This study examines the effectiveness of training in communication skills and privacy communication management in dealing with domestic conflicts. Data was taken from female informants, giving this study a female perspective. The research was conducted experimentally with a pre-test and post-test design, plus a control group. Some of the participants were training participants in communication skills and privacy communication management in the family, while others were the control group. Using Knapp's relational model instrument as an indicator, data was collected through questionnaires for the control group and pre-test and post-test questionnaires for the test group that participated in the training. Post-test data was collected after the first data collection to determine the effectiveness of communication skills training. The results showed that, compared to the control group, communication training significantly reduced domestic conflicts; communication training influenced aspects of cooperation, emotional reactions, personal relationships, and family communication with relatives and friends. Therefore, this study recommends providing communication training for women in dealing with domestic conflicts. The results of this study can be used to develop criteria for communication skills and privacy communication management, as well as to create a model of privacy communication management strategy as a solution to domestic conflicts.Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan melakukan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Data diambil dari narasumber perempuan sehingga penelitian ini berperspektif perempuan. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test ditambah dengan kelompok kontrol. Sebagian partisipan merupakan peserta pelatihan keterampilan berkomunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi dalam keluarga, sebagian yang lain merupakan kelompok kontrol. Dengan menggunakan instrumen model relasional Knapp sebagai indikator, data diambil melalui kuesioner untuk kelompok kontrol dan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test untuk kelompok uji yang mengikuti pelatihan. Data post-test diambil setelah pengambilan data pertama untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan keterampilan komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dibanding kelompok kontrol, pelatihan komunikasi secara signifikan mengurangi konflik rumah tangga; pelatihan komunikasi mempengaruhi aspek-aspek kerja sama, reaksi emosional, hubungan personal, dan komunikasi keluarga dengan relasi dan teman. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini merekomendasikan diberikannya pelatihan komunikasi bagi perempuan dalam menghadapi konflik rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk menyusun kriteria-kriteria keterampilan komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi privasi, serta membuat model strategi manajemen komunikasi privasi sebagai solusi konflik rumah tangga.

Inclusive education in North Sumatra faces various challenges in its implementation, especially in meeting the needs of children with special needs (ABK). This study aims to identify the challenges and needs of educational units in implementing inclusive education for ABK. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, parents, and education stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include the lack of understanding and readiness of teachers in handling ABK, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, and minimal adequate training and resources. On the other hand, the main needs identified are increasing teacher capacity through special training, providing accessible facilities, and strong policy support from the local government. This study concludes that to achieve successful implementation of inclusive education, collaboration between the government, schools, parents, and the community is needed in overcoming challenges and meeting existing needs. Recommendations submitted include strengthening teacher training programs, increasing budget allocation for facilities and infrastructure, and more intensive socialization of the importance of inclusive education for all levels of society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Al Islam Klaten pada mata pelajaran IPS. 2) mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Al Islam pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 14 orang siswa dan guru mata pelajaran IPS. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Al Islam Klaten pada mata pelajaran IPS masih tergolong rendah. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Al Islam Klaten adalah faktor internal, 1) kurangnya motivasi yang dimiliki siswa kelas VIII dalam belajar, 2) Sikap siswa yang kurang peduli terhadap guru dan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan oleh guru, 3) kesehatan jasmani berupa kelelahan dan sakit membuat siswa kurang berminat terhadap mata pelajaran IPS. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yakni meliputi 1) lingkungan sekolah, strategi mengajar guru, relasi guru dengan siswa, dan fasilitas sekolah, 2) faktor teman sebaya berupa aktivitas yang dilakukan siswa selama kegiatan belajar berlangsung, 3) faktor perhatian dari orang tua yang meliputi relasi orang tua dengan anak, suasana rumah, dan kondisi ekonomi keluarga.
This research aims to 1) determine the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Al Islam Klaten in social studies subjects. 2) describe what factors influence the learning interest of class VIII students at SMP Al Islam in social studies subjects. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research were all 14 class VIII students and social studies teachers. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that class VIII students' interest in learning at SMP Al Islam Klaten in social studies subjects is still relatively low. The factors that influence class VIII students' interest in learning at SMP Al Islam Klaten are internal factors, 1) the lack of motivation that class VIII students have in studying, 2) the attitude of students who care less about teachers and the subjects taught by teachers, 3 ) physical health in the form of fatigue and illness makes students less interested in social studies subjects. Meanwhile, external factors include 1) the school environment, teacher teaching strategies, teacher and student relations, and school facilities, 2) peer factors in the form of activities carried out by students during learning activities, 3) attention factors from parents which include parent relations. with children, home atmosphere, and family economic conditions.

