Abstrak Mentor merupakan orang yang membimbing orang lain untuk mencapai apa yang ingin ditujunya, dimana mentor akan membagikan pengalamannya juga agar orang dapat sukses di bidang yang diinginkannya di masa depan. masalah seperti masih sulit ditemukannya orang yang tepat merupakan sebuah masalah yang dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pelatihan secara rutin sehingga siswa akan mendapatkan bimbingan secara umum mengenai apa yang ingin dicapainya. Lebih jauh lagi, sistem bimbingan khusus dapat dilakukan juga dengan langsung menghubungi trainer dan kemudian akan melakukan appointment yang berguna untuk dilakukannya konseling khusus dengan perusahaan startup yang dibangun oleh siswa. Hal ini tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit, oleh sebab itu, sistem yang digunakan adalah sistem mentoring secara online dan dapat juga digunakan langsung bertemu tetapi dengan waktu khusus. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa dapat berdiksusi dengan para ahli khusus mengembangkan perusahaan startup yang telah mereka bangun, siswa juga dapat berdiskusi mengenai hal lainnya tentunya akan didampingi oleh guru agar pertemua tersebut tidak melanggar integritas dan etika yang ada. Oleh karena itu, sistem mentoring sangat dibutuhkan agar apa yang sedang dibangun dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk nyata. Kata kunci: Mentoring, Sistem, Smart, Siswa, Inovasi Abstract Mentors are people who guide others to achieve what they want to achieve, where mentors will also share their experiences so that people can be successful in their desired fields in the future. problems such as still having difficulty finding the right person is a problem that can be overcome by providing regular training so that students will get general guidance on what they want to achieve. Furthermore, a special guidance system can also be done by directly contacting the trainer and then making an appointment that is useful for conducting special counseling with the startup company built by the student. This certainly takes a lot of time, therefore, the system used is an online mentoring system and can also be used to meet directly but with a special time. The result of this community service is that students can discuss with experts specifically developing the startup company they have built, students can also discuss other things of course will be accompanied by teachers so that the meeting does not violate the integrity and ethics that exist. Therefore, a mentoring system is needed so that what is being built and implemented in real form. Keywords: Mentoring, System, Smart, Student, Inovation

Abstrak:
MSMEs play an important role in economic growth, but still face challenges in branding and digital marketing. Kiringan Hamlet, as one of the traditional herbal medicine production centers, is experiencing obstacles in marketing their products due to the lack of attractive visual identity and minimal utilization of digital technology. This service program aims to assist MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet in improving their branding and competitiveness through logo and packaging redesign and website design as a digital marketing medium. The methods used include observation, interviews, solution design, and digital-based design implementation. The results of this program show that the new logo design and packaging stickers increase product attractiveness and strengthen MSME brand identity. In addition, the website design provided a digital solution to expand market reach. The evaluation showed that MSME players responded positively to this contribution and began to realize the importance of digital branding in marketing. With this program, it is expected that MSMEs in Kiringan Hamlet can be more developed and able to compete in a wider market with more effective digital branding and marketing strategies.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine how John G. Cawelti's classic detective formula is implemented in Holly Jackson's A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this research explores the narrative structure of the novel. The research focuses on how the elements of the formula constructively shape the events that are narrated. Data was collected through reading the novel and note-taking. For the findings, the novel follows the six structural stages outlined in John G. Cawelti (1976) theory: (1) introduction of the detective, (2)crime and clues, (3)investigation, (4)announcement of the solution, (5)explanation of the solution, and (6) denouement. The protagonist of the story is Pippa Fitz-Amobi, a high school student who investigates a long-closed murder case for her school project. The novel adapts classic concepts into a contemporary context through its unique role as a teenage detective. In addition, the conventional detective narrative becomes more innovative by incorporating multimedia formats such as interview transcripts, emails, and diaries. This study found that Jackson's novel successfully blends traditional genre standards with modern storytelling methods, providing a fresh detective experience while maintaining the core structure of classic mystery fiction.

Abstrak:
This study aims to (1) the relationship between K3 knowledge and K3 behavior; (2) the relationship between K3 attitudes and K3 behavior; (3) the relationship between K3 knowledge and K3 attitudes and K3 behavior in the workshop of SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This study uses the expost facto method, the data obtained are interval and nominal data. This study uses three types of variables, 1) K3 knowledge variable (X1), 2) K3 attitude variable (X2) and 3) K3 behavior variable (Y). Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations. The population and sample in this study were students of the Mechanical Engineering Department, Class XI, SMK Negeri 5 Padang, totaling 89 students, the sample was taken using the total sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing based on the results of the regression test that has been carried out, the results show that: (1) there is a positive relationship between knowledge and K3 behavior of 35.5% of class XI TPM students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang (2) there is a positive relationship between K3 attitudes and K3 behavior of 37.5% of class XI XI TPM students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang (3) there is a positive relationship between knowledge and K3 attitudes together towards K3 behavior of 40.8% of class XI TPM students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang, from the data there is a relationship between K3 Knowledge and attitudes towards K3 Behavior.

