																		Legislation regarding judicial examination procedures requires forensic experts, article 133 of the Criminal Procedure Code paragraph (1), explains that in the case of an investigator for the purposes of justice regarding a victim who has been injured, poisoned or died allegedly because of an incident which constitutes a criminal act, the judiciary has the authority to submit a request expert information. In medical experts, justice and other experts. Why do you need a forensic doctor? Because it is impossible for investigators, judges, prosecutors to know all the knowledge in the field of medicine which will later be used to deal with criminal cases related to the human body, for example: violence, murder, suicide. With this, the authorities will ask for help from a doctor as an expert witness, the doctor's testimony as an expert witness, the doctor's testimony is regulated by law. In handling murder cases, a forensic autopsy is needed which will provide clear information regarding criminal cases. Accordingly, a forensic autopsy will produce tools that can be used as evidence in deciding a case by a judge. With a forensic autopsy, the cause of a person's death will be known. Therefore, an autopsy is very much needed in the investigation of criminal acts of murder and during the trial process. 																		Perkembangan teknologi modern saat ini telah meningkatkan persaingan dalam industri Cake dan Bakery. Meskipun teknologi berperan penting dalam pemasaran, komunikasi tatap muka masih relevan. Strategi word of mouth (WOM) dianggap efektif dalam memasarkan produk karena dianggap lebih jujur dan tanpa motif tersembunyi. Faktor-faktor seperti kepuasan konsumen, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan sangat mempengaruhi WOM dan citra merek. Citra merek yang positif dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Pengaruh Komunikasi Word Of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan Konsumen, dan Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan mediasi Kepuasan Pelanggan pada UMKM Cake dan Bakery di Ud. Abadi Bakery, Desa Lowayu, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, serta analisis menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.2.9 termasuk Uji Outer Model, Uji Inner Model, Uji Mediasi, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel memiliki nilai loading vektor ≥ 0.7 dan nilai AVE ≥ 0.5, menunjukkan validitas yang memadai. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Word Of Mouth (X1), Kualitas Pelayanan (X2), Kepercayaan Konsumen (X3), dan Citra Merek (X4) secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi Word Of Mouth secara langsung mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan, sementara Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan Konsumen, dan Citra Merek mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui mediasi Kepuasan Pelanggan secara komplementer.

																		Abstrak:
																		This study aims to examine the role of Career Adaptability and Career Development in enhancing employee performance within the context of higher education transformation. Research focusing on organizations undergoing continuous change remains limited. Change management is a critical issue for such organizations. Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), as an example of higher education undergoing structural transformation into a Legal Entity State University (PTN-BH), serves as the context for this study. Specifically, this research explores the impact of career adaptability on employee performance at UNNES. Currently, there is a lack of research on career development that specifically focuses on higher education institutions transitioning to PTN-BH. Key issues addressed in this study include career dynamics within continuously evolving organizations. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal design. The  sampling  technique  in  this  study  is  using random sampling where sampling is done randomly regardless of the strata in the population.  The  sample  of  this  study  amounted  to  138  people  (20%)  of  all employees of Universitas Negeri Semarang. In this study, surveys were used as a method of data collection. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive and statistical methods. The findings of this study indicate that the factor that plays a role in influencing employee performance at Universitas Negeri Semarang is career adaptability. Meanwhile, career development does not influence  employee  performance.  Meanwhile,  career  adaptability  and  career development together have a significant impact on performance. Thus, employee adaptability with a comfortable work environment designed to build trust between employees,  share  knowledge  and  skills  to  support  continuous  learning  and improve employee performance is needed.

