Abstrak:
The defence and security of the Indonesian state is a very crucial thing in the practice of the state so that it requires a component of citizens to participate in efforts to maintain state security in addition to the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Supporting Component is needed in efforts to defend and secure the state but in practice the community thinks that it is contrary to Human Rights (HAM). The purpose of this study is to carefully examine and analyse the Establishment of the Reserve Component as a State Supporting Defence Viewed from a Human Rights Perspective. The legal research method used is normative juridical legal research method by conducting research on library materials and using a statute approach. The results of the research are that in the Indonesian constitution, the rights and obligations to defend the country by citizens have been regulated through the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 3 of 2023 concerning State Defence, Law No. 23 of 2019 concerning Management of National Resources for State Defence, as well as the embodiment of patriotism in the state that can be carried out by a citizen who is then made by the Indonesian Government a state defence system in order to support national defence, namely by implementing a Reserve Component system stipulated in the PSDN Law and the formation of the Reserve Component is not an element of coercion or a form of human rights violation.

Abstrak:
We are encouraged to wash our hands for 20 seconds, if there is no soap and running water, we can replace it with a hand sanitizer with a minimum alcohol content of 60%. By washing our hands, we can prevent viral infections in ourselves, those around us and even communities such as families and workplaces. Manual hand washing facilities or equipment that are used together can be a medium for spreading viruses so they must be minimized, one of which is by using an Automatic Sink. Because of this, automatic sink products were built to make it easier for users to wash their hands while reducing contact with water taps and soap or bar soap containers. This automatic sink was designed using the Nigel Cross method so that it can realize an automatic handwashing device with the addition of an automatic soap feature that can help the hand washing process without touching the water faucet and soap. The advantage of this method is that it covers all aspects of the design process starting from clarifying the problem to the details of the design. The new product attributes that are arranged by designers are adjusted to the needs of the community, starting from materials to product functions. Based on testing several tasks and answers from the questionnaire answered by respondents, namely as many as 30 respondents to this sink product, it can be said that the attributes used are valid data. The results of the validity test were then carried out by a reliability test with the aim of testing the level of consistency of data measurement. The results of this reliability test produce a Crounchbach's Alpha value of 0.709, which means it is reliable because it is > 0.6.