Problem behavior in adolescents (12-17 years) has become a serious concern in the social environment. The parenting style applied by parents can play an important role in shaping this behavior. This study investigates the effect of various parenting styles on problem behavior in adolescent children. The research sample consisted of 100 parents in Bandung with children aged 12-17 with problem behavior. The sample was selected through stratified random sampling techniques to ensure good representation. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measures children's parenting styles and problem behavior. Data analysis involved regression analysis and quantitative correlation. The regression analysis showed that each parenting style contributes differently to problematic behavior. Permissive parenting style showed a significant effect (p < 0.001), followed by authoritarian parenting styles (p < 0.001) and authoritative (p = 0.022). However, uninvolved parenting style had the most significant impact (p < 0.001). Quantitative correlation also indicated a strong relationship between permissive and uninvolved parenting styles and problematic behavior (r = 0.677 and r = 0.994). Parenting styles have different influences on problematic behavior in adolescent children. These findings provide a deeper understanding of how each parenting style plays an important role in forming problem behaviors in children. This study makes a new contribution to understanding the relationship between parenting style and problem behavior in adolescent children by highlighting the role of quantitative and statistical analysis in uncovering this relationship.

The academic information system is a crucial element in managing academic data in higher education institutions. Universities require an efficient information system to manage student data, faculty, courses, and other academic administration. This study develops an SQLPage-based information system to provide a lightweight and user-friendly web-based solution. SQLPage enables the creation of web applications directly from a MySQL database without requiring complex programming. The research results show that this system can improve the efficiency of academic data management and ease of access to information for users

This study aims to analyze the impact of online gambling and drug abuse on the economy of the community in Beratkulon Village, Kemlagi District. The method used in this research involves socialization and discussions with local residents to gather data and information regarding the issues faced. The results indicate that online gambling and drug abuse not only lead to financial losses for individuals but also trigger family conflicts, accumulation of debt, and loss of community productivity. Furthermore, the lack of education about the dangers of drugs and weak supervision are contributing factors to the increasing cases of abuse. This research recommends the need for enhanced community awareness through more intensive educational and socialization programs, as well as strengthening the role of media in disseminating positive messages to prevent drug.

This study aims to determine the application of personal hygiene in food processing in the main kitchen of Harris Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, data collection methods with observation and interviews. The results of the study obtained are from the scope of cleanliness with a percentage of 87% so that it is categorized as very good seen from grooming that runs well such as shaving mustaches, shaving beards, cutting nails when they are long and using an apron when working in the kitchen to maintain cleanliness when processing food. From the scope of habits/behaviors, it gets a percentage of 97% so that it is categorized as very good seen from the use of hand gloves when touching food, not wearing work clothes during the trip then work clothes start to be worn in the locker room before entering the kitchen, using safety shoes when working, washing hands before and after work, using a mask when coughing, using napkins or rags that are used separately such as for cleaning the working table and rags for cleaning plates before serving, not wearing jewelry when working, always washing knives when finished to avoid contamination. From the health sector, the percentage of 80% is categorized as very good, seen from the provision of sanitation hygiene training, especially personal hygiene and medical check-up examinations.

An important aspect that needs attention to support success in the learning process is the teacher's competency. One of the key competencies required by teachers is mastery of technology, which supports the development of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)-based learning. Additionally, mastery of technology can help develop learning media and serve as a learning aid. One of the software that can be used as an option for learning media is Octave. Octave is open-source software, allowing teachers to access it for free. It can be used as a medium/teaching tool to explain various mathematical concepts, such as functions, function limits, derivatives, integrals, and more. This training was attended by high school teachers and took place at Al Bayan Superior High School, Sukabumi Regency. During the training, participants were taught how to use Octave in mathematics instruction to enhance teacher competency. The results of the training show that the use of Octave can support learning in schools by boosting teacher competency and inspiring teachers to become more professional. This, in turn, leads to improved learning quality in schools, which ultimately enhances the overall quality of education.

Leyangan Village is one of the villages in Central Java located in Penawangan District, Grobogan Regency, and Central Java Province. The location of the village is ±50.1 km from the Semarang University (USM) campus. Understanding and implementing SOPs for maintaining wastewater treatment plant structures is one of the problems Leyangan village residents face when they receive assistance in the form of domestic wastewater treatment installation facilities. This activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Leyangan village community regarding methods for maintaining wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) structures. It is necessary to provide explanations and assistance regarding the Leyangan Village wastewater treatment plant which can still function effectively and well and encourage the community to adopt clean and healthy living habits. Assistance is carried out by providing presentations, demonstrations, and direct practice regarding the maintenance of wastewater treatment plants. The result of the training activity is an increase in knowledge. Evaluation is carried out by looking at the results of the pre-test questionnaire and comparing it with the post-test questionnaire. At the beginning before training, the average level of knowledge of participants only reached 32%. However, after training and direct practice were carried out, the participants' knowledge increased to an average of 70%.

This study aims to design and implement a Village Information System (SID) in Bungko Village, Kotamobagu Selatan District, to improve administrative efficiency and public services. The developed system enables village officials to manage population data, process service requests, and generate financial reports more quickly and organized. Village residents can also access services online, submit requests, and easily monitor the status of their services. The SID implementation uses web-based technology, including PHP, and MySQL, ensuring data security and reliability. The results of this study show that the SID can enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in village governance. However, improving technology infrastructure, user training, and integration with other systems are essential for further development. This study is expected to serve as a model for other villages in implementing technology to advance administration and public services.
