The phenomenon of corruption that occurs in the public sector is not only small scale, but also occurs in public management at the operational level up to that carried out by officials. One effort to prevent corruption is bureaucratic reform, which is implemented by every government agency, including the Faculty of Social Sciences, Semarang State University through the construction of integrity zones. Based on the background above, the author formulates several problems, namely the implementation of building an integrity zone in the context of preventing corruption at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Semarang State University, as well as obstacles in implementing the construction of an integrity zone in the context of preventing corruption at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Semarang State University and their solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with analytical descriptive research specifications. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, then analyzed qualitatively. The targeted output is journal articles indexed by Sinta.

The aim of this activity is to increase the competency of PPKn teachers in the field of Anti-Corruption Education, eradicating corruption through more effective and systematic educational strategies through students and teachers in anti-corruption outreach efforts. The implementation method is training which aims to increase understanding of the dangers of criminal acts of corruption and strengthen commitment as an extension of the eradication of corruption, followed by training in the form of mentoring prospective Anti-Corruption Counselors. Indonesia is expected to enter the Demographic Bonus era, a condition where the population of productive age is greater than that of non-productive age. This dominant generation of productive age can also be called the Millennial Generation. According to data held by BPS regarding the increase in Indonesia's population in 2015, the percentage of the working age population was around 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate the percentage of the working age population in the range of 70%. The Demographic Bonus has the potential to spur Indonesia's economic growth so that it is hoped that it can improve the welfare of the Indonesian people. However, this condition has requirements, namely the need to provide housing facilities that can accommodate these millennials. Moreover, the current urbanization trend is encouraging the millennial generation to work in big cities in Indonesia. Providing housing facilities in areas supported by adequate transportation facilities or transit/TOD-based housing development can increase the work productivity of millennials. However, the challenges faced in housing services in TOD areas are land issues and ownership status owned by private parties because strategic locations have higher value from an economic perspective. If this happens, then residences in TOD areas will become typical residences intended for people with high incomes. On the other hand, not all millennials are high-income people. In terms of age, most millennials are still in the middle and lower category because they are still at the stage of starting their careers, so providing housing facilities for millennials does not only pay attention to location, but also to economic aspects. In this article, we discuss affordable housing in TOD areas as fulfilling housing needs for millennials along with concepts from an architectural perspective that have been implemented in Indonesia and in several countries in the world as a comparison so that they can be input for special development of affordable housing in TOD areas for millennials in Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze consonant sequences in the phonology of the Indonesian language, focusing on patterns of distribution, combinations, and variations of consonants. The analytical method involves collecting data from representative Indonesian language texts, including books, articles, and everyday conversations. The analysis is conducted by examining the sequence of consonants, frequency of usage, and potential phonological changes. The results of this research can provide further insights into the phonological structure of the Indonesian language, the contribution of consonant patterns to language expression, and their potential implications for language learning and teaching. This study is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of Indonesian phonology and to encourage further development in the field of linguistics.

<em>The impact of Covid-19 was felt from various sectors including MSMEs. One of them is Kripik Singkong Lancar Mandiri MSMEs in Dongos Village. The problem faced by partners is the monotony of production and management systems for selling goods. The purpose of this community service is to increase understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and to increase competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources). The method of implementing community service includes (1) the preparation stage, the activities carried out are problem identification and data collection; (2) the implementation stage, the activities carried out are the process of training and mentoring; (3) the evaluation stage; and (4) preparation of reports stage. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and there is an increase in competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources).</em>

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran peduli lingkungan warga Desa Maruyungsari akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah sekaligus menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan tersebut ke anak-anak supaya generasi mendatang menjadi generasi yang sadar akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dari pembuangan sampah sembarangan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menambah pengetahuan bagi orang tua, para kader desa, para guru, masyarakat serta anak-anak sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian masyarakat berbasis participatory action research (PAR), dengan cara melakukan koordinasi terlebih dulu dengan Kepala Desa beserta Sekretaris Desa Maruyungsari terkait pelaksanaan program serta peserta yang akan menjadi sasaran dari program ini, kemudian melakukan observasi lingkungan dan warga sekitar sekaligus silaturahmi, kegiatan edukasi peduli lingkungan dengan memaparkan materi di Aula Desa, selanjutnya berkunjung ke sekolah untuk melakukan kegiatan peduli lingkungan ke anak-anak sekolah dengan memberikan cerita dan reward. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, para warga serta anak-anak terlihat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan mereka berupaya untuk mewujudkan lingkungan menjadi bersih dan sehat dengan tidak membuang sampah sembarangan, sekaligus menanamkan nilai karakter peduli lingkungan dengan keluarga di rumah.
 

