The textile industry is one of the 10 leading industrial product commodities in Indonesia. This makes the textile industry play an important role in Indonesia, because the textile industry can create jobs, and play a role in meeting clothing needs, and contribute to Indonesia's foreign exchange, as well as encouraging economic growth. Indonesia is a country with an integrated textile industry. Integrated industry involves upstream to downstream industries in producing final products, which include fibers and yarns, fabrics and garments. Indonesia is in seventh place in world exporters of textile products with a contribution of 2.5%. The Indonesian textile industry has quite a lot of internal factors that have the potential to influence competitiveness and need to be resolved immediately effectively and efficiently.

The problems that occur in the world of education do not only revolve around the socio-economic sector, but have also penetrated the legal realm, as can be seen from the many cases that have arisen in the school environment related to violence perpetrated by unscrupulous teachers against their students. Teachers who should be at the forefront in fortifying and protecting children at school actually do the opposite. The problem raised in this research is: what is the impact of physical violence by teachers on children in the school environment. This research is directed at empirical legal research and the approach used in this research uses a statutory regulation approach and a case approach. This research was carried out at Gorontalo Police. The results of the research and discussion explain that the impacts felt by students as a result of physical violence committed by teachers are divided into 3 (three), namely physical, psychological and social impacts.

Machine downtime is a daily issue in the manufacturing industry. Handling downtime occurrences on machines is necessary to improve productivity and the quality of production outcomes. This becomes a benchmark for manufacturing companies to compete in the era of globalization. The DMAIC approach can be utilized to systematically analyze and resolve issues, including downtime problems. Research findings indicate that hot runner mold is a priority for improvement at PT XYZ. Through the Define, Measure, and Analyze stages of DMAIC, the main problems are clearly identified, their causes deeply analyzed, and effective solutions developed and tested. The implementation of these solutions through the Improve and Control stages successfully enhanced production efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved mold quality.

The aim of this research is to address the role of the KUA in overcoming unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) in Kota Tengah District, Gotontalo City and the factors that hinder the role of the KUA itself in unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri). This type of research is Normative Empirical research using a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing information and interpreting qualitative data.          The research results show that the role and efforts of the KUA have not been effective in dealing with unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) even though they have implemented a government program, namely the marriage guidance program (Binwin), which provides pre-marital guidance and the formation of sakinah families in order to build superior human resources and reduce the divorce rate. by providing counseling about marriage registration and sakinah families to prospective couples who are about to get married and also by conducting outreach to the wider community. The factors that hinder the KUA in preventing unregistered marriages for couples who are not legally married in Kota Tengah District are caused by 2 factors, namely, internal factors, namely the lack of competent human resources who can provide socialization to the community, and the lack of adequate facilities and other factors. Other external factors include indifferent attitudes, non-compliance with the law, and low legal awareness in society. Therefore, we must work together with agencies such as the KUA in building character and also informing millennials about the impacts of having a relationship before marriage so that there is no such thing as an unregistered marriage. 

Deixis is a word that refers or leads to something that is influenced by the speaker's situation, deixis has a function according to its respective reference according to the context. The purpose of the research is to describe persona deixis, place deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, social deixis in conversations on the Nihongo Mantappu YouTube channel. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the analysis, the researcher has found 4 forms of deixis in the data that has been studied, these deixis include persona deixis, place deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. The most frequently used deixis is discourse deixis in the form of this word. The use of discourse deixis is most often used because Jerome Polin or his friends more often mention this word because it refers to the discussion discussed, namely the Indonesian writing and speaking test by foreigners or foreigners. Each deixis found has its own function depending on the context. The research that has been done is interesting because the videos analyzed have sources from abroad and the benefits of this research are expected to help readers understand what deixis are found in the videos that researchers analyze.

