Abstrak:
Sunlight as a renewable energy source that produces heat energy from solar radiation. Radiation is the propagation of energy without an intermediary substance, so that solar energy can reach the earth's surface through radiation due to the vacuum between the Earth and the Sun. Radiation is the only energy that can propagate through a vacuum and reach the earth's surface through direct radiation, diffuse radiation, and total radiation. Solar panels are devices that can convert sunlight into electricity. The study aims to understand the effectiveness of solar panels in generating electricity, identify factors that affect the performance of solar panels in residential environments, and assess the utilization of Energy from Solar Panels that Can Reduce Monthly Electricity Costs at Home. The research methodology used is qualitative. The results of this study, the utilization of solar panels in residential environments shows varying effectiveness, Environmental factors such as temperature, lighting, cleanliness, and extreme weather conditions play an important role in the performance of solar panels in households, Utilization of solar panel energy in households can reduce monthly electricity costs.

Abstrak:
This This Study aimed to (1) understand the overview of employe, performance, Organizational support, and work discipline, and (2) analyze the influence of organizational support and work discipline on employee performace both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees of the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency (BAPELITBANG) of the Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, the study was conducted using a census or saturated samping method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and infertial statistical methods, specificallymultiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using f- tesr and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicated that the employee performance variable was categorized as good, the organizational support variable was also categorized as good,and the work discipline variable was categorized as good as well. The results of the t-test showed that partially,the organizational support variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect and employee performance.the result of the f-test showed that simultaneously, the organizational support and the work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance. The determination analysis results indicated that the two independent variables in this study could explain 23,4% of the variation in the rise and fall of employee performance at the regional planning, Reseach, and Development Agency ( BAPELITBANG) of Sikka Regency.

Abstrak:
Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infectious disease that continues to be a global health challenge, particularly in Indonesia. Children with stunting are at a higher risk of contracting TB due to their weakened immune system caused by malnutrition. This study aims to analyze the impact of education on TB prevention in stunted children in the working area of the Kosiwo Health Center, Kepulauan Yapen Regency. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, involving parents and caregivers of stunted children as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires administered before and after the educational intervention. A total of 45 participants were selected using a total sampling method. Data were collected before and after the intervention using a validated and reliable questionnaire on children's knowledge of tuberculosis (TB), with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.946 for the TB knowledge questionnaire. The results were analyzed using the Paired T-Test, which showed that the mean knowledge score concerning TB transmission in children was 14.89 before the intervention, increasing by 9.78 points to 24.67 afterward, with a p-value of 0.000, which is below ? = 0.05.

Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the effect of land area, number of workers and capital on the income of vegetable farmers in Ariepi Village, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency. The population in this study were all vegetable farmers in Ariepi Village, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency. The research sample was Ariepi Village I and Ariepi Village II, Ariepi, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was observation through interviews with vegetable farmers and analyzed using multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results of this study found that (a) there was a significant simultaneous effect between land area, number of workers and capital on the income of vegetable farmers in Ariepi Village, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency; (b) there was a positive and significant partial effect between land area, number of workers and capital on the income of vegetable farmers in Ariepi Village, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency. This study shows the contribution of the variables of land area, number of workers and capital to income of 84.6%, the rest, namely 15.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstrak:
Artikel ini akan memfokuskan kajian dan pembahasan mengenai rujuk di luar Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA), dengan kasus-kasus yang terjdi di masyarakat yang membahas bagaimana praktik dari pelaksanaan rujuk di luar KUA di Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga akan menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Kajian penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada salah satu desa di Kabupaten Kerinci dalam proses pelaksanaan rujuk masih belum sesuai dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam, sebab pelaksanaan rujuk yang dilakukan merupakan cara yang tidak sesuai berdasarkan Peraturan tentang Perkawinan di Indonesia. Hal ini masih terjadi di masyarakat karena berlandaskan terhadap tradisi terdahulu, yakni hanya dengan adanya kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak yang tanpa paksaan. Namun tanpa memikirkan akibat yang mungkin terjadi jikalau rujuk tersebut tidak dicatatkan hal ini disebabkan oleh tradisi serta ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang aturan yang mengatur masalah rujuk.

