This research refers to the decision of presidential regulation number 80 of 2017 concerning the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and based on the approval letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/411/M.KT.01 2018 dated June 8, 2018 concerning the Arrangement of Technical Implementation Units of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency. /In this study, the problem for researchers is to find out how the socialization of the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang is to help the consumer community to choose products that already have a distribution permit in order to protect consumers from dangerous cosmetics by introducing the Bpom Mobile application as a very useful application to help the public in purchasing cosmetics that are safe and have a distribution permit. the research used in this research is to use a descriptive qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources and use data collection techniques by observation, interview, and documentation. The theory in this study refers to Budiani's theory (2007: 53), namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring. The results showed that the first indicator, namely the accuracy of program targets, still had to set age limits to be able to use the Bpom Mobile application so that people could find out the rules for using the Bpom Mobile application. The second indicator is the socialization of the program, the Pom Workshop in Tanjungpinang makes a lot of socialization both for the community, students of school children who make Bpom Mobile material an important material in every socialization / counseling and even open a stand to explain the Bpom Mobile application. The third indicator is the purpose of the program, has the aim that the public knows that there is an application that is very helpful for buying a product to ascertain whether the product used has a distribution permit and is safe for use in everyday life. The fourth indicator is monitoring program results, the POM Workshop in Tanjungpinang sees that the results of the Bpom Mobile application program are beneficial to the community even though it is difficult for people who cannot use cellphones to use the Bpom Mobile application. The conclusion of this study is that the socialization of Bpom has not been effective because there are still many people who do not know that the Bpom Mobile application exists.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P seperti <em>Product, Price, Promotion, Place</em> terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada UMKM. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa di Setia Budi Kota Medan. Peneliti menggunakan teknik <em>non-probability sampling</em> dengan metode <em>accidental sampling</em>, menggunakan rumus Cochran dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Lokasi penelitian di UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) Bauran pemasaran 4P berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (4) Promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. (5) Tempat tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Donat Kentang Syifa Setia Budi. Hal tersebut disebabkan konsumen mengabaikan Harga, Promosi, Tempat dari produk yang dikonsumsinya.</p><p><em>This study aims to determine the influence of the 4P marketing mix on Purchasing Decisions at MSMEs, such as Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive statistical analysis. The population of this study was consumers who had purchased the Syifa Potato Donut UMKM in Setia Budi, Medan City. Researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with the Accidental Sampling method, using the Cochran formula with a total sample of 99 respondents. The research location is at the Syifa Setia Budi Potato Donuts MSME, Medan. This study found that (1) 4P Marketing mix has a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. (2) Product positively affects purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. (3) Price does not affect purchasing decisions at MSME Donut Potatoes Syifa, Setia Budi. Consumers OF Donut Potatoes Syifa ignore prices, promotions, and places of the products they consume.</em><em></em></p>

This training aims to enhance the ability of teachers in East Waringin Timur City to write scholarly articles, enabling them to contribute more effectively to the educational development in the region. In an effort to achieve this goal, the outreach team will undertake various activities, including interviews with teachers, curriculum analysis, surveys, literature research, and communication with schools. This study will provide a deeper insight into the needs and expectations of teachers regarding scholarly article writing, as well as facilitate the development of a Scholarly Article Writing training program tailored to the local educational context. It is expected that the results of this outreach will bring about positive benefits in improving the quality of education in East Waringin Timur City.

The aim of this study to provide the importance of the benefits of databases in schools today, because in this sophisticated era, database needs are needed to make it easier to make reports, retrieve and store data that was originally made manually which is time consuming and prone to data errors. . With the application of a database system, everything can be done easily and quickly, and the resulting data will be accurate. The research method used is a qualitative method by observing and recording reality through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the benefits of using databases in schools today are the quality of the data and information accessed according to what is input, and the most important benefit is classifying data and information so that it is easier for teachers to understand, anticipating the occurrence of data similarities or data instability. Helping the process of saving, accessing, editing, and deleting data, Protecting databases for schools to shorten processing time and get significant results

UMKM actors are one of the jobs of the majority of the people in Sumberejo Village. The lack of information and technology for UMKM players regarding the use of E-Commerce, which really helps UMKM actors to make sales and payments online. Community empowerment activities are carried out by outreach and assistance to provide knowledge and application of E-Commerce to market UMKM products. This activity went through two stages, namely the observation and interview stages. Observation and interview activities are carried out by creating E-Commerce which consists of registration to completion. The existence of socialization regarding E-Commerce can help UMKM actors to facilitate the sale and payment of UMKM products.

