The aim of this research is to determine students' awareness of the importance of disposing of rubbish in the right place, which is an important part of maintaining a clean campus environment. However, this lack of awareness often becomes a detrimental problem, reflecting a lack of understanding of the negative impacts of this behavior. Several factors that may influence this lack of awareness include a lack of environmental education, ignorance of environmental impacts, and a lack of enforcement of regulations related to waste management. The importance of improving student awareness in this regard cannot be overstated, considering their important role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the campus environment. Therefore, coordinated efforts are needed between educational institutions, local governments and the community to increase students' awareness of the importance of disposing of waste in the right place through education, social campaigns and consistent enforcement of rules. In this way, it is hoped that a clean, healthy and sustainable campus environment can be created for the entire academic community.

This research is aimed to find out about digital crime prevention in today's trough civic education. The method used in this research is a qualitative description of viewing data in moderation. The digital age presents a variety of ease and opportunities for society. But underneath it all, there is a dark side to be aware of, is a digital crime. Digital crime is against the laws of digital technology, such as online fraud, data theft, and hate speech. Citizenship education helps students understand the risks and dangers associated with digital crime, and it gives them the skills to protect themselves and actively participate in the digital world.Through citizen education, individuals gain a deeper understanding of their rights, obligations, honesty and responsibilities as responsible citizens when using digital technology and online ethics. With effective education, we can reduce the risk of digital crime and build a society to deal wisely with it.

This study aimed to investigate the use of digital information and communication technology in the form of crypto assets as proceeds of crime in money laundering action, due to the multi-layered security of the blockchain. This phenomenon was presented on a global scale in transnational crimes, providing challenges for Indonesian law enforcement officials in hunting the crypto assets scattered outside its legal jurisdiction. The results showed that Police Investigators and General Prosecutors utilizing penal and non-penal approaches in performing the crypto assets tracing, seizing and recovering, which shows the importance of maintaining formal and informal cooperation with other countries through the Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) and Interpol, besides developing domestic regulations in controlling the crypto assets physical trading. Due to legal uncertainty of storing and releasing crypto assets, the investigators and the prosecutors faced disagreement in determine the procedures, which then affected the asset recovery process of Indra Kesuma case. This study proposed potential models for effective management on confiscated crypto assets that law enforcement officials could adopt in recovering these assets such as seizure orders, confiscation orders, and pre-confiscation sale. This was a legal study conducted by collecting data through literature reviews and interviews.

The advancement of technology has brought significant changes in the banking sector, posing new challenges related to the protection of customers' personal data. Data breaches can harm customers and undermine public trust in financial institutions. To address disputes related to data breaches, the Financial Services Sector Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS SJK) becomes a relevant choice. This study uses a normative legal approach to analyze the legal framework and dispute resolution procedures applied by LAPS SJK. The results show that LAPS SJK prioritizes the principles of accessibility, independence, fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness in dispute resolution. The methods of dispute resolution offered include mediation, arbitration, and binding opinions. Through LAPS SJK, customers can obtain fair, fast, and affordable dispute resolution without having to go through conventional judicial processes. Therefore, LAPS SJK plays a crucial role in protecting customers' rights and maintaining public trust in the banking sector.
 
 

Of the many students today, many of them have forgotten their obligations as God's creatures. If left unchecked, it is feared that negative things will arise for students. So it is very important to instill the values of moral education in every student. This research was made with the aim of knowing the implementation of morals to the Creator in the daily lives of students. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, which is in the form of a questionnaire and literature study. The subjects in this research were 30 active students in semesters 1-8 at public and private universities. Etymologically, morality means character, character, and behavior. What is meant by morality to God is the act that should be done by God's servant (His creatures) to the Creator. It can be said that morality towards Allah is when one acknowledges and realizes that there is no God except Allah SWT. (Noble) moral behavior towards Allah, namely faith, piety, sincerity, gratitude, repentance, dhikr, prayer and trust. As God's creatures who are so weak and powerless, we as students are encouraged to be moral (noble) to God. From the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that the majority of students have implemented ethical behavior towards Allah in their lives.

