Money Politics is an attempt to bribe voters by providing money or services so that voters' vote preferences can be given to a briber. Political money is no longer surprising, it is a common thing that happens when it comes to elections, parties do various things to get votes from the people, this political money has been passed down from generation to generation. Violations that often occur during elections include the widespread practice of money politics. Money politics is considered a practice that injures democracy. Elections are a big party in democracy where every citizen is free to give their voting rights to the parties that are nominating. In the lead up to the election, many candidates are chosen by the party to take part in the community by giving gifts. This is what we often refer to as "Money politics", this cannot be avoided, because of this people become unstable in their choices. The aim of this research is to find out the political challenges in general elections, find out what factors cause the practice of money politics in general elections and to find out how to face these political challenges. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method, which is descriptive research and tends to use analysis. The aim is to explain a phenomenon in as much depth as possible by collecting data in as much depth as possible, with greater emphasis on the depth of the data obtained. Students have an important role in fighting money politics. As students who study politics, it is only natural that they can form public awareness by providing political education or education for the community or others around us about the importance of integration in politics, and encouraging transparency and accountability in general elections and so that they are more aware of the dangers of money politics so that with Education to the public will increase people's understanding of the dangers of money politics and they will be wiser in choosing a good and wise leader. And society will not be more easily influenced by using political money. By getting involved in anti-money politics campaigns and fighting for policies that reduce corruption and the influence of money in politics, students can help create a more just and democratic political system.

Penelitian Ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui kaitan antara budaya mitos yang dipercaya masyarakat menurut pandangan islam. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai Awal mula munculnya mitos, faktor - faktor yang menyebabkan masyarakat percaya akan mitos mitos yang ada didaerahnya, pengaruh mitos yang berkembang dimasyarakat, dan sudut pandang agama Islam terkait mitos yang berkembang dimasyarkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yaitu (library research). Data yang kami kumpulkan berasal dari beberapa sumber jurnal tentang budaya. Faktor faktor yang menyebabkan masyarakat percaya akan mitos mitos yang berkembang di daerahnya adalah: (1.) Budaya cukup memberi warna dalam berbagai permasalahan bangsa dan negara. (2.) Budaya berpengaruh terhadap keyakinan dan praktek praktek keagamaan. (3.) Kurangnya pemahaman agama Islam masyarakat setempat, dan lebih condong terhadap warisan leluhur yang mereka praktekan dikehidupan sehari hari, meski bertentangan dengan agama yang mereka anut. (4.) Mitos disampaikan secara turun temurun dari keluarga masyarakt dan nenek moyang mereka. (5.) Mitos dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan yang membentuk suatu kepercayaan yang sudah melekat dalam kehidupan masyarakat setempat. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah: (1.) Menambah wawasan dan memperbaiki sudut pandang masyarakat terkait mitos yang berkembang didaerahnya. (2.) Membantu masyarakat untuk memilah dan memilih kebudayaan mitos yang dapat dilaksanakan menurut pandangan agama Islam. (3.) Melestarikan budaya yang sesuai dengan pandangan agama Islam.

Artikel ini membahas tentang fenomena Wibu di Indonesia, yang berasal dari bahasa Inggris Weeaboo, dan mengacu pada orang-orang non-Jepang yang memiliki obsesi dan kecintaan terhadap budaya populer Jepang. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dampak fanatisme Wibu terhadap nasionalisme di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kombinasi antara metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme Wibu dapat menghambat kemajuan nasionalisme dan merusak kesatuan nasional. Sebelumnya belum ada penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme terhadap budaya asing dapat menurunkan nasionalisme. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang fenomena Wibu dan dampaknya terhadap nasionalisme di Indonesia. Artikel ini juga memberikan saran-saran tentang bagaimana cara mengurangi fanatisme Wibu yang berlebihan dan mempromosikan kesadaran nasionalisme.

Growth and development is a continuous process that occurs from conception and continues until adulthood. The pre-school period is a golden age where stimulation of all aspects of development plays an important role in subsequent developmental tasks, where 80% of children's cognitive development has been achieved at pre-school age. However, in reality there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children. Screening is carried out to detect irregularities early so that it will be easier to overcome them. Currently, the KPSP Pro application is available, which can be accessed via smartphone, which can be used by parents to carry out independent developmental screening of their respective children. The problems currently faced by partners are the minimal knowledge of parents regarding screening and stimulating growth and development in children, the lack of utilization of the facilities that are already available for conducting screening, many parents who are not open to technology, and do not understand how to access and use applications. KPSP Pro is also unable to utilize information from screening results. The solutions offered to partners are: conducting seminars for teachers and parents regarding the importance of screening and stimulating growth and development in children, informing regarding the availability of the KPSP Pro application, teaching how to access/download the KPSP Pro application, conducting roleplays, carrying out development screening using KPSP Pro and provide an understanding regarding the use of screening results. The results of this activity showed an increase in mothers' knowledge about developmental screening of preschool-age children.

Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) is a terminal port that serves container loading and unloading services at the port. One of the hazards that threaten the loading and unloading industry is the danger of fire. Fires can cause a lot of material and non-material losses. Efforts that can be made to minimize the danger and impact of fires are the implementation of an efficient and optimal emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the emergency response system in an effort to prevent and control fires in the PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, with primary data sourced from direct observation and interviews, while secondary data obtained through a literature study of company documents. This research will explain how the implementation of the fire emergency response system in PT. Berlian Terminal Services Indonesia. The result of this research is that it can be concluded that PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia has implemented a fire emergency response system in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, but there are still things that need to be optimized, such as the implementation of APAR inspections that are late in their implementation and the lack of intensity in fire emergency response simulations.

Management of facilities and infrastructure is one of the factors affecting success in a company. One is to support the company's operational activities. The purpose of this study was to find out the management of infrastructure in one of the companies engaged in food and beverage. The research results show that the company has carried out management by doing the planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and removal of infrastructure. However, not all infrastructure is in an optimal state. This can be seen from the manual use of the machine and the leaky air conditioning due to the lack of regular maintenance. This study used qualitative methods using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and prior literature, and using purposive sampling techniques. 

This study examines the legality and legal consequences of court decisions that grant handlichting to minors to receive grants. Basically, actions carried out by legal subjects are considered valid or not depending on the level of maturity or legal skills they possess. In the Civil Code, there is no special article that regulates the validity and legal consequences of giving land and buildings to minors. This research method is normative juridical. The novelty of this research is that it focuses on the validity and legal consequences of giving grants to minors through the handlichting process. The results show that the validity of the handlichting determination is based on civil law and the legal certainty of the court's decision is questionable due to the judge's inconsistency in determining the age limit for adulthood. In addition to efforts to mature (handlichting), giving gifts to minors should be done through a guardianship that has legal certainty. The legal consequence of accepting a grant in the form of a doctor's clinic is that regarding the grant deed received, the deed is not invalid, but is considered defective because it does not meet the legal competency requirements. Another legal consequence that is accepted in managing the clinic is that the child is only officially permitted to manage and be responsible for the clinic's operations after reaching the age of 21 years and completing medical education.Studi ini mengkaji keabsahan dan konsekuensi hukum dari keputusan pengadilan yang memberikan handlichting kepada anak di bawah umur untuk menerima hibah. Pada dasarnya, tindakan yang dilakukan oleh subjek hukum dianggap sah atau tidak tergantung pada tingkat kedewasaan atau kecakapan hukum yang dimilikinya. Dalam KUHPerdata, tidak ada pasal khusus yang mengatur keabsahan dan konsekuensi hukum pemberian tanah dan bangunan kepada anak yang belum dewasa.  Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Kebaruan penelitian ini yaitu memfokuskan kepada keabsahan dan akibat hukum pemberian hibah kepada anak di bawah umur melalui proses handlichting. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keabsahan penetapan handlichting didasarkan pada hukum perdata dan penetapan pengadilan menjadi diragukan kepastian hukumnya karena ketidakselarasan hakim dalam menentukan batasan usia dewasa. Selain upaya pendewasaan (handlichting), pemberian hibah kepada anak di bawah umur sebaiknya dilakukan melalui perwalian yang memiliki kepastian hukum yang sah. Akibat hukum penerimaan hibah berupa klinik dokter yaitu mengenai akta hibah yang diterima maka akta tersebut tidak batal, namun dianggap cacat karena tidak memenuhi syarat cakap hukum. Akibat hukum lainnya yang diterima dalam pengelolaan klinik dimana anak tersebut baru diizinkan secara resmi untuk mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas operasional klinik setelah mencapai usia 21 tahun dan menyelesaikan pendidikan kedokteran.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and non-physical work environment on employee performance at CV. 88 Bima City so that it can provide thought input to employees. This research is quantitative. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at CV. 88 Bima City, totaling 47 people. The sample used in this research was all 47 employees. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sample. Based on the criteria, the research instrument used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research are: 1) There is a partially significant influence between compensation on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 2) There is no partial significant influence between the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City. 3) There is a significant simultaneous influence between compensation and the non-physical work environment on CV performance. 88 Bima City.
