan terhadap korban. Implementasi Pemberian Restitusi Terhadap Korban Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Berat belum maksimal yang ditandai dengan banyaknya kendala teknis maupun non-teknis yang menghambat restitusi. Kebijakan Hukum Pidana terkait restitusi bagi korban kedepannya adalah dengan memformulasi suatu kebijakan agar restitusi memiliki intensitas kewajiban bagi pelaku untuk membayarnya serta harus ada lembaga yang pro-aktif mengawasi pemberian restitusi ini. Penelitian menggagas adanya reformulasi substansi hukum terkait penguatan esensi upaya paksa dan pengawasan ketat dalam pemberian restitusi terhadap korban tindak pidana penganiayaan berat dalam sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia.