Soybean is important commodity because it is consumed by the whole communities. Soybean plays important role in national food security. In fact, the needs for soybeans currently still depend on import of soybean seeds. The stakeholders and communities have made some efforts to increase soybeans production, and one of them is providing superior and high-qualified varieties, as well as profitable for farming. Objective of the study was to know relationship between agronomic characters and economic values in soybean varieties assessment. The study was to analyze the farming of new superior varieties in comparison with local superior varieties by applying different dose of fertilizer. Furthermore, the research was carried out to look for superiorities of the varieties before they are released. Conclusions of the research are (1) the harvest yield per hectare showed that the treatment of YS2 and YS3 have the highest yields with average values 2.4 and 2.2 tons/ha, respectively. (2) The highest farming income was derived from the treatment of YS0, (3) Extra expenses for farming which were expended for both varieties of Yasi 6 and Grobogan will be able to increase the harvest yield but could not afford to raise income, (4) Yasi 6 could be cultivated in accordance with the farmers’ habits and will be able to raise income.

<p>Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Hidayah Semarang meneggunakan aplikasi FIGMA. SMK Hidayah Semarang merupakan lembaga pendidikan menengah kejuruan yang memiliki fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan praktis siswa dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk teknologi informasi. Dalam era digitalisasi saat ini, keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) menjadi semakin penting, karena antarmuka yang baik memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna pada aplikasi dan situs web. Kompetensi guru dalam desain UI/UX akan berdampak langsung pada pengalaman belajar siswa. Guru yang mampu mengajarkan desain UI/UX dengan baik akan membantu siswa memahami bagaimana menciptakan antarmuka yang mudah digunakan dan menarik secara visual, meningkatkan daya tarik pembelajaran. Melalui pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam desain UI/UX, SMK Hidayah dapat memperoleh reputasi sebagai lembaga yang mampu menghasilkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan dengan tuntutan industri, serta memiliki pemahaman dalam desain UI/UX yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam dunia kerja.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables (Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate) on the dependent variable (Import Value) in Indonesia for the last five years. This study uses quantitative analysis with descriptive methods used to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Foreign Exchange Reserves (X1), Foreign Direct Investment (X2), Inflation Rate (X3), Interest Rate (X4), and Import Value (Y). Panel data regression analysis was used with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that the variables of Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate had no significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia. Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate simultaneously have a significant effect on Import Value in Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are viewed from a business law perspective and what forms of cooperation in trade activities can be carried out by company management. By using normative juridical research methods, it is concluded: 1. The legal rules regarding cooperation agreements in business activities are reviewed from the perspective of business law, referring to Civil law, especially Article 1313 of the Civil Code, which states that "An agreement is an act in which one or more people bind oneself to one or more other people." So it is clear that agreements give rise to agreements, as well as the Trade Code and Indonesian laws and regulations in various forms of business entities. 2. Forms of cooperation in trading activities that can be carried out by company management, such as Mergers, Consolidations, Joint Ventures and Franchising. A merger is a combination of one or several business entities so that from an economic point of view they are one unit, without merging the merged business entities. Consolidation/merger between two or more business entities that combine themselves to merge into one and form one new business entity (consolidation). This aims to "make healthy" the business entity concerned or what is usually called restructuring. Joint Venture is an agreement between two or more parties to collaborate in an activity. Franchise Agreement in which one party is given the right to exploit and/or use the rights to intellectual property or inventions, or business characteristics owned by another party in exchange for compensation based on the terms and/or sale of goods and services. 1 Article. 2 Lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Unsrat, Manado. The prevalence of nutritional status among children aged 5-12 in the Gorontalo Province based on BMI-for-age indicates that 2.70% are severely underweight, 8.45% are underweight, 8.93% are overweight, and 6.26% are obese. The shift from the previous 'four healthy five perfect' nutrition reference to balanced nutrition guidelines is not yet fully understood and known by all layers of society, including within school environments. The outreach activity conducted at Al-Falah Elementary Islamic School in Gorontalo District aims to provide education and socialization regarding balanced nutritional guidelines and the concept of 'My Plate' to elementary school students. The participants involved 34 students from grades 4 and 5. The methods employed included lectures, video presentations, followed by an evaluation using a 'My Plate' puzzle assembly game. The utilization of the puzzle as an evaluation medium was well comprehended by the students, as evidenced by a 75% proficiency in completing the puzzle. Enhancing students' knowledge about balanced nutritional guidance and food plate composition can be achieved through nutritional education and socialization.
