Computer network technology is developing rapidly, and wired networks are being replaced by WiFi technology.
The limitation of the WiFi coverage area is the main problem with this technology. Therefore, it is necessary to design for optimal placement of access points.
This study analyzes the need for access point placement at KSOP Tanjung Mas Port, Semarang, where the need for internet connection via WiFi is very high.
Simulation Annealing and Trilateration method is used in this study to determine the position of the access point. With the point blankspot method can be reduced.

Meningkatnya pendapatan pada usaha mikro kecil menengah menjadi hal yang penting bagi dunia bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas dan kreativitas karyawan terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah 75 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang berisi 15 pernyataan. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara strategi pemasaran dan inovasi produk terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,298. Keterbatasan penelitian / implikasi: keterbatasan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini hanya responden usaha mikro kecil menengah hanya terbatas di Palu Barat. Masih ada variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran yang tidak di bahas dipenelitian ini.

Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions/verification. Through this Sisnaker it is expected to be able to provide accountable and transparent services and information to all its users. The existence of Sisnaker is a new breakthrough for the West Sumatra Manpower Office in providing all forms of services such as training, information on job vacancies, information on overseas internships, etc.

Pengembangan inovasi dan aplikasi pelayanan publik berbasis web merupakan salah satu bentuk penerapan e-government. salah satu hasil program Penanaman Modal Kota Padang dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) online dari Sapo Rancak. Aplikasi Rancak Sapo yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis web ini dapat digunakan oleh siapa saja dengan koneksi internet. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk mempermudah. mendapatkan izin layanan, khususnya kewajiban layanan, untuk pengguna umum. Pemohon lisensi wajib memenuhi kewajiban untuk menggunakan aplikasi OSS secara legal atau efektif. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata lisan dari informan terkait. Dalam penerapannya, aplikasi layanan Sapo Rancak online dapat dikatakan mampu mengurangi kontak langsung antara pemohon izin dan petugas, namun aplikasi ini masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan atau kendala yang membuat aplikasi ini masih belum efektif dan efisien, diantaranya penggunaan aplikasi ini yang tidak dapat diakses. Reformasi pelayanan bertujuan untuk mengoreksi dan terus memperbarui penyimpangan pembangunan nasional sebelumnya. Agar negara dan pemerintahan yang direformasi tidak ketinggalan arus globalisasi, maka birokrasi harus dilaksanakan. pejabat akan memulai reformasi ini, yang harus dilaksanakan oleh pejabat pemerintah lainnya.

Informasi laba sering menjadi sasaran rekayasa manajemen untuk memaksimalkan kepuasannya karena ada pihak yang memperhatikan laba sehingga mendorong manajemen untuk melakukan tindakan dalam mengelola laba atau manajemen laba. Salah satu tindakan manajemen laba yang sering dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan untuk mempercantik laporan keuangannya adalah perataan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on assets, debt to equity ratio, bonus plan dan income tax terhadap perataan laba. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return on assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perataan laba, debt to equity ratio dan bonus plan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perataan laba, sedangkan income tax tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perataan laba.

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the dependent variable, namely tax avoidance. The independent variables used in this study are profitability, executive compensation and capital intensity. The research data used is secondary data taken from the annual report on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2020. The population of this research are property and real estate companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the researches obtained 136 samples from 34 companies for 4 years, namely 2017-2020. This study uses panel data analysis techniques and Eviews program tools. The results obtained show that the executive compensation variable is a factor that influences the dependent variable in this study. Executive compensation has a significant positive effect. Meanwhile, the factors that do not affect tax avoidance are profitability and capital intensity variables.

One of the challenges in establishing effective communication patterns for children is social media. The Tiktok application is one of the social media that is now favored by many people, including children. This study aims to analyze the communication patterns between parents and teenagers using social media tiktok. This study uses Mary Anne Fitzpatrick's theory which reveals that family communication patterns depend on two important types of orientation, namely conversation orientation and conformity orientation.This study took place in Puyun village, Halong sub-district, Balangan district and was conducted by 10 informants, namely 5 children of tiktok users and 5 parents of children who use tiktok. The results of the study show that 1) one family of TikTok users has a communication pattern with a high conversational orientation and a high sense of compliance. 2) one family of children using tiktok has a communication pattern with low conversation orientation and high sense of compliance. 3) Three families of children who use tiktok have communication patterns with low conversation orientation and low sense of compliance.
