Bullying behavior in the school environment is a serious challenge that affects students' welfare and creates a learning environment that is not conducive. This research aims to investigate the dynamics of bullying behavior, focusing on identifying the perpetrator, protecting the victim's right to life, and implementing just, civilized humanity in the educational context. Qualitative research methods were used, by exploring data from document studies, including school policies, bullying incident reports, and student behavior records. The research results show the complexity of the factors driving bullying behavior, involving social inequality, family problems, and a lack of awareness of the consequences of actions. Protection of victims' rights to life is proven to need improvement through evaluating school policies and implementing effective reporting procedures. The implementation of just, civilized human values ??shows positive steps, however, challenges arise in monitoring and evaluating these programs. The conclusions of this research underscore the urgency of involving teachers, school staff and the entire educational community in efforts to prevent and deal with bullying. With a deep understanding of this problem, it is hoped that a safer, more inclusive and humane school environment can be created

It is hoped that the growth and development of entrepreneurship can reduce the number of unemployed and increase prosperity. The entrepreneurial spirit of today's students has begun to decline because most students who have the mindset of wanting to work for a company do not want to create jobs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The independent entrepreneurship program activities launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture are intended to study as well as exploring students' abilities to improve their entrepreneurial spirit and urging students to improve their entrepreneurial skills and make a positive impact on society.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of applying reading skills at a glance in improving understanding of scientific work. The method used in this study was library study. The data in this study were obtained from reading reference books and journal articles.  The result of this study is that by applying fleeting reading skills in understanding scientific work, we can improve academic literacy, help students and researchers access information quickly, and form critical and effective individuals in managing information. A fleeting reading skill is not just a technical skill, but a learning strategy that supports the achievement of higher education goals. In extensive reading, these skills are key to achieving an overall picture and basic information of scientific texts. In addition, the application of fleeting reading skills in scientific work provides significant benefits, such as time efficiency and the ability to quickly identify key information, although deep reading remains essential for comprehensive understanding.

Culture and humans can be seen as inseparable because both shape life.    The purpose of this study is to understand the extent to which the tradition of rain handlers in community beliefs can be intervened through the integration of values in the verses of the Qur'an and reviewed through the maqashid sharia point of view. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving 138 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The main instrument used was a questionnaire, and data collection was conducted in compliance with research ethics. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis techniques. In Indonesia, culture is defined as different behaviors that are passed down through generations. In terms of cultural misconceptions, Indonesia has diverse cultural qualities, such as the culture of rain handling. This is common during major events, and rain handlers are instructed to shift the wind and clouds. And in its operation it still causes controversy. The concept of maqashid sharia does not influence the legal basis of the rain handler tradition. The rain guide tradition is based on mutual benefit and maslahat mursalah. The practice of the rain guide tradition can also be inspired by the munasabah verse of the Qur'an, so that the rain guide tradition still has a position in its implementation, and the local culture of the rain guide tradition includes aspects of living habits that involve the scope of sociology and cultural anthropology

PSAK 38 is a statement of accounting standards that regulates the accounting for business combinations of entities under common control. PSAK 38 was created to fulfill business combinations based on PSAK 22, with additional arrangements for the entity receiving the business and the entity selling the business. The scope of PASK 38 is regarding forms of business combinations, business combinations under common control, and the presentation and disclosure of company financial reports based on PSAK 38 (revised 2012). The method used in this research uses the literature review method. In addition, the aim of this research is to compare PSAK 38 (revised 2004) with PSAK 38 (revised 2004) in recording company financial statements in general.

Character education is a system of instilling character values in school members which includes components of knowledge, intelligence or will, and actions to implement these values. Character education is a deliberate effort to build good character based on core virtues that are objectively good for individuals and society. The research method used is a qualitative method involving data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data collected was then analyzed inductively, namely by identifying patterns, themes and concepts that emerged from the data. The purpose of this literature is to determine teacher strategies and creativity as an effort to improve character education for students. The results of the research show that the improvement efforts made by teachers at RA Maghfirah have been very good, teachers always accustom children to what they have been taught. The strategy used by teacher RA Maghfirah in forming children's character is related to habitual activities. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that teachers can use various models, methods and learning media to increase students' creative thinking.

. Proses pengarsipan surat di Unit Donor Darah (UDD) Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Medan saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual, mulai dari pembuatan hingga penyimpanan surat. Dokumentasi surat masuk dan keluar dilakukan secara manual dalam jumlah besar, tidak terintegrasi dengan Database Perusahaan, dan penyimpanan masih mengandalkan bentuk fisik (hardcopy).Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dipilih metode perancangan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai landasan pengembangan aplikasi. Metode UML memungkinkan identifikasi tahap-tahap pengembangan melalui representasi diagram. Sistem yang akan dibangun berbasis web menggunakan PHP, Javascript, dan CSS, dengan nantinya menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup optimalisasi pengelolaan Arsip Inaktif dan Pembuatan Surat, termasuk pembuatan, pengurusan, pengendalian, pengelolaan, dan pelayanan informasi arsip secara dinamis dan sistematis. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan pencarian arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat.

Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah model metode penelitian sistematis dan sequence yang layak diterapkan dalam melakukan penelitian ini karena metode ini menyajikan tahap demi tahap yang sangat sesuai dengan keadaan dilapangan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, maka dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat dan cepat terhadap ketersediaan inventaris pada PT BPRS Amanah Insan Cita.

Baja Makmur 2 merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan besi yang dileburkan menjadi berbagai produk seperti decks drain, saringan air, pemberat lift, pemberat fork lift, kursi taman, roda karet dan sebagainya, beroperasi di Desa Doyo Baru, Kelurahan Ngawonggo, Kecamatan Ceper, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Proses pembuatan produk harus sesuai dengan standar kualitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak perusahaan, namun fakta di lapangan pada proses pembuatan produk roda karet masih terdapat banyak produk yang mengalami kecacatan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, maka pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis Statistical Quality Control (SQC). Untuk metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan laporan produksi, hasil dari pengumpulan data diketahui bahwa ada 3 jenis cacat yang terjadi yaitu salah alir, keropos, dan retak. Metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) menggunakan 5 alat pengendalian kualitas yaitu check sheet, histogram, diagram pareto, diagram kendali dan diagram sebab akibat. Hasil dari diagram pareto menunjukan jenis cacat yang paling dominan adalah cacat keropos dengan persentase 39%. Berdasarkan diagram sebab akibat cacat produk roda karet disebabkan oleh pekerja kurag terampil, bahan baku buruk, dan terdapat klelet pada saat proses penuangan. Rekomendasi perbaikan produk roda karet di Baja Makmur 2 dari hasil analisis menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control (SQC) yaitu melakukan pelatihan pada para pekerja, melakukan pemilihan bahan baku, dan membersihkan klelet pada saat proses penuangan.