<p><em>The process of drying coffee beans often done by manually using sunlight which has its drawbacks, where coffee farmers cannot predict the weather which may rain at any time. If exposed to rain water, coffee beans that are slightly dry will become wet and moist again, which will affect the quality of the coffee beans. Therefore, in this research a literature study will be carried out, followed by the construction of an IoT-based coffee drying machine so that its condition can be monitored at any time. In the drying process, a PTC fan and heater will be used to regulate the temperature and humidity in the coffee drying machine to get better results in drying coffee. This research will also test how much temperature and humidity are optimal in the coffee drying machine, because it will also affect the drying time and the quality of the coffee produced. To determine the quality of the coffee beans and develop a coffee drying machine, researchers will collaborate with UKM Boyolali which has experience in drying coffee beans. IoT-based dying coffee machine has been made, with dimensions (80 x 47 x 115) cm, drying capacity of 30 grams, using electric fuel which is integrated with temperature and humidity sensors which function as drying temperature controllers, with measurement error calibration results of 1.2 and organoleptic tests show that the quality of the coffee produced by the tool/machine is better than the coffee produced by manual heating, where the coffee beans heated by the machine have a strong coffee aroma but do not smell burnt, the color is even, light brown in color and has a bitter taste and when crushed and dissolved there is no precipitate on the surface. The optimum temperature for the IoT-based dying coffee machine is 80ºC in 883 seconds or the equivalent of 15 minutes, which is equivalent to traditional drying by relying on sunlight for 10 days, while the optimal humidity for the IoT-based dying coffee machine is 15 %, this is in accordance with the quality standards of coffee as a result of heating.</em> </p><p> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: </em><em>Coffee beans</em><em>,</em><em> Drying coffee machine, IoT</em></p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK </strong></p><p class="Abstract">Pada proses pengeringan biji kopi saat ini masih sering dilakukan secara manual menggunakan sinar matahari yang memiliki kekurangan, dimana petani kopi tidak bisa memprediksi cuaca yang kemungkinan bisa terjadi hujan setiap saat. Jika terkena air hujan biji kopi yang agak kering akan menjadi basah dan lembab kembali, dimana akan jadi berpengaruh pada kualitas dari biji kopi tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan study literature, yang dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan mesin drying kopi berbasis IoT sehingga bisa dipantau kondisinya setiap saat. Pada proses pengeringan akan digunakan fan dan heater PTC untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembapan di dalam mesin drying kopi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih bagus dalam pengeringan kopi. Pada penelitian ini juga akan diujikan seberapa besar suhu dan kelembapan yang optimal di dalam mesin drying kopi, karena akan berpengaruh juga pada waktu pengeringan dan kualitas kopi yang dihasilkan. Untuk menentukan kualitas dari biji kopi dan mengembangkan mesin drying kopi peneliti akan bekerjasama dengan UKM Boyolali yang sudah berpengalaman dibidang pengeringan biji kopi. Telah dibuat mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT, dengan dengan dimensi (80 x 47 x 115) cm, kapasitas pengeringan 30 gram, menggunakan bahan bakar listrik yang terintegrasi dengan sénsor suhu dan kelembaban yang berfungsi sebagai pengontrol suhu pengeringan, dengan hasil kalibrasi error pengukuran sebesar 1,2 dan uji organoleptic menunjukan bahwa kualitas kopi hasil alat/ mesin lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan kopi hasil pemanasan manual, dimana biji kopi hasil pemanasan dengan mesin mempunyai aroma kopi kuat namun tidak beraroma gosong, warna merata, berwarna coklat muda dan mempunyai rasa pahit dan ketika ditumbuk dan dilarutkan tidak ada endapan dipermukaan. Suhu optimal pada mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT adalah 80ºC dalam kurun waktu 883 detik atau setara dengan 15 menit yang mana hasil tersebut setara dengan pengeringan secara tradisional dengan mengandalkan sinar matahari selama 10 hari, sedangkan kelembapan optimal pada mesin dying kopi yang berbasis IoT adalah 15%, hal ini sesuai dengan baku mutu kopi hasil pemanasan.</p>

<p>Gelatin memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi industri. Pembuatan gelatin menggunakan kulit dan tulang babi atau sapi yang bisa menimbulkan masalah bagi umat islam, hindu, yahudi dan vegetarian. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan mengatasi hal tersebut yaitu dengan mencari bahan baku lain sebagai alternatif gelatin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik komposit biopolimer dan untuk mengetahui formula komposit biopolimer terbaik sebagai alternatif gelatin. Biopolimer yang digunakan adalah kappa karagenan, pati termodifikasi, CMC, dan isolat protein kedelai. Beberapa analisis yang dilakukan diantaranya pembentukan gel, efek pengental, pembentukan film, transparansi gel, sineresis, kelarutan dalam air dingin, dan kekutan gel. Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu uji Dunnett dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan gelatin akan dipilih sebagai komposit biopolimer terbaik. Komposit biopolimer terbaik terdiri dari kappa karagenan, pati termodifikasi, dan isolat protein kedelai. Berdasarkan uji kekuatan gel, formula komposit biopolimer yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan gelatin adalah K3I4C0, K3P3I1 dan K3P4I0.</p>

