Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR)is one of the two standard for mesh networks. OLSR is a link state routing protocol, which use hallo message and topology control (TC) to determine the link state information across the mobile ad-hoc network. OLSR is widely used in the wireless mesh network. Raspberry Pi is a mini computer which can be used as a node router to replace the function of a router in a wireless mesh network. In this research, Raspberry Pi is used as a router nodes to determine the performance of routing protocol OLSR. The parameters used to measure its performance is self-configure time, self-healing and bandwidth usage. The test results showed that the use of routing protocols OLSR on the Raspberry Pi in a wireless mesh network proved able to repair itself if there is a problem on the network since it has ability to self-configure and self-healing.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities

Bananas are one of horticultural plants with a large production potential in Indonesia. There are two types of bananas in Indonesia, namely that can be eaten immediately and which must be processed first before eaten. Processed bananas are very abundant and one example is a snack called Ledre. One of the Ledre Banana processing industries in Malang City is UD Dua Putri Dewi. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategies used by UD Dua Putri Dewi by using SWOT Analysis as the research method. The results of the analysis show that each factor in the marketing strategy has a varied score. In the strength of the ledre’s banana UD Dua Putri Dewi, the highest score of the indicator score was the delicious ledre banana with a score of 0.189. Weakness factor has the highest score score indicator is the incomplete regulation of the implementation of production and fund management, including SOP (standard of operation and procedure) with a score of 0.121. The opportunity factor (Opportunity) has the highest indicator score, which is very useful government support with a score of 0.206. Threat factor (Threat) has the highest score of the indicator, namely the number of competitors who are increasing and competitive with a score of 0.154. The marketing strategy in UD Dua Putri Dewi using SWOT analysis is in quadrant I which is a strategy that supports aggressive strategies. At that position UD Dua Putri Dewi is in a situation where its strength is taking advantage of opportunities. Thus, the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi pada beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu Yeni Indah S. sebagai pemilik usaha produktif krupuk yang berada di Desa Medokan Semampir, Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya. Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat  (PKM)  berorientasi kepada solusi dari permasalahan yang disepakati bersama, ada  4 hal yaitu peningkatan manajemen Mitra, peningkatan teknologi, peningkatan produksi dan pengembangan akademis. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah Mitra dapat membuat ampas tahu basah menjadi tepung ampas tahu kering, yang selanjutnya tepung ampas tahu dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti tepung terigu dalam pembuatan kerupuk, mampu melakukan pemasaran dan cara menghitung keuntungan sebuah bisnis secara sederhana. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas diharapkan Mitra di Medokan Semampir bisa menambah ekonomi/penghasilan rumah tangga dengan tanpa meninggalkan rumah terlalu lama, sehingga kehidupannya lebih sejahtera.

<p>Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja, serta menganalisa pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p>Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan non ASN di Kecamatan Pakis Aji, Jepara yang berjumlah 101 dengan metode penentuan sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sensus sampling, yang artinya keseluruhan jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Alat analisis menggunakan SEM (<em>struktur equitions modeling</em>)</p><p>Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Karakteristik pekerjaan dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.</p><p>  </p><p>The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job characteristics and compensation on work motivation, and analyze the influence of job characteristics, compensation and work motivation on employee performance.</p><p>The population in this study were all employees of non-ASN urban villages in Pakis Aji Subdistrict, Jepara, which numbered 101 with the method of determining the sample used was census sampling, which means that the total population was used as the research sample. SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material  efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue.
Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file.
The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

Dari hasil observasi awal pada kelompok sasaran, yaitu sekolah-sekolah Katolik di Kecamatan Donomulyo (TK-SMP) ada 4 sekolah yang memiliki 41 guru. Mereka rata-rata merupakan guru yayasan dari Yayasan Karmel yang kantor pusatnya berada di Malang. Sebagian besar dari guru-guru tersebut dalam mengajar masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang konvensional. Tujuan  pengabdian  pada  masyarakat  ini  adalah  memberikan  pelatihan  bagi peningkatan   kompetensi   pedagogik   para   guru   di   sekolah-sekolah   Katolik   di Kecamatan Donomulyo. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah perpaduan antara demonstrasi (peragaan hipnosis oleh kedua pemateri), ceramah tentang hipnosis dan pemanfaatannya dalam  pembelajaran,  tanya-jawab,  diskusi  dan  praktik oleh para guru  dalam  memberikan  kata-kata  yang  sugestif  kepada  siswa.  Setelah  proses pelatihan berakhir dilakukan penyebaran angket untuk mendapat informasi balikan dari peserta pelatihan. Sebagian besar peserta menyatakan mendapatkan hal yang baru dan metode yang digunakan sangat variatif dan menyenangkan. Oleh karena itu, peserta memberi saran agar kegiatan serupa rutin bisa diadakan.

Artikel ini hendak mengatakan bahwa bunyi, bentuk dan aroma (BBA) adalah merek non-tradisional yang memiliki daya pembeda, sehingga harus dilindungi sebagai merek dagang di Indonesia. Tesis tersebut berangkat dari prinsip utama dalam hukum merek, bahwa daya pembeda lah yang merupakan unsur prior dan atau alpha diantara syarat yang lain. Sehingga dengan dimilikinya daya pembeda, suatu tanda dalam hal ini BBA wajib hukum-nya untuk dilindungi sebagai merek.
