This study aims to describe (1) spelling mistake on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya, (2) describe diction mistake on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya.
This study is a qualitative research. Qualitative research is used to describe the mistakes in the use of spelling and diction on banners and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya.
Based on the results of the data analysis of spelling and diction mistakes on banner and billboards in the city of Palangka Raya, there are 55 language mistakes, the dominant data is the data of spelling mistake from the use of diction mistake data. There are 36 data of spelling mistake, and 19 data of diction usage mistake. The results of the analysis based on the formulation of the problem are as follows. First, the mistake in the use of spelling that were analyzed were 36 data. There are 20 data of spelling mistakes on banners and there are 16 data of spelling mistakes on billboards. Second, there were 19 data that were analyzed in the mistakes of diction. There are 8 data of diction mistakes on banners, and 11 data diction mistakes on billboards.

This study aims to (1) describe the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (2) describe the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (3) describe the relevance of the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in literature learning in high school.
The method used in the research is a qualitative description method. The data in this study were sentences, dialogues, and paragraphs in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The data source in this research is the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata published in February 2021 published by PT Bentang Pustaka with a total of 336 pages. The data collection technique is done by using the library / reading technique, taking notes, and then entering it into the data collection table. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The validity of the data was obtained through source triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are four characters who have an obsession, Desi is one of the characters who has an obsession with Desi's obsession, which is obsessed with finding students who are geniuses in mathematics in Ketumbi's village. (2) inner conflict in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are ten characters who have inner conflicts, Desi is a character who often experiences inner conflicts. (3) the relevance or relevance of the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in learning literature in class XII high school with basic competencies. 3.3 Analyzing fiction in novels.

The aims of this research are (1) to describe the form of code mixing in Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari, (2) describes the function of code mixing in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari.
The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach in this study is to describe the form of code mixing and the function of code mixing. The data analysis technique used in this study is using library techniques and reading and note-taking techniques.
The results of this study indicate that there is a code mixing event in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari. First, the form of code mixing found in the novel Resign! (2018) by Almira Bastari totaling 251 data. The data specifically relates to the inclusion of elements of English into Indonesian. (1) mixed code in the form of words, there are 143 data, (2) mixed code in the form of phrases, there are 55 data, (3) mixed code in the form of clauses, there are 11 data, (4) mixed code in the form of repetition of words, there are 2 data, (5) mixed code in the form of expressions or idioms, there are 3 data, and (6) code mixing in the form of baster, there are 37 data. Second, the code mixing function contained in the novel Resign! (2018) Almira Bastari's work is (1) to respect the interlocutor there is 1 data, (2) to emphasize a certain intention there are 23 data, (3) to show self-identity there are 30 data, (4) as the influence of the subject matter there are 2 data, (5) as speech opponent specifications there are 192 data, (6) as quotations there are 3 data. As for the code mixing function, the inclusion of English elements into Indonesian as sentence inserts and as repetition was not found by the researchers.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the neutrality regulation of State Civil Servant (ASN) neutrality in the current regional elections is in effect and how the ideal form of ASN neutrality regulation in the regional elections is viewed from the study of the regional elections Law and other derivative rules as well as the theory of legal objectives. Several regulations, ranging from laws and government law to joint decrees involving several ministries and institutions, were issued in order to limit the space for movement and ensure the neutrality of ASN is maintained in the implementation of regional elections. This research is expected to be able to find the ideal setting regarding ASN Neutrality in regional elections by analyzing several applicable regulations. This study uses a normative juridical approach by using secondary data through the study of legislation and literature searches. This research has a novel perspective, namely trying to find the ideal form of regulation of ASN neutrality in the regional elections in terms of several applicable laws and theories of legal objectives. The results of this study conclude that the neutrality of ASN in the regional elections is regulated by the ASN Law, Regional Elections Law, Government Law Discipline of Civil Servants, Government Law for the Development of Corps Spirit, and Code of Ethics for Civil Servants, Circular Letter of KASN, Circular Letter of Menpan-RB, and Joint Decrees of 5 Ministers/Heads of Institutions. In addition, it is necessary to reposition the ASN neutrality rules under one legal umbrella, namely the KASN Regulations.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada yang berlaku saat ini dan bagaimana bentuk ideal pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada ditinjau dari kajian pada UU Pilkada dan aturan turunan lainnya serta teori tujuan hukum. Beberapa regulasi mulai dari UU, PP, sampai dengan Keputusan Bersama yang melibatkan beberapa Kementerian/Lembaga diterbitkan dalam rangka membatasi ruang gerak dan menjamin netralitas ASN tetap terjaga dalam penyelenggaraan Pilkada. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menemukan pengaturan ideal terkait Netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada dengan menganalisa beberapa regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder melalui studi perundang-undangan dan penelusuran literatur. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan perspektif yaitu berusaha menemukan bentuk ideal pengaturan netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada ditinjau dari beberapa perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan teori tujuan hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, netralitas ASN dalam Pilkada diatur dalam UU ASN, UU Pilkada,   PP Disiplin PNS, PP Pembinaan Jiwa Korps dan Kode Etik PNS , SE KASN, SE Menpan-RB, dan Keputusan Bersama 5 Menteri/Kepala Lembaga. Selain itu perlu mendudukan ulang aturan Netralitas ASN dalam satu payung hukum yaitu dalam Peraturan KASN.  