Abstrak:
Dairy cattle are ruminant livestock that produce milk whose productivity is very dependent on maintenance management. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of dairy farmers in Raraa Village, East Kolaka Regency. This activity was carried out in several stages, including: 1) Socialization of dairy cattle development; 2. Demonstration on the maintenance and feeding of dairy cows; 3. Monitoring and Evaluation. During the socialization activities, the breeders were very enthusiastic in listening and active in the discussion because the breeders in Raraa Village were just getting to know and starting to raise dairy cows. Farmers are also very focused on paying attention to explanations and technical guidance on the maintenance, management and feeding of dairy cows during direct visits to the breeder's pen. At the end of the activity, an evaluation was carried out to determine the level of understanding of dairy farmers. Monitoring and assistance to farmers is also carried out to help farmers who experience difficulties in the process of caring for and feeding dairy cows. This activity can increase the knowledge and skills of dairy farmers so that farmers can maintain and develop dairy cattle in accordance with the government's goal of distributing dairy cattle seeds in the Southeast Sulawesi region

Abstrak:
The Maulid Nabi Muhammad Saw activity at SMKN 3 Palangka Raya is held as a form of Islamic spiritual assistance, as well as a place to develop students' talents in a religious context. This activity involves various activities such as lectures, Islamic art, and creative presentations related to the Prophet's life story, with the aim of strengthening students' love for the Prophet Muhammad and supporting the development of speaking, art, and cooperation skills. This article discusses the implementation of this mentoring activity, the impact felt by students, and the successful implementation of student talents. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, this activity showed an improvement in the aspects of spirituality, speaking skills, and talent development. The mentoring results show that students are not only more involved in religious activities, but also more confident in expressing their religious understanding. This activity creates a positive atmosphere that supports students to learn, create, and contribute to spiritual and social development.

Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Government Education stipulates the 12-Year Learning Obligation. The Pekanbaru City Education Office is an agency authorized to take care of government affairs in the field of education starting from the PAUD, SD, and SMP levels in Pekanbaru City. But in reality there are still problems in the field of education in Pekanbaru City such as school dropouts. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the duties and functions of the Pekanbaru City Education Office in handling dropouts and describe the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the duties and functions of the Pekanbaru City Education Office in handling dropouts. This research uses the theory of administrative functions according to Oey Liang Lee, namely administrative functions consisting of Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, Implementing and Supervising. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the duties and functions of the Pekanbaru City Education Office seen from the indicators of planning and organizing has gone well, while from the indicators of implementation, coordination and supervision has not been maximized due to several inhibiting factors such as the lack of training or coaching conducted for educators in SKB, lack of facilities and infrastructure in the activities of the SKB. lack of facilities and infrastructure in the activities of the equivalency education program, coordination meetings that have not been carried out regularly and supervision that has not reached the supervision standards of the Education Office.

The effectiveness of recruitment and selection is a measure of a company's success which lies in its quality if the availability of a number of human resources is sufficiently qualified and professional to support it. Internal recruitment, especially interesting limitations open new insights with a variety of experiences and solutions. To avoid these unpleasant internal recruiting deficiencies, it is recommended to equip employees with development programs that allow them to be up to date with changes in the external environment. Employee rotation is one of the internal recruitment which is to reduce employee boredom, increase employee motivation in the form of new work variations, create a fresh feeling at work, increase skills and more experience for staff employees, so if an employee is absent, it is the employee's job may be replaced by another employee. By holding employee rotation, employees can improve competence according to their expertise, because of course it can affect an employee's work productivity.

Abstrak:
The research discusses the unclear meaning of Article 53 paragraph (2) of Law No. 1 of 2023 which states that "If in upholding law and justice as referred to in paragraph (1) there is a conflict between legal certainty and justice, judges must prioritize justice." Justice is used for judges to adjudicate cases and certain conditions are used as a benchmark for judges in making decisions. However, there are several existing definitions of justice, there are still many views. The norm in the article has a vagueness of meaning, making it difficult for judges to equate commensurate thoughts. The implication of vagueness results in disparity in the use of justice to be used by judges, this potential disparity needs to be prevented by mediating the conflict between justice and certainty and providing guidance for judges in using justice in their decisions. This research uses a normative research approach. The results showed that judges have the authority to choose justice that contains legal certainty because a just decision is a manifestation of legal certainty, justice itself is born with the freedom of judges. The formulation of Article 53 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code needs to be interpreted correctly so that there is no disparity in decisions because justice is what the judge wants based on the law to create justice itself.
