Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan agama Islam berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan akhlak siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang sifanya library research. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan lewat proses menjelaskan dan menggambarkan pengaruh pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa secara jelas, objektif dan kritis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan agama islam berpengaruh pada pembentukan akhlak para siswa. Hal ini didasari bahwa pendidikan agama islam berfungsi untuk Menyediakan dan mengakomodasi pendidikan tentang akidah dan akhlak adalah hal fundamental yang utama dalam pembentukan akhlakul karimah atau akhlak yang baik. Pengaruh pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa dilihat materi yang disampaikan berupa keagamaan yang diperoleh dari akidah, hukum dalam ibadah yang dilakukan sehari-hari diperoleh dari fiqih, pedoman dalam berperilaku diperoleh dari pendidikan akhlak, keteladanan hidup diperoleh dari sejarah umat terdahulu dan pedoman hidup diperoleh dari Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci umat islam dan As-sunnah serta lewat keteladanan yang dicontohkan dari guru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
 

Peran teknologi informasi saat ini berperan sangat penting, banyak manfaat jika kita bisa menggunakannya dengan baik. Untuk memasarkan sebuah produk kita juga bisa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berupa media sosial untuk membantu memasarkan produk sehingga lebih mudah untuk diketahui atau dikenal oleh banyak orang. Maka dari itu, dalam pengabdian masyarakat di desa Beru ini kami mengadakan program mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pemasaran pentol kemasan frozen food. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pemasaran pentol kemasan frozen food yang bisa dilakukan melalui media sosial. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan diskusi secara langsung dengan pelaku usaha. Hasil yang dapat dicapai dari kegiatan ini yaitu pelaku usaha menjadi lebih paham mengenai pemasaran pentol kemasan frozen food  yang bisa dilakukan melalui media sosial.
 

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk menentukan dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi wisata, daya tarik wisata, fasilitas wisata, aksesibilitas, kualitas pelayanan, akomodasi, usia wisatawan dan pendapatan wisatawan di Objek Wisata Batu Katak Desa Batujonjong Kecamatan Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat yangmempunyai kompetitif dalam tingkat kunjungan wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dan untuk melihat pengklasifikasian tingkat kunjungan wisata digunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 pengunjung objek wisata, dengan menggunakan metode analisis Confimatory Faktor Analysis (CFA) dan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan mengunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 8 variabel yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan wisata Batu Katak, faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kunjungan wisata terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu promosi wisata, kualitas pelayanan dan pendapatan wisatawan. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa promosi wisata dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap faktor tingkat kunjungan wisata Batu Katak, sedangkan pendapatan wisatawan berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisata Batu Katak Desa Batujongjong Kecamatan Bahorok Kabupaten Langkat.

The aim of the research is to find out the work of the state civil apparatus (BPKAD), namely the qualitative method is a methodology that uses content analysis, which requires the transmission of steps in writing to achieve goals and information that is complete and objective, and has certain ways and methods according to the problem. faced. This type of research is direct research and library research. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the performance of employees who have performed well at the Regional Office of the Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of North Sumatra Province can improve this good performance to also create good jobs that advance positions according to the key indicators of current North Sumatra Province BPKAD employees .And already in good improvement efforts it can be seen that the ability to use working time effectively, the quality of work carried out and employee responsibilities are good. This is because the Regional Economic Development Board administrators are able to communicate with their staff to improve service quality and provide good facilities and infrastructure ideal for advancing the development of the Second sector in the province of North Sumatra and achieving these development goals.
 