UD BINDA merupakan suatu usaha yang memproduksi kain kasa berdasarkan banyaknya pesanan dari pelanggan. Dalam produksinya, UD BINDA sering mengalami hasil produksi kain kasa yang tidak sesuai standar sehingga tidak layak jual dan tidak dapat memenuhi jumlah pesanan dari pelanggan. Dengan adanya barang hasil produksi kain kasa yang tidak layak jual, sehingga UD BINDA mengalami kerugian. Untuk memprediksi produksi kain kasa yang rusak, salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan metode regresi linier. Regresi linier adalah sebuah metode yang menggunakan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dalam proses perhitungannya. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan 2 variabel yaitu variabel jumlah produksi sebagai variabel bebas dan barang rusak sebagai variabel terikat. Dari hasil prediksi produksi kain kasa rusak dilakukan uji error dengan MAPE dan didapatkan nilai 8%. Sehingga metode Regresi Linier ini dapat membantu dalam memprediksi produksi barang rusak.

In recent years IoT has developed very rapidly. IoT devices are used to monitor and control physical objects to transform the physical world into intelligent spaces with computing and communication capabilities. Compared to cloud computing, fog computing is used to support latency-sensitive applications at the edge of the network which allows client requests to be processed faster. This study aims to propose a monitoring framework for containerized black box microservices in a fog computing environment to evaluate CPU overhead, as well as to determine the operating status, service characteristics, and dependencies of each container.
This study proposes a monitoring framework to integrate computing resource usage and run-time information from service interactions using a black box approach that seeks to integrate service-level information and computing resource information into the same framework. The proposed framework is limited to observing information monitoring after the server receives a request. This study uses JMeter to simulate user actions, which send requests to the server, and this research assumes the user knows the IP address of the server. For container monitoring methods in fog computing, all are indirect monitoring methods.
The results of this study indicate that the proposed framework can provide operational data for visualization that can help system administrators evaluate the status of running containers using a black box approach. System administrators do not need to understand and modify target microservices to gather service characteristics from containerized microservices. Regarding future research, it is suggested to expand the exploration of modified system information, and that part of the container management tool code can be pre-tried so that the framework proposed in this study can provide real-time quantitative indexes for the load balancing algorithm to help optimize the load balancing algorithm.

This study is intended to assess the behavior of the variables of motivation, discipline, and leadership on the performance of ASN at the Wonogiri regional Secretariat through organizational culture or without organizational culture.From 140 ASN, be used 114 respondents as sample with Slovin formula were taken with a simple random sampling. The data was then analyzed using a path analysis system and equipped with statistical tests. Field findings show that: 1) Motivation has a significant influence on organizational culture in Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 2) Discipline has a significant influence on the culture of the organization in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 3) Leadership has an influence but not significant on the organizational culture in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 4) Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 5) Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; 6) Leadership has an influence, although not insignificant, on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat; and 7) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of ASN in the Wonogiri regional Secretariat

Saat pembelajaran di sekolah dasar cenderung guru menyampaikan serta melakukan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode ceramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar. Jaman sekarang mengharuskan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran serta tuntutan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang semakin berkembang untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Media Audio Visual termasuk media pembelajaran yang inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran terutama untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Sebagai pendidik diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran sebagai pendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif bagi peserta didik sehingga meningkatan pemahaman peserta didik dalam menerima pembelajaran yang akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Analisis dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan bantuan artikel ilmiah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi keterkaitan antara pencapaian hasil belajar siswa kelas rendah sekolah dasar dengan buku ajar matematika yang digunakan guru pada kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengambilan data diambil dari hasil wawancara dengan salah satu guru SDN Pondok Aren 01. Dan dengan melihat perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju, maka media pembelajaran pun semakin berkembang dan bervariasi. Pada zaman ini, peneliti bertanya apakah media buku ajar memiliki keterkaitan dalam pencapaian hasil belajar siswa kelas rendah sekolah dasar khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika. Dari penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa buku ajar bukan lagi menjadi satu-satunya acuan dalam proses pembelajaran. Terdapat media pembelajaran lain yang dapat menunjang pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Dan terlepas dari berbagai media yang diterapkan oleh guru, diperlukannya juga sikap inovatif dan kreatif dalam proses penyampaian pembelajaran untuk menerjemahkan maksud isi dari buku ajar tersebut agar bisa lebih mudah untuk dipahami oleh siswa kelas rendah sekolah dasar. Dalam pembelajaran matematika bukan hanya berisikan teks kalimat melainkan juga berisikan kumpulan angka dan simbol, maka dalam proses pembelajarannya pun tidak cukup jika hanya mengandalkan buku ajar matematika.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa dengan penerapan metode simulasi dalam mata kuliah Strategi dan Perencanaa Pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Setting penelitian adalah mahasiswa reguler semester VI, berjumlah 50 orang mahasiswa yang mengambil     mata kuliah Strategi dan Perencanaa Pembelajaran. Rancangan penelitian melibatkan dosen sebagai peneliti utama dan sekaligus sebagai pelaku tindakan, dosen pengamat dan mahasiswa sebagai subyek didik. Cara penelitian dilakukan melalui : 1. perencanaan, 2. implementasi tindakan kelas, 3. pemantauan dan evaluasi, 4. analisis dan refleksi, 5. penyimpulan hasil. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket : Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber. Penelitian tindakan ini dengan menerapkan metode simulasi dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Strategi dan Perencanaa Pembelajaran Hasil dari penelitian tindakan ini adalah 1) Penerapan metode pembelajaran simulasi dapat meningkatkan aktifitas mahasiswa. Terjadi peningkatan aktivitas belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II, dan dari siklus II ke siklus III. 2) Penerapan metode pembelajaran simulasi dapat mengoptimalkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Prestasi belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dari prestasi belajar siklus I ke siklus II, dan dari siklus II ke siklus III.