AbstrakSalah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat adalah dengan menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan yang terjangkau dan bermutu. Salah satu program yang disediakan puskesmas untuk mengatasi permasalahan pasien adalah Home Visit. Pada pelaksanaan home visit diperoleh berbagai data akurat dan terkini mengenai kondisi kesehatan pasien dan anggota keluarga, kondisi lingkungan di sekitar rumah, serta hubungan antar anggota keluarga. Salah satu instrumen pendukung yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan home visit sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan pelayanan kesehatan adalah tersedianya rekam medis dalam bentuk family folder. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa kegiatan home visit terhadap pasien penderita diabetes mellitus tipe II di wilayah kerja puskesmas Batoh, Kecamatan Lueng Bata, Kota Banda Aceh. Kegiatan home visit hingga penyusunan laporan disupervisi oleh dosen pembimbing dari Departemen Family Medicine Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Home visit dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada satu keluarga. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengobatan dan memperoleh informasi lebih banyak mengenai kondisi kesehatan pasien/keluarga, hubungan pasien dengan keluarga, kondisi tempat tinggal hingga kondisi lingkungan sekitar pasien/keluarga yang tinggal satu rumah dengan pasien. Kegiatan home visit dilengkapi dengan pengisian instrumen penilaian keluarga yang terdiri dari genogram, family life cycle, family map, family APGAR, dan Family SCREEM. One of the programs provided by health center to resolve patient problems is the Home Visit. During the home visit, various accurate and up-to-date data will be obtained regarding the health condition of patients and family members, environmental conditions around the house, and relationships between family members. One of the supporting instruments that can be used for home visit as an effort to optimize health services is the availability of medical records in the form of a family folder. Community service activities carried out in the form of home visits to one patient with Type II Diabetes Mellitus in the working area of the Batoh Health Center, Lueng Bata District, Banda Aceh City. Home visit activities to the preparation of reports are supervised by supervisors from the Family Medicine Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. Home visits were carried out twice in one family. The aims are to evaluate treatment, obtain more information about the health condition of patient and family, patient-family relationship, living conditions to the environmental conditions around the patient and family members who live with the patient. Home visit activities are complemented by completing the family assessment tools which consists of a genogram, family life cycle, family map, family APGAR, family SCREEM and family life line.Â

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study is to examine the system of recovering state financial losses in the criminal justice system for corruption in Indonesia and the reconstruction of state financial losses as an alternative to imprisonment. This research is included in non-doctrinal research, using normative-empirical research methods. The results of the research describe, the recovery of state financial losses carried out by the Prosecutor's Office through asset tracing and the implementation of Judge's decisions, does not indicate the existence of an optimal law enforcement system for efforts to save state assets. Only an average of 12.3%. It is necessary to reconstruct the recovery of state financial losses by reconstructing Article 4 Jo Article 18 Paragraph (1) letter b of Law no. 20 of 2001 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 31 of 1991 and the reconstruction of Article 5 paragraph (1) letter b Regulation of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia No. 15 of 2020, namely the return of state finances can be realized in the settlement of cases through a restorative justice approach at the High Court as an alternative to imprisonment. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji mengenai sistem pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara dalam sistem pemidanaan tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia dan rekonstruksi pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara sebagai alternatif pengganti pidana penjara. Penelitian ini masuk dalam penelitian non-doktrinal, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif-empiris, Hasil penelitian menjabarkan, pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara yang dilaksanakan oleh Kejaksaan melalui aset tracing dan pelaksanaan putusan Hakim, tidak menunjukan adanya suatu sistem penegakan hukum yang optimal terhadap upaya penyelamatan kekayaan negara. Hanya rata-rata sebesar 12,3%. Perlu adanya rekonstruksi pengembalian kerugian keuangan negara dengan melakukan rekonstruksi Pasal 4 Jo Pasal 18 Ayat (1) huruf b UU No. 20 tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan Kedua Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1991 dan rekonstruksi Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf b Peraturan Jaksa Agung RI No. 15 Tahun 2020, yakni pengembalian keuangan negara dapat diwujudkan dalam penyelesaian perkara melalui pendekatan restorative justice di Kejaksaan Tinggi sebagai alternatif pengganti pidana penjara.