Switches, as electrical devices, are used to turn lights on or off. There are many innovative ways to make human tasks easier, one of which is by using motion sensors that replace manual switches. This research uses a motion sensor as a control to flow or cut off electric current without any physical contact between the user and the device being controlled. This research is the development of an ESP32-based system as a Wi-Fi module that integrates sound technology, automatic lights, and food ordering buttons connected to the Blynk application. This research is designed to provide innovative solutions in organizing the environment and services of a food court. The sound system is implemented through the ESP32 to record and play sound as needed. Automatic lights use PIR sensors to detect movement and control lighting automatically. The food ordering button integrates with the Blynk app allowing real-time monitoring of button activity to manage orders more effectively. The test and evaluation results show that this research succeeded in achieving its objectives well. This system can increase user comfort, energy efficiency, and provide monitoring through the Blynk application. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor gerak sebagai kontrol untuk mengalirkan atau memutus arus listrik tanpa adanya kontak fisik antara pengguna dan perangkat yang dikendalikan. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan sistem berbasis ESP32 sebagai modul Wi-Fi yang mengintegrasikan teknologi suara, lampu otomatis, dan tombol pemesanan makanan yang terhubung dengan aplikasi Blynk. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi inovatif dalam pengaturan lingkungan dan layanan sebuah food court. Sistem suara diimplementasikan melalui ESP32 untuk merekam dan memutar suara sesuai kebutuhan. Lampu otomatis menggunakan sensor PIR untuk mendeteksi gerakan dan mengontrol pencahayaan secara otomatis. Tombol pemesanan makanan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Blynk yang memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time dari aktivitas tombol untuk mengelola pesanan dengan lebih efektif. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dengan baik. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna, efisiensi energi, dan memberikan pemantauan melalui aplikasi Blynk. Analisis lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan fungsionalitas dan menyesuaikan sistem ini dengan kebutuhan spesifik pengguna.</em></p>

The aim of this research is to understand philosophically what is related to positive law in Indonesia, namely the idea of ??Pancasila as the highest source of law in Indonesia (on a philosophical level, as a source set, law must not conflict with the idea of ??Pancasila). The research method used in this research is normative research with a philosophical approach using secondary data as the main data. In this research, researchers used various literature consisting of various books, academic journals, and other academic works as secondary data sources. The data collection techniques and tools used in this research use the document method. Document research as a data collection tool can stand alone. This means that research can only use document research as the only data collection tool. The data analysis technique used in this research is inductive data analysis, namely drawing conclusions from actual facts in the field based on secondary data obtained. From the research results, it was found that the Pancasila ideology is the source of everything that exists in Indonesia, including the emergence of laws and regulations in Indonesia. The 1945 Constitution is the foundation of the state which contains fundamental norms including universal values. The 1945 Constitution is a document that contains the approval of all citizens. National harmony is summarized in the Pancasila ideology because the entire Indonesian nation is represented by the founding fathers and mother of the Indonesian nation. So basically Pancasila is the best source at a philosophical level in forming existing laws and regulations in Indonesia.

By using the Mekari Journal, as a procurement process in the company, it will have a significant impact on developing more efficient procurement. Organizations across all industries rely on Procurement Management expertise to source and manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring these needed goods are obtained at the best cost. This aims to determine differences in procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The method used is the Mekari Journal, which makes it easier to document the documentation process for procurement of goods and services at PT. Sarana Remaja Mandiri. The Mekari journal will record the entire PO process that has been issued, delivery status, and payment status. Mekari Journal makes it easier for related parties in the company to access the progress of the goods and services procurement process. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the author comes to the conclusion that in the PO (purchase order) process, Jurnal Mekari helps in the efficiency process because by using this software, the procurement party only needs to enter related data such as supplier name, PO number, item name, number of items. , etc. By filling in the data in the Mekari Journal in the Purchase Order section, a PO will automatically be issued along with a template. So, companies don't need to create templates for PO documents.

Background: The spices turmeric and dragon fruit are daily human needs. Natural dyes have beautiful and distinctive colors that are difficult to imitate with synthetic dyes. Natural dyes can be used as a basis for screen printing techniques. Screen printing is a printing technique using a template. Purpose: mixing natural dyes turmeric and dragon fruit to apply screen printing techniques. Research method: experimental research. In this research, the natural dyes of turmeric and dragon fruit were mixed to apply the screen printing technique. Firstly, by collecting natural materials and reinforcing rubber. Next, make the dough until a strong dough is produced. After obtaining the water content in the dough. Next, screen printing is carried out onto fabric media. Findings: After mixing the natural dyes turmeric and dragon fruit to apply the screen printing technique, it shows that the color strength is very significant on the fabric media. Implication: mixing the natural dyes turmeric and dragon fruit for the application of screen printing techniques is very important to study and use as material. For future researchers, the theme we have taken here is that the originality is very strong, especially in the part about mixing the natural dyes turmeric and dragon fruit for the application of screen printing techniques. Become an evidence base in scientific development, especially in product design courses.
