This research aims to analyze the implementation of the First In First Out (FIFO) system in managing raw material inventory in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang. The research method used is qualitative, focusing on direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the inventory management process. Although the FIFO system has been widely studied in the context of manufacturing and supply chains in general, this research provides new insights into its application in a hotel kitchen operational environment. The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.

Modern agriculture has experienced a significant transformation with the introduction of mechanization technology, one of which is the use of combine harvesters. This machine has a crucial role in increasing the efficiency and productivity of crop harvests, especially in the cultivation of cereal crops such as rice, wheat and corn. This research aims to determine the effect of using a combine harvester on lowland rice productivity. This research was carried out from September to October 2023 in Tanjung Alai Village. The data analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to analyze the effect of yield loss due to the use of a Combine Harvester (CH) on productivity. The research results showed that the use of a Combine Harvester in Tanjung Alai Village, Mukomuko Regency was able to increase rice productivity by 487.56 kg/ha (11.21%) compared to harvesting without using a Combine Harvester. The T Test results show a significant value of 0.000, meaning that the significant value ? ? 0.05 indicates that the yield loss variable when harvesting using a Combine Harvester has a real or significant effect on rice productivity. Based on the regression equation formed, every 1% reduction in yield loss when harvesting using a Combine Harvester will increase rice productivity by 79,221 kg

Good nutrition is an important foundation for a child to grow and develop optimally, especially children who grow and develop in vulnerable environments. The results of the 2021 Nutritional Status survey show that 1:4 Indonesian children experience stunting and 1:10 children experience malnutrition. Prevention of stunting must be as early as possible, starting from portions of the plate with balanced nutritional content. Tempeh is a fermented product made from soybeans, the price is quite cheap, tempeh is also the best source of energy and protein, tempeh contains prebiotics which are good for the intestines, low in sodium and carbohydrates. 84 grams of tempeh contains 162 calories, 15 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbohydrates, 9 milligrams of sodium and many others. Efforts can be made to increase the knowledge and skills of cadre mothers and mothers of toddlers by conducting counseling, demonstrations and simulating tempe food. This dedication has a positive effect on knowledge, skills and ideas in making a variety of healthy snacks. The aim of this community service is so that mothers of babies and toddlers know and understand that tempeh food can be processed into various healthy snack ingredients to prevent stunting. The method of implementing activities in general includes the stages of introduction, counseling, demonstration and evaluation. It is hoped that in the future, cadre mothers and the community, especially mothers who have babies and toddlers in RW03 RT02, Kualu Village, Tambang Kampar District, will be more creative in making preparations made from tempeh that are rich in nutrients in an effort to prevent stunting and more often seek the latest information about nutrition in the reproductive cycle.

Analyzing influence of financial literacy, information technology, and minimum capital on interest in investing in shares in the Islamic capital market. Financial literacy (X1) has a significant positive effect on investment interest (Y). Tcount value is 4.156 > Ttable 1.662 and the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. Information technology (X2) has a significant positive influence on Investment Interest (Y). Calculated T value of the information technology variable is 6.120 > 1.662 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Minimum capital (X3) has an insignificant positive influence on investment interest (Y). The T value of the minimum capital variable is 2.812 > 1.662 with a significance value of 0.06 > 0.05. Financial literacy, information technology and minimum capital together have a significant effect on investment interest. Significance values ??(X1), (X2) and (X3) simultaneously influence (Y) by 0.000 < 0.005 and value of Fcount > Ftable (79.354 > 2.700).

Hijaiyah letters are the alphabet used in Arabic and the Koran. Automatic recognition of hijaiyah letters has many benefits, especially in the fields of education and learning Arabic and the Koran. This research aims to classify hijaiyah letter recognition using image processing techniques and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. We collected a dataset of images of 5 hijaiyah letters with a total of 400 images obtained from Google and also Iqro'.  The train:test ratio is 8:2. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve high accuracy in recognizing hijaiyah letters with an accuracy rate of 99.16%.

The impact of standardization on Labor Vocational High School (SMK Labor) is felt by students, teachers, and staff, particularly in all activities related to the library information system that must comply with the procedures (SOP) established in ISO 9001:2000 SOP. The current library information system has not been audited yet, and it is not known whether it has supported the achievement of the school's vision and mission. A technique is needed to control and ensure that the library information system aligns with the organization's objectives. This is the reason why an audit of the Library Information System usage at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar needs to be conducted. The audit of the library information system uses the COBIT 5 framework with the Delivery, Service, and Support (DSS) domain, namely DSS.1, DSS.5, DSS.11, DSS.12, and DSS.13. The research results show that there is one process with capability level 4, which is DSS02, and there are five processes with capability level 3, namely DSS01, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05. The overall capability level obtained based on the average is 3, which means that most of the activities in the DSS domain for the library information system at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar have been carried out. There are standardized implementations for these processes, and they are well-documented and communicated. This study implies that through the assessment of capability levels related to the Library Information System at SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar, it can be continued in the future development of specific business processes, especially when there is an increasing number of customer services with diverse library service products. This can be done within the COBIT 5 audit framework.

The aim of this research is to analyze and evaluate the work ethics and performance of tellers at Bank XXX, Tanjung Pinang Branch, and their impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research population includes all tellers and customers of Bank XXX, with a sample of 11 people selected using purposive sampling technique. The results show that the work ethics and performance of Bank XXX tellers are highly rated by customers, with the majority of respondents giving positive evaluations of teller services. Cooperation between tellers and Customer Service is also considered important in providing integrated and comprehensive services to customers. This research provides valuable insights for banking companies in improving services and maintaining customer loyalty.

This study delves into the correlation between service management quality and ANC visit attendance at PMB Suryani, Medan City in 2023. Using a quantitative approach with a structured questionnaire, the research reveals a significant association between service management quality and ANC visit attendance, with factors like staff competency, facility infrastructure, waiting time, and overall satisfaction playing crucial roles. Enhancing service management quality emerges as pivotal for encouraging regular ANC visit attendance, suggesting the need for improvements in staff training, facility infrastructure, waiting times, and patient satisfaction. By investing in these areas, PMB Suryani, Medan City can positively impact maternal and child health outcomes. Additionally, further research is recommended to explore additional factors influencing ANC visit attendance and assess long-term impacts on maternal and child health.

Indonesia is a country with the 4th ranking for the halal industry in the world with a majority Muslim population which is considered less optimal in managing the growth of the halal industry compared to other countries in various sectors. This research aims to examine whether the existence of BSI can encourage the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative descriptive research type, which utilizes a literature study approach. The research results show that. BSI has distributed financing to the halal value chain sector Rp. 18 trillion, consisting of financing for the halal food and beverage subsector Rp. 9 trillion, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics Rp. 7 trillion, and fashion and fashion Rp. 3 trillion. This research aims to describe the types of code switching that occur in English language learning at MA Al Fatah Kota Mulya in four meetings. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the eleventh-grade students. The object of this research is a speech on the use of code switching, which includes the types of code switching in English language learning at MA Al Fatah Kota Mulya. The results of the research show that there are 8 types of code switching in English language learning at MA Al Fatah Kota Mulya. Furthermore, all data is divided into 3 types of code switching: (1) intra-sentential switching occurred in 1 data (12,5%), (2) inter-sentential switching occurred in 3 data (37,5%), and (3) tag switching occurred in 4 data (50%). So, the most dominant type of code switching is tag switching.
