Job analysis serves as a strategic instrument in human resource management (HRM), forming the basis for organizational structure design, job descriptions and specifications, and supporting employee evaluation and development processes. This study employs a literature review approach involving 50 articles, narrowed down to 5 core sources to explore the critical role of job analysis. Findings indicate that job analysis not only enhances employee performance and job satisfaction, but also supports optimal placement based on competencies and personality profiles such as the DISC approach. Job analysis has proven effective in the education sector and holds broader potential for implementation across various industries.

In the last ten years, Indonesia has been carrying out massive infrastructure development. The goal is to facilitate community mobility which has an impact on economic growth. Infrastructure development also aims to increase the Human Development Index even though it does not directly affect it. One of the provinces that contributed to infrastructure development was East Java, with the Human Development Index during the 2018-2022 period increasing and tending to stagnate. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to identify the influence of infrastructure development on the Human Development Index, including identifying the influence of poverty on the Human Development Index. The research methodology used is quantitative with  a Geographically Weighted Panel Regression (GWPR) approach that allows to comprehensively identify the Regional Development Index in East Java. The results obtained were that the variables of Infrastructure Development with the dimensions of Road Length (6,172) and Number of Schools (2,686) had an impact on the Human Development Index in East Java. Meanwhile, the poverty variable (-6,139) has no effect on the Human Development Index (HDI). However, simultaneously the variables of Infrastructure Development and Poverty affect the National Development Index (HDI) with a calculation of 64.42 > 2.4202.

Research on place attachment (an individual's emotional bond with their environment) and pro-environmental behavior (attitudes and actions to protect the environment) is important to understand how an individual's emotional bond with their environment can influence pro-environmental behavior, especially for students. This study aims to evaluate the level of place attachment and pro-environmental behavior among junior high school students in Samarinda and examine the correlation between the two variables. This study used a quantitative approach with survey techniques. The research sample consisted of 378 junior high school students in Samarinda who were randomly selected. Data were collected using questionnaires. The results showed that the level of place attachment of junior high school students in Samarinda was 3.75 which was categorized as moderate, while the level of pro-environmental behavior was 3.58 which was also categorized as moderate. A positive but very low correlation existed between place attachment and pro-environmental behavior. This study shows the importance of considering place attachment factors in developing approaches to improve pro-environmental behavior among secondary school students.

Halal certification plays a crucial role in enhancing product competitiveness, particularly in Kota Guring Village. Many producers in this village do not fully understand the benefits of halal certification, which may reduce their products' competitiveness in both local and international markets. This study aims to analyze the importance of halal certification in increasing product competitiveness in the village. The method used includes surveys and interviews with local producers as well as secondary data analysis from various related sources. The results show that halal certification can increase consumer trust, expand markets, and improve product quality. Therefore, halal certification is an important strategy that local producers need to adopt to compete in broader markets.

Kota Guring Village is located in Rajabasa District and has significant potential for development, both in terms of natural resources and human resources. The construction of the gate aims to make Kota Guring Village have an icon that is visible and known to the outside community. Community service in building a village gate through cooperation in Kota Guring Village, Rajabasa District, South Lampung Regency aims to create a new symbol for the village that can increase the sense of togetherness and awareness of residents. The construction of the Kota Guring Village gate has several stages in building village infrastructure that will become the icon and identification mark of the village. This process is carried out with a holistic and participatory approach. The results of the construction of the gate in Kota Guring Village which was carried out on July 28, 2024 and ended on August 15, 2024. The results of this activity are not only seen in the physical form of the gate, but also have a positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment. First of all, the results of this activity can be observed through the entrance gate which stands firmly as a visual symbol of the character of the community. Therefore, the implementation of this community service activity needs to be carried out with an appropriate strategy to overcome various existing challenges and ensure the success of the construction of the village gate which will become a new icon for Kota Guring Village
 
 

Character education is a conscious and planned effort to instill values ??so that they are integrated in students so that they can realize good behavior and attitudes. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of character education on students' productive learning achievement in subjects at the Tawakkal Integrated Islamic Elementary School. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach through data collection and was carried out in class 3A SDIT Tawakkal Pacitan. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews and documentation. Analysis of interview data was used as the main data for drawing conclusions in this research and analysis of documentation data in the form of photos of learning activities, students' daily tests and activities at school during the time this research took place.

This study explores the impact of hyperbolic figurative analysis in the theme of the film "The Greatest Showman". By paying attention to the use of excessive language in narration and dialogue, this study reveals how hyperbolic figurative enriches the audience's experience and conveys deep messages in the context of the film's theme. By using an analytical approach and case studies from the film, this research provides new insights into the power and significance of hyperbolic figurative in audiovisual works of art.

This study aims to improve the ability of children to recognize geometric shapes in group B in TK Diponegoro 109 Pageraji. This research is motivated by the low ability of children to recognize geometric shapes because the methods or games in learning activities are less interesting. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). Consists of Pre cycle, cycle I, cycle II. The subjects of this study were in Group B of 109 Pageraji Kindergarten Diponegoro with a total of 14 children. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate an increase in children's ability to recognize geometric shapes through geometry jump games. In the pre-cycle the child's ability to recognize geometric shapes was only 20%, in the first cycle the child's ability to recognize geometric shapes increased to 50% and in the second cycle the child's ability to recognize geometric shapes increased to 85%. The indicator used in this study is that children are able to recognize geometric shapes. The conclusion of this study is that children are able to recognize geometric shapes through geometry jump games.

Pengetahuan pedagang strategi marketing (pemasaran) sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk. Optimalisasi media sosial dan branding produk yang menarik dapat memperluas promosi serta menarik perhatian masyarakat luas untuk membeli produk. Hal ini merupakan salah satu poin penting untuk memajukan suatu UMKM (usaha mikro kecil menengah) terutama yang ada di desa Gumukmas. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sosialisasi mengenai strategi pemasaran terkait pemafaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh sebagian UMKM di desa Gumukmas masih terkesan belum dikenal oleh masyarakat secara luas. Pengenalan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran sangat penting mengingat perkembangan teknologi sekarang sudah mulai maju. Yang mana sebagian besar masyarakat sekarang melakukan transaksi jual beli lewat internet ataupun media sosial karena lebih efektif dan efesien. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berisi kegiatan pemberian wawasan mengenai strategi pemasaran produk melalui media sosial kepada pemilik UMKM di desa Gumukmas Kec. Pagelaran Kab. Pringsewu untuk produknya yang dapat dipromosikan lewat media sosial. Ada 3 metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu: metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode tanya jawab.
