																		Abstrak:
Indonesia, as a developing nation, is actively pursuing comprehensive development across various sectors to enhance equitable welfare, particularly through economic projects like office buildings, housing, and infrastructure. The involvement of all societal levels is crucial for ensuring the success of these endeavors. However, economic development often triggers disputes stemming from differing interpretations or contractual provisions. This study focuses on analyzing reforms in construction dispute resolution under Law No. 2 of 2017, utilizing a quantitative survey approach. The Construction Services Acts of 1999 and 2017 marked significant shifts in philosophical outlook and dispute resolution mechanisms. Findings indicate that the 2017 Act emphasizes non-litigious settlements with a "win-win" approach, though challenges remain regarding the term "court." Despite these challenges, the study acknowledges that Indonesia is progressing towards effective construction dispute resolution. It recommends stricter sanctions for violations of construction agreements to enhance future regulatory frameworks. These insights are vital for legal practitioners and policymakers, aiming to refine mechanisms and raise public awareness on regulatory gaps that hinder sustainable development in Indonesia. The study also categorizes dispute resolution solutions and scrutinizes provisions in Law No. 2 of 2017 concerning defects, nonconformities, weaknesses, and perceived biases. The Act defines a team formed by mutual agreement to oversee Construction Services, tasked with preventing and mediating disputes arising from Construction Work Contracts.

																		Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the risks associated with the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at the elementary school level using the FMEA method. This research is a literature study employing a qualitative approach, followed by the FMEA method to conduct a risk analysis of the issues in implementing the Merdeka Belajar curriculum at the elementary school level. The findings indicate several levels of issues and corresponding solutions for the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, including:1) Teachers' lack of ability to develop learning models, evaluation methods, and learning tools. This issue can be addressed by involving teachers in training and workshops to enhance their skills in creating effective learning models and tools to improve classroom teaching, 2) Insufficient teacher understanding of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum implementation. This can be resolved by enrolling teachers in training programs focused on implementing learning with the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, 3) Limited teacher ability to understand diverse students and student heterogeneity. This can be addressed by enhancing teachers' psychological skills to better understand their students, 4) Lack of understanding of information technology usage among teachers and staff, as well as limited internet access and infrastructure. Solutions include government support for the provision of learning facilities such as internet access and infrastructure. Additionally, schools can involve teachers and educators in workshops and training sessions on technology and information usage, 5) Suboptimal time management. This issue can be addressed by improving time management to effectively organize teaching activities using the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, 6) Lack of student competitiveness. This can be enhanced by motivating students to value the importance of striving for progress and success in their learning.

																		Abstrak:
Leadership in the Islamic perspective is a sacred trust given by Allah to humans as His vicegerents on earth to prosper the world and safeguard the well-being of the community. Leaders are required to possess key qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and the ability to convey the truth, as well as being faithful, pious, just, professional, and responsible. The stories of Prophet Adam and Prophet David in the Qur'an illustrate the immense responsibility and the risks of succumbing to desires, which can be overcome through introspection and repentance. An ideal leader should use the Qur'an and hadith as guidance to achieve justice, welfare, and blessings for themselves and their communities, serving as a foundation for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Natural Resource Profit Sharing Funds (DBH SDA) and investment on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) through regional expenditure in Kutai Timur Regency. The research employs path analysis with a multiple linear regression model using time series data from 2013-2022. The results indicate that DBH SDA has a significant positive effect on regional expenditure but a significant negative effect on GRDP. Conversely, investment has an insignificant negative effect on regional expenditure but a significant positive effect on GRDP. Furthermore, regional expenditure significantly and positively influences GRDP. Additional analysis reveals that the impact of DBH SDA on GRDP is more substantial through regional expenditure, while the direct effect of investment on GRDP is more pronounced. This study highlights the importance of efficient DBH SDA management and the optimization of investments to support regional economic growth.

Letjen Sutoyo RW 03 Lowowaru is an urban area in Malang City. This area has a Health Center that plays a vital role in maintaining public health. The aging process is characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to external stress, which leads to a decrease in the physiological function of organs, systems, and overall body ability. One of the important functions of the body is to form balance, which refers to the ability to maintain the center of the body's position against the supporting base when standing, sitting, moving, or walking (Winter, 1995 in Howe, et al., 2008). This balance is essential to maintain stability when moving from one position to another (Lee & Scudds, 2003).

Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.