<p><em>Telecommunication technology is currently developing so fast, along with the need for people to communicate. 4G LTE network technology has many positive impacts on service users in communication access. Every provider user wants to have good network quality when used in exchanging information and communications. This study discusses the analysis of the quality of the 4G LTE network in the Purwokerto area by taking a drive test data. Analysis of the drive test is carried out using Map Info software to determine the signal condition in accordance with the range provider and the calculation of the percentage each month with 4G parameters, namely RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) and SINR (Signal to Interference Noise Ratio). The result of this analysis is a comparison of network quality in December 2019 based on the RSRP and SINR parameter values. In December, the RSRP value that met the standard ? = -95 dBm reached a percentage of 77.23% and in March it reached a percentage of 81.86%. For the SINR value in December 2019 which met the standard ? = 12 dB, it reached a percentage of 36.82% and in March it reached a percentage of 46.08%.</em><em><strong></strong></em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Network Analysis, LTE, Genex Probe, RSRP, SINR </em></p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK  </strong></p><p>Teknologi telekomunikasi saat ini berkembang begitu cepat, seiring dengan kebutuhan orang dalam berkomunikasi. Teknologi jaringan 4G LTE memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi pengguna layanan dalam akses komunikasi. Setiap pengguna provider pasti berkeinginan untuk memiliki kualitas jaringan yang baik saat digunakan dalam bertukar informasi dan komunikasi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Analisa kualitas jaringan 4G LTE di daerah Purwokerto dengan pengambilan data <em>drive test</em>. Analisa <em>drive test</em> dilakukan menggunakan <em>software Map Info</em> untuk mengetahui kondisi sinyal yang sesuai dengan range provider dan perhitungan persentase setiap bulannya dengan parameter 4G yaitu RSRP (<em>Reference Signal Received Power</em>) dan SINR (<em>Signal to Interference Noise Ratio</em>). Hasil dari analisa ini adalah perbandingan kualitas jaringan pada bulan Desember 2019 berdasarkan nilai parameter RSRP dan SINR. Untuk bulan Desember nilai RSRP yang memenuhi standar <em>?=-95 dBm mencapai persentase 77.23% dan bulan Maret mencapai persentase 81.86%. Untuk nilai SINR bulan Desember 2019 yang memenuhi standar ?=12 dB mencapai persentase 36.82% dan bulan Maret mencapai persentase 46.08%. </em></p>

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk yang relatif tinggi yang menduduki posisi keempat dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak di dunia. Jumlah penduduk yang tidak terkendali dapat menimbulkan masalah-masalah baru bagi negara berkembang, seperti: tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi dan angka kemiskinan yang meninggi pula. Masalah kependudukan tersebut telah diperparah dengan munculnya virus Covid-19 pada akhir 2019 yang lalu. Kampung KB merupakan salah satu program prioritas pemerintah yang sengaja dibentuk untuk memperkuat Program Kependudukan Keluarga Berencana dan Pembangunan Keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung KB Desa Sidoarjo-1 Jati Baru Kecamatan Pagar Merbau Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah informan sembilan orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling purposif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah implementasi program Kampung KB di Desa Sidoarjo-1 Jati Baru sudah berjalan dengan baik yang menunjukkan standar dari implementasi program terbagi menjadi tiga. Pertama, pengorganisasian yang memiliki empat indikator, yaitu: struktur organisasi, sumber daya manusia, sumber dana dan sarana dan prasarana. Kedua, yaitu interpretasi yang terdiri dari tiga indikator: sesuai dengan peraturan, sesuai dengan petunjuk pelaksanaan dan sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis. Ketiga, yaitu penerapan yang terdiri dari tiga indikator: memiliki program kerja, memiliki prosedur kerja dan memiliki jadwal kegiatan.Indonesia is a country that has a relatively high population as the fourth largest in the world. An uncontrolled population caused new problems in developing countries, such as high unemployment and rising poverty rates exacerbated by the emergence of the Covid-19 virus at the end of 2019. Kampung KB is one of the priorities of the programs the government deliberately established to strengthen the Family Planning and Family Development Population Program. This research takes place in the Kampung KB Sidoarjo-1 Jati Baru, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method interviewing nine informants selected by a purposive sampling technique. This study concludes that the implementation of the Kampung KB program in Sidoarjo-1 Jati Baru Village has been going and divided by the three standards of program implementation. Firstly, organizing has an organizational structure, human resources, funding sources, and facilities and infrastructures. The second is the interpretation indicating three: regulations, implementation instructions, and technical instructions. The last is the application indicating three: having a work program, work procedures, and a schedule of activities.