The Inaportnet system is an internet-based single service information system with the aim of integrating standard port information systems in ship services from all relevant agencies or stakeholders in the port environment. The purpose of this portal development is to accelerate port clearance. The research was conducted at PT. The Indonesian National Shipping (PELNI) Makassar Branch for 1 month from November 2021 to December 2021. The source of the data obtained is qualitative data, namely the data presented in the form of related information and the quality of the object under study. Results Based on the research, the use of the Inaportnet system at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PELNI) Makassar Branch Inaportnet system The process of submitting a ship service application using the Inaportnet system is very easy to use, and the Inaportnet system also encourages the submission of ship service applications. Constraints and alternative solutions in using the Inaportnet Maintenance system, to overcome this problem the submission of ship services is changed to a manual system so that the service submission process continues. HR, to overcome this problem, you must carefully check the ship's documents before the ship arrives at the port. Comparison before and before the application of the Inaportnet system in submitting ship services, before the application of the Inaportnet system agents still visited the relevant agencies (manual system), after the implementation of the Inaportnet system all made the system online.

Penyebaran jaringan internet menggunakan wirelles sekarang ini sangatlah besar, Apalagi jika di dalam sarana pendidikan tinggi, tentu sangat dibutuhkan. Koneksi jaringan internet tidak hanya dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa, namun juga di butuhkan untuk layanan tenaga pendidik dan semua dosen dalam melaksanakan pendidikan. Penyebaran internet yang efektif sangatlah diperlukan agar dapat menjangkau ke seluruh ruangan di gedung utama. Gedung utama Universitas PGRI Semarang sangatlah unik, karena berbentuk seperti bentuk U, hal ini perlu dilakukan perancangan kebutuhan yang tepat. Jumlah acesspoint dapat efektif melayani ke seluruh pengguna yang menyebar di segala ruangan. Dari hasil perencanaan diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk dapat melayani sebanyak 400 orang, dengan ukuran panjang lorong gedung 180 m, lebar 8 m, tinggi 4 m. Maka dibutuhkan 3 buah acesspoint di setiap lorong.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan analisis sentimen ke dalam sentimen positif atau negatif. Dalam penelitian ini data sentimen diambil dari Twitter dengan topik pemekaran Papua. Karena SVM memiliki kelemahan dalam pemilihan fitur pada saat pengklasifikasian maka diterapkan fitur optimasi algoritma SVM menggunakan feature selection. Dua metode feature selection yang digunakan adalah Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) dan Genetic Algorithm (GA). Tweet yang diambil sebanyak 839 data tweet, yang kemudian dibagi menjadi 640 data untuk proses training dan 199 data untuk proses testing. Proses pengolahan data dibagi ke dalam dua tahap yakni data training dan data testing. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak empat model yaitu dengan algoritma SVM, SVM+PSO, SVM+GA, SVM+PSO+GA. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan SVM+PSO+GA memperoleh nilai akurasi terbaik sebesar 95.00% dengan nilai AUC sebesar 0.912

<p align="justify"><em>Building maintenance is an activity to maintain the reliability of the building and its infrastructure and facilities so that the building is always fit for function. A consistent building maintenance period has become a requirement that must be met, especially for buildings that are used commercially. As one part of the construction process, post-construction building maintenance has an important role to ensure the life of building construction. Lack of understanding of work methods, procedures, standardization of maintenance, and equipment used for maintenance activities of building elements also affects the age of building construction. This activity aims to carry out building maintenance in the form of repainting the meeting hall building to provide comfort and safety for the community, both for housing or residence, religious activities, business activities, social and cultural activities, and other special activities. The method used is in the form of socialization and direct practice of painting meeting halls. The result of this community service activity is that it has finished repainting the meeting hall of the Muktiharjo Kidul Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City so that it looks more beautiful and comfortable.</em></p><p align="justify"><span><br /></span></p>