Bintang Collection bergerak di bidang konveksi memproduksi pakaian wanita, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan pakaian wanita ini. Bintang Collection perlu melakukan peramalan permintaan produknya melalui desain produk dan mutu/kualitas produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa desain produk, mutu terhadap  peramalan permintaan pakaian wanita di Bintang Collection Tegal.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Pengambilan sampel non random sampling, dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Data sekunder yang diperoleh akan dihitung dengan metode moving average. Data primer akan di analisa dan di uji dengan SPSS versi 25.Peramalan produksi tahun 2023 sebanyak 44.289 pcs dan permintaan sebanyak 38.289 pcs, diperkuat dengan hasil uji t Desain produk terhadap peramalan permintaan,  nilai thitung sebesar 1,850 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,850 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig.  0,019 < 0,05 artinya H1 diterima. Peramalan produk cacat tahun 2023 sebanyak 8.003 pcs. Hasil  diperkuat nilai thitung sebesar 9,980 yang berarti thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,980 > 1,661 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H2 diterima. Untuk meramalkan permintaan, Bintang Collection harus meramalkan desain dan mutu. Hasil survey ini diperkuat oleh hasil uji F diperoleh fhitung 66,318 yang artinya lebih besar dari ftabel yaitu 66,318 > 2,466 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat diartikan H3 diterima. PT Pionirbeton melayani permintaan beton (cor) pada pembangunan gedung, pembangunan jembatan, proyek jalan raya, maupun rumah pribadi. Metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) merupakan suatu metode pengukuran produktivitas yang menilai performansi kerja ditiap-tiap bagian perusahaan secara objektif, sekaligus mencari faktor-faktor penyebab penurunan produktivitas apabila ditemukan. Dengan menggunakan metode OMAX, maka akan didapatkan indeks perubahan produktivitas yang selanjutnya dilakukan evaluasi produktivitas dan usulan rencana untuk masa yang akan datang. Nilai indikator tertinggi terdapat pada bulan Desember sebesar 4,299 diatas rata-rata total indikator kinerja sebesar 1,726. Hal ini menunjukan tingkat produktivitas dari total rasio 1 sampai dengan rasio 7 pada bulan Desember berada dalam keadaan optimal. Nilai indicator terendah terdapat pada bulan Mei sebesar 0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pengukuran produktivitas pada PT Pionirbeton Industri dapat diambil kesimpulan bahawa perhitungan rasio berdasarkan kreteria yang berpengaruh dalam produktivitas adalah rasio 3 Bahwa nilai rasio tertinggi terdapat pada bulan Desember sebesar 315,417. sedangkan rasio terendah terjadi pada rasio 7 pada bulan Mei sebesar 0,081. Langkah-langkah perbaikan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas : Perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan terkait rasio 3 untuk rasio jumlah pekerja. : Merancang rencana tindakan yang terperinci untuk mencapai tujuan perbaikan kinerja. Rencana ini mencakup langkah-langkah spesifik, tanggung jawab, sumber daya yang dibutuhkan, dan jadwal pelaksanaan, Melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kemajuan dalam perbaikan kinerja dan mengukur hasil yang telah dicapai. Hal ini dapat melibatkan perbandingan dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dan penggunaan indikator kinerja yang relevan. Students with dyscalculia are students who have a diagnosis of the central nervous system which can affect their learning process, especially in mathematics. As for the research method In this study the researcher used a type/research approach in the form of Library Research.

This study aims to use dictation to improve students' listening skills in Indonesian and to determine the effectiveness of dictation in improving students' listening skills in descriptive texts. This research is a collective action research. This research uses the dictation method to improve the skills of listening to descriptive texts in Indonesian subjects. Action research for this course consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The results of the classroom action research showed that students' listening skills improved by using the dictation method. Dictation is a method commonly used to measure students' writing ability. With dictation, students must be able to understand the meaning of what they hear and then write it down while dealing with time constraints.In the end, using the dictation method can improve the writing skills of students in lower grades who initially could only write by looking at the writing on the blackboard or copying, now they are starting to be able to write slowly.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous or partial effect of XBRL implementation, company size, and managerial ownership on financial reporting quality using the modified jones model in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This study uses quantitative methods. The unit of analysis used is a group, namely property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021, and are the population in this study. By using the purposive sampling method, 66 companies were selected as research samples. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12 software. The results of this study indicate that XBRL implementation, company size, and managerial ownership simultaneously have a significant effect on financial reporting quality. Partially, company size has a significant positive effect on financial reporting quality, while XBRL implementation and managerial ownership have no significant effect on financial reporting quality.
