This study examines the concepts and characteristics of Islamic architecture applied to pesantren buildings in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through comprehensive literature study, this research analyzes how Islamic architectural principles adapt and synergize with local architecture in the context of traditional to modern pesantren. The findings show that pesantren architecture in Indonesia is a unique manifestation of the fusion of Islamic values with local culture, reflected in seven key elements: the practice of Islam as a way of life, qibla orientation, the concept of hijab, interiors supporting Islamic values, Islamic decorative arts, Islamic values in protection, and the design of dormitories supporting the development of Islamic awareness. The evolution of pesantren architecture has led to various typologies, ranging from traditional to modern forms, each reflecting the adaptation of Islamic architectural principles to the needs of education and the progression of time. This study reveals that despite significant design evolution, pesantren continue to uphold the essence of fundamental Islamic architectural values in every aspect of their design. 

The development of tourist villages in Indonesia is increasing with government support and a shift in tourist interest towards educational and sustainable tourism. Sidomulyo Tourism Village, one of the tourist destinations in Jember Regency, has shown the potential for developing community-based tourism (CBT). However, the management of this village is still under the auspices of the village government, which could lead to continued dependency in the future. Community involvement is still limited because the village government decides the entire planning and management process. Through educational training, this community service program aims to strengthen CBT practices in the Sidomulyo Tourism Village. The process of transferring knowledge and experience is carried out by a manager of one of the independent tourist villages in Indonesia. This activity includes training and evaluation sessions. The results show increased participants' understanding of CBT and independent management of tourist villages. This program recommends developing priority attractions and improving digital marketing as initial steps to support sustainable tourism in the village.

This study aims to analyze the student attendance system at SMP Santo Leo Jakarta and identify information technology-based solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in attendance recording. The school currently relies on a manual attendance system prone to recording errors, delayed reporting, and data manipulation. The research employed the Waterfall method, involving observation, interviews, questionnaire data collection, and literature study. The findings reveal that the manual system received low ratings, with average scores ranging from 40% to 42% in terms of usability, effectiveness, and functionality. However, the proposed technology-based system achieved a future expectation score of 80.74%, indicating the school's willingness to adopt a more modern system. An integrated attendance information system is expected to improve productivity, provide real-time information, and facilitate parental involvement in monitoring student attendance.

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the shop atmosphere, promotion and product diversity variables influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. The purpose of this writing is to explain the factors that contribute to the ineffectiveness of the leadership of the Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency or commonly called BP4, by proposing or presenting immediate solutions to disputing married couples. BP4 Penghuluan's mission includes mediation as a means to prevent divorce. However, the effectiveness of its application in various regions in preventing divorce is still limited. This research method uses qualitative research with field research with critical analytical descriptive methods, then this composition uses a normative and empirical approach methodology sourced from direct experience in the field. This study discusses in depth the ways and methods used to deepen the concept of understanding public law to access advocacy services for the community, especially married couples. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of BP4 Kepenghuluan as advocacy assistance for married couples in various regions is currently disrupted in carrying out its functions due to various inhibiting factors so that it is not yet optimal. So the proposed settlement requires, among other things, that the regulation of Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974, especially Article 39 concerning Divorce, must be revitalized by Islamic law, namely First, this requirement requires the incorporation of taqshisul qadha, Second, reinterpretation, Third, new policies from the government. Fourth, improvements in supporting various aspects of BP4 in optimizing its role.




Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap ketidakefektifan kepemimpinan Badan Penasihatan, Pembinaan dan Pelestarian Perkawinan atau biasa disebut BP4, dengan mengusulkan atau menghadirkan solusi segera kepada pihak pasangan suami istri yang bersengketa dan mengkaji serta mengeksplorasi potensi penyelesaian yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas BP4 dalam kapasitasnya sebagai mediator dalam konteks pencegahan perceraian. Misi BP4 Kepenghuluan mencakup mediasi sebagai sarana untuk mencegah perceraian. Namun efektivitas penerapannya di berbagai daerah dalam mencegah perceraian masih terbatas. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptifanalitis kritis. Kajian ini secara mendalam membahas tentang cara dan metode yang digunakan untuk memperdalam konsep pemahaman hukum publik untuk mengakses layanan advokasi bagi masyarakat khususnya pasangan suami istri. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas BP4 Kepenghuluan sebagai bantuan advokasi bagi pasangan suami istri diberbagai daerah saat ini dalam menjalankan fungsinya terganggu karena berbagai faktor penghambat seperti faktor internal seperti kekurangan personel dan mediator bersertifikat, serta faktor eksternal antara lain belum adanya peraturan pemerintah baik berupa undang-undang maupun peraturan, sehingga belum optimal dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Maka usulan penyelesaian tersebut antara lain mengharuskan pengaturan Undang-Undang Perkawinan Nomor 1 Tahun 1974, khususnya Pasal 39 tentang Perceraian, harus dilakukan revitalisasi hukum islam yakni Pertama, Persyaratan ini mengharuskan penggabungan taqshisul qadha, Kedua, penafsiran ulang, Ketiga, kebijakan baru dari pemerintah. Keempat, Peningkatan dalam menunjang berbagai aspek di BP4 dalam mengoptimalkan perannya tersebut.