																		Abstrak:
																		Information regarding the evaluation of reasoning skills related to online socio-scientific issues is still limited due to limited instruments. This research aims to determine the validity and reliability of an online socio-scientific issue-based critical reasoning instrument. Content validity was proven by the assessment method by five experts. Confirmatory factor analysis was carried out with the Lisrel 8.8 program to prove construct validity. Instrument testing was carried out on 145 grade 10 high school students. Convergent validity was determined through the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) calculation, and reliability was determined through Construct Reliability (CR). There are 12 items from four dimensions of critical reasoning based on online socio-scientific issues: (1) evaluating SSI information, (2) identifying SSI complexity, (3) checking the credibility of information sources, and (4) multiperspective. The results of the content validity test obtained the Aiken coefficient value in the valid category. Based on the analysis results, the GFI, RMSEA, and p-value of the instrument fit the model and have loading factors that meet the minimum criteria. In addition, the instrument meets convergent validity and internal consistency. 																		Money is one of the important things in carrying out economic activities and is never separated from buying and selling activities in daily activities. Rupiah as the currency of Indonesia has a function as a means of exchange, in addition, the rupiah also functions as the identity of the Indonesian state. As Indonesian citizens, the Rupiah currency must be introduced to children in the community from an early age. In addition, money management must also be taught from an early age. Parents can start getting their children used to financial management by taking the initial step of getting used to saving from an early age so that children can manage their finances independently. SB Sungai Buloh is one of the places of learning for children of Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia. Most of them are less familiar with Indonesian culture because they grew up in a foreign country, including in getting to know the currency of their home country. Therefore, they need additional teaching about Indonesian currency and culture. This activity is carried out using presentation methods, quizzes, and direct practice. 																		Hajj pilgrims are obliged to carry out their worship in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, for this reason it is necessary to carry out health checks and health guidance for Hajj pilgrims in the concept of regulating Hajj health istithaah, namely Minister of Health Regulation Number 15 of 2016. Learn from the implementation of the Hajj in 2023 where the death rate for Hajj pilgrims is high , the government is drafting new regulations strengthening standards for determining Hajj health istithaah. This research is normative legal research and is descriptive analytical in nature. The results of the research show that this new regulation does not fulfill the aspect of legal protection for Hajj pilgrims because some of the Hajj pilgrims who are determined to not meet the Hajj health istithaah requirements while not having enough time to improve their health conditions in order to achieve istithaah. 																		Abstrak:
																		The easy generation as the successor to the future generation of the nation has an important and urgent role on its shoulders. One of the roles that must be shared by the nation's generation, especially millennials, is how they are able and have a character that is in accordance with the noble values ??of Pancasila, especially in law enforcement and anti-corruption behavior. It is important to know that corruption is a problem in Indonesia that has not yet been resolved and there tends to be an increase in cases from the previous year. This indicates that the regeneration of the Indonesian nation is on the verge of failure in forming the character of an anti-corruption generation of the nation. By actively and massively applying and implementing Pancasila values, it is hoped that this anti-corruption attitude will be able to grow. In this article, the normative research type is used to analyze the above issues which are the focus of the research. 																		Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak-dampak dari Reliability Service, Inovasi Produk, Brand Image, dan Price terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, serta bagaimana faktor-faktor ini memediasi Peningkatan Minat Beli Ulang Konsumen pada Three Tunggal Makmur Di Babat. Objek penelitian adalah konsumen Three Tunggal Makmur Di Babat, dengan sampel terdiri dari 212 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reliability Service, Inovasi Produk, Brand Image, dan Price secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan. Olah data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Didapatkan hasil Pemasaran, Food quality, Integritas pemanfaatan teknologi, Service quality, Citra usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. 																		Abstrak:
																		This community service research aims to describe hygiene care activities with the community located in the Al-Musta'in Mushollah, Ngentak Hamlet, Sumberjo Village, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency. The author used descriptive qualitative research with observation and documentation data collection techniques at the research location. The research method used before the activity was Particaptory Action Research (PAR). The results of the research show that the residents of Sumberjo Village have a high level of concern for cleanliness around the Al-Musta'in Musholla area in Ngentak Hamlet. These findings illustrate that there is a high sense of togetherness and solidarity among residents, as well as showing the existence of strong values of friendship and mutual respect between fellow residents. This reflects the culture of mutual cooperation that is still strong in society, where they not only care about the cleanliness of the environment individually, but also actively participate in maintaining cleanliness together, making the Al-Musta'in Musholla a focal point for uniting in efforts environmental maintenance and positive social values.