Bayi tabung merupakan sebuah keberhasilan dari kerjasama antara pakar kedokteran dan pakar farmasi, dimana mereka mengawinkan sperma dan ovum di luar rahim dalam sebuah tabung yang sudah dipersiapkan. Setelah terjadi pembuahan, barulah di tempatkan ke dalam rahim seorang wanita. Yang menjadi masalah dalam hal ini adalah nasab bayi yang dilahirkan  melalui  proses  teknik   bayi  tabung  tersebut  sehingga  hal  tersebut  memicu timbulnya masalah     yang pelik di mata hukum Islam dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana status hukum keperdataan bayi tabung dan hubungan nasabnya ditinjau dari Hukum Islam dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata dan  bagaimana implementasi aturan hukum mengenai teknologi bayi tabung di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif, spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis, dan metode analasis data yaitu dengan menyederhanakan data ke dalam bentuk yang lebih mudah dibaca dan dipahami serta dimengerti. Hasil penelitian dalam hukum Islam memandang bahwa anak yang lahir dari bayi tabung hukumnya adalah anak sah jika benih yang digunakan dari orang tuanya yang terikat perkawianan yang sah. Sedangkan dalam KUHPerdata belum ada hukum yang mengaturnya, sehingga status hukum keperdataan  bayi  tabung  masih  belum   jelas.  Dalam  hukum  positif  di  Indonesia  hanya mengatur  mengenai  proses  bayi  tabung   belum  mengatur  mengenai  nasab   anak   yang dilahirkan melalui proses teknik bayi tabung.

The aim of the study was to find out the communication pattern of the innovation program by the village head. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with data reduction, data display and conclusion.
The results of the study show: 1) Orientation Phase, the village head introduces the village innovation program plan. 2) Explorative Affective Exchange Stage, the development of interpersonal relationships marked by agreement and understanding. 3) Affective Exchange Stage, the emergence of critical and evaluative feelings at a deeper level. 4) Stable Exchange Stage, each individual is enabled to estimate their respective actions and respond accordingly. Petak Village Head Communication Patterns are 1) Chain Communication Patterns; the village head provides direction and stimulus to the community with the Kadus as an intermediary for information. 2) Circular Communication Patterns; communication in which the communicator provides a source of reciprocal response to other communicators.

Increasing local government PAD needs to pay attention to posts that are the main regional revenues. This is to increase Fiscal Capacity in realizing regional independence. This study aims to determine the effect of Regional Tax (PD), Regional Retribution (RD), Revenue Sharing Tax Revenue (DBHP) and Flypaper effect (FE) on Fiscal Capacity (KF). This study uses quantitative analysis techniques, and the population of this study is the Special Region of Yogyakarta while the sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling with a research sample of 5 districts/cities in the province of DIY. The data that has been collected was analyzed using data analysis which first tested the classical assumptions before testing the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis with t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that Local Tax (PD) has a significant negative effect, Regional Retribution (RD) has a significant positive effect, and the Flypaper effect (FE) has a significant negative effect on Fiscal Capacity (KF). Meanwhile, the Tax Revenue Sharing Fund (DBHP) has no significant effect on Fiscal Capacity (KF).

In digital media, many women are involved in their actions, an example is advertising. There are no women who play a role in an advertisement, but women have limitations and risks that must be considered in everything they do. there is a risk alone.

Complaints or submission of aspirations and student complaints are important in an institution or college, because with the delivery of these aspirations a university can easily improve and improve its quality. Building student confidence in the services and facilities and infrastructure carried out by the organizers is an activity that must be carried out with the expectations and demands of students regarding service improvement. This student complaint system is a website-based system that is useful for assisting Tegal Steel Polytechnic students in submitting complaints to universities. Services regarding receiving complaints and responding to complaints are still manual. Students must come to the secretariat to fill out the form directly. Therefore, with the development of technology, it encourages authors to create a website-based information system that can help students who want to make complaints. Therefore, researchers build a website-based system that makes it easier for students to make complaints and see how far their complaints have been processed by the university.

This study aims to examine and examine the effect of Locus of Control and Innovative Behavior on Work Engagement through Self-efficacy Mediation. Locus of Control and Innovative Behavior as exogenous variables, Self-efficacy as mediating variables and Work Engagement as endogenous variables. This research was conducted on employees of PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Cengkareng Engineering Services section with the Non Probabilty Sampling method totaling 150 respondents. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that Locus of Control has an effect on Work Engagement, Innovative Behavior has an effect on Work Engagement, Self-efficacy has an effect on Work Engagement, Locus of Control has an effect on Self-efficacy, Innovative Behavior has an effect on Self-efficacy, Locus of Control has an effect on Work Engagement through Self-efficacy and Innovative Behavior has an effect on Work Engagement through Self-efficacy.