The creation of the website of MaQis Alhamidy 4 Islamic Boarding School aims to provide an effective means of information and promotion to support the Qismart self-service store managed by the pesantren. In today's digital era, the existence of a website is very important for organizations, including Islamic educational institutions such as Pondok Pesantren MaQis Alhamidy 4. This website is designed not only to convey information about pesantren activities and services, but also to promote the pesantren self-service which serves as one of the main sources of income. Website development is carried out through several stages, namely observation, identification, implementation, and evaluation. The KKN Inovasi Pesantren Group 02 team, consisting of 16 members, was directly involved in this process. In the observation stage, the team observed and recorded the phenomena that occurred in the pesantren. Problem identification was conducted through interviews with pesantren administrators to understand the needs and challenges faced, especially related to the self-service information and promotion system. The implementation stage involved information collection and assistance in using the website as an information medium. Evaluation was conducted to reflect on the process and results achieved. The results of this project show that the developed website successfully created an effective platform to introduce and promote Qismart Supermarket to the community. The website facilitates access to important information and strengthens the brandi.

This study aims to determine the validity of the presumption of innocence principle against perpetrators or suspected perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism committed by law enforcement officials, especially Densus 88. This paper uses a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The results showed that the principle of presumption of innocence in handling criminal acts of terrorism is, in fact, still often ignored by law enforcement officials. Even the data obtained shows that several suspects/perpetrators have died during the legal process they underwent, as well as the actions of law enforcement officials who often commit acts that exceed limits and violate human rights. This principle needs to be implemented and strictly regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code as the master procedural law as well as in the law on the eradication of criminal acts of terrorism so that the strength and application of this principle increasingly get a place and position that can protect perpetrators/suspected perpetrators of criminal acts of terrorism.

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen prasarana dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di pondok pesantren Raudhatul Jannah kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Perencanaan prasarana di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya dilakukan dengan rapat kegiatan, dan dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali pada hari kamis, guna memantapkan perencanaan yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan pondok pesantren, dan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan keperluan santri, unsur yang terlibat dalam perencanaan yakni pihak madrasah dan pihak yayasan. (2) Pengadaan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santri, apa yang diperlukan akan dibangun dengan melakukan diskusi bersama pihak yayasan dan pihak madrasah. Pengadaan prasarana juga menyesuaikan  dengan  dana  yang dimiliki, yang berasal  dari sisa uang infaq bulanan, bantuan dari donatur maupun keluarga yayasan, dan usaha kantin dari Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah sendiri. (3) Penggunaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah diharuskan terpisah antara santri putra dan santri putri. (4) Pemeliharaan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah meliputi pembersihan di area pondok pesantren mengandalkan tenaga santri terutama untuk bagian dalam seperti mesjid dan ruang kamar pribadi. Selain itu, untuk pembersihan area luar pondok pesantren memerlukan petugas khusus. (5) Penghapusan Prasarana Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Jannah Palangka Raya sudah pernah dilakukan, yaitu penghapusan prasarana berupa dua rumah, satu dapur, satu ruang asrama, dan sepuluh ruang wc

This research aims to determine PT Textile Boyolali work effectiveness: analysis of work environment, organizational culture and motivation. The variables used in this research are work environment and organizational culture as independent variables, work effectiveness as the dependent variable and motivation as the intervening variable. The data used in this research is primary data with the data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research uses smart (PLS) Partial Least Square. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation.
 

This article explores the richness of language styles and speech used in the lyrics of the song "Raksa" by Soegi Bornean. Against the background of the richness of the existing lyrics and the possibilities that exist in linguistic exploration as found in the title of the song "Raksa" which comes from a foreign language, namely Sanskrit, as well as the use of the song lyrics "Budaya nian bersua", and the aim of this research is to reveal The contribution of songs to the development of diction in song lyrics is due to the large number of vocabulary words in Indonesian that are rarely used. As well as the emotional power of using qualitative descriptive analysis methods to study the language style and figures of speech of the Raksa Song, this research will focus on deciphering the stylistic nuances and revealing the mosaic of metaphorical and idiomatic expressions. The research results further highlight the complexity of the rhetorical figures of speech contained in the song "Raksa" such as in the lyrics which read "Where I look for the soul" of the song, providing insight into its poetic resonance. Therefore, the use of language styles and figures of speech has spread to a deeper scale regarding song lyrics, and has enriched the appreciation of Indonesian songwriting.