Abstrak:
Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources, where teachers serve as the key to the success of the teaching and learning process. Prospective teachers need to possess adequate knowledge and skills to carry out teaching responsibilities effectively. The Teaching Practice Program (PLK) - Teaching Assistance is a course designed to help students of the education program at Universitas Negeri Padang develop teaching skills before entering the professional education field. However, based on preliminary observations at SMK Negeri 5 Padang, it was found that PLK-Teaching Assistance students still lacked certain teaching skills, such as mastery of subject matter, use of media and teaching methods, and classroom management. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the teaching skills of PLK-Teaching Assistance students at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The results are intended as feedback and improvement to enhance the teaching skills of these students. The research used a quantitative approach. The population consisted of Grade X and XI students of the Mechanical Engineering program, with a total sample of 126 students. The results showed that students' perception of the teaching skills of PLK-Teaching Assistance students in the Mechanical Engineering Education program at SMK Negeri 5 Padang was categorized as good, with a percentage of 67%. This included: 1) questioning skills (56%), 2) reinforcement skills (56%), 3) explanation skills (56%), 4) teaching variation skills (51%), 5) opening and closing learning skills (55%), 6) small group and individual teaching skills (56%)—all categorized as good; and 7) classroom management skills (41%), and 8) small group discussion guidance skills (42%)—both categorized as less satisfactory. Therefore, overall, students' perception of the teaching skills of Universitas Negeri Padang's PLK-Teaching Assistance students in the Mechanical Engineering Education program at SMK Negeri 5 Padang was considered good.

Abstrak:
This service activity is motivated by the difficulties of primary school students in learning English. This activity aims to promote enthusiasm and motivation to learn English among primary school students in the light of Industrial Revolution 4.0 at Phatnawitya School Yala and Darul Muhmin School Satun, Southern Thailand. The learning media implemented is supported by the use of technology such as television, speakers, laptops, etc. The delivery method consists of preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation phases. The results of the classroom activities for the students supported by technological assistance result in the students being more enthusiastic, excited and motivated during the English learning process.

This study examines the use of language registers within the home-based kretek cigarette industry in Sampang Village, Cilacap Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with ethnographic communication methods, the research aims to describe the forms, meanings, and sociocultural functions of specific terms used by workers during the cigarette production process. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of linguistic artifacts. The findings reveal a unique vocabulary that reflects social identity, work communication efficiency, and the preservation of local culture. Terms such as klobot, mbako srinthil, tingwek, and ngeses symbolize the social and cultural structure of the worker community. These registers carry not only literal meanings but also symbolic and contextual significance, functioning expressively, evaluatively, and as a means of cultural preservation. The study is relevant for the development of contextual language teaching materials and supports culturally diverse learner profiles.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam meningkatkan penjualan di era digital, khususnya di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi langsung terhadap pelaku UMKM di berbagai sektor, seperti kuliner, fashion, jasa, dan kerajinan tangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, seperti media sosial, e-commerce, dan metode pembayaran digital, berperan signifikan dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan perilaku konsumen, inovasi produk, serta dukungan dari pemerintah dan komunitas menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam peningkatan penjualan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan UMKM tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologi, tetapi juga pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pelaku usaha, pemerintah, dan peneliti selanjutnya dalam mengembangkan UMKM berbasis digital secara berkelanjutan.

This research looks into how well Duolingo and YouTube help people learn Japanese. A quantitative approach was taken, gathering information from 35 individuals through an online questionnaire. Participants were chosen based on whether they used Duolingo, YouTube, or both platforms. The questionnaire explored their past learning experiences, how they use these platforms, their preferences, how effective they think these tools are, and what challenges they encountered while learning. The findings reveal that most of the participants already had some background in Japanese and preferred online resources due to their accessibility, no cost, and fun features. Duolingo was liked for its organized, game-like approach, whereas YouTube was appreciated for its authentic, visual materials. A lot of people enjoyed learning at their own pace, finding listening and pronunciation to be useful strategies. Some individuals struggled with staying motivated and dealing with complicated grammar rules. To sum up, both Duolingo and YouTube are good resources for learning basic Japanese, especially for those studying on their own. However, they work best when used alongside other resources. It is suggested to combine digital tools with guidance from teachers for the best outcomes.

Abstrak:
This study aims to observe and analyze the information technology infrastructure (ITI) utilized by the e-commerce company Tokopedia, in order to understand the role of ITI in supporting operations and business development in the digital era. The research method employed includes literature review and indirect observation through the analysis of secondary data sources, such as articles, company reports, and online publications related to Tokopedia's technology systems. The analysis focuses on hardware, software, networks, data, and human resources components within the ITI system. The results indicate that Tokopedia possesses a robust ITI, based on cloud computing and microservices architecture, which supports scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The implementation of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and API integration are key to enhancing user experience and internal effectiveness. The study concludes that Tokopedia's success in delivering reliable e-commerce services largely depends on its adaptive and integrated IT infrastructure, as well as continuous investment in technology development and human capital. This research highlights the strategic importance of ITI in enhancing competitiveness and innovation in the e-commerce industry.
