Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja di CV Sumber Berkah Abadi Semarang. Sebagai organisasi yang bergerak dibidang produksi dan jasa konstruksi, CV Sumber Berkah Abadi dalam memproduksi barang dan jasa belum mencapai target yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan CV Sumber Berkah Abadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel sensus yaitu 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel (variabel gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, karakteristik individu dan motivasi kerja) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan karakteristik individui terhadap produktivitas kerja

Background: Dermatological conditions remain a concern worldwide, especially in Indonesia. In 2016, data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia revealed that, out of a population of 216.6 million, the prevalence of scabies varied between 4.60% and 12.95%. Adolescence is a phase in which individuals develop and show their first secondary sexual characteristics until they reach sexual maturity. Personal hygiene is an effort to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes public health and hygiene in various activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies among adolescents at Pon.dok Pesa.ntren Putri Al-Iz.zah Band.ungrejo Mrang.gen D.emak... Method This study used a cross-sectional design with 242 female students as subjects. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Spearman rank test was used to evaluate the relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies among adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak... Results: Spearman rank test study revealed a relationship between personal hygiene and the prevalence of scabies among adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak, with a p value of 0.000. This indicates a statistically significant correlation between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies. The calculated R value of 0.54 indicates a moderate correlation between these variables at the institution. Conclusion There is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies in adolescents at the Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School, Bandungrejo, Mranggen, Demak.
 
 
 

Background: Emotional regulation is the ability of individuals to recognize, manage, and control their emotions, which is crucial for adolescents, especially when facing various situations in the school environment. This study motivated by the high incidence of stress and emotional problems among students, which can impact their academic performance and social relationships. Method: This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Questionnaires were distributed to 173 students from grades 7, 8, and 9 at SMP 4 Sultan Agung. The obtain data were analyzed to identify the depiction of students emotional regulation and the factors influencing it. Result: Based on the analysis results, from 193 respondents, it showed that 81 respondents (46.8%) had good emotional regulation, while 92 respondents (53.2%) had sufficient emotional regulation. There was a significant difference in emotional regulation ability based on grade level, where students in higher grades had better emotional control. Internal and external factors can affect students' emotional regulation. Conclusion: This study concludes that the emotional regulation of students at SMP 4 Sultan Agung varies, and it is essential for schools and parents to collaborate in creating an environment that supports the development of students' emotional regulation skills.

Background: Morbus Hansen or better known as leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium leprae which can affect the skin, nerves, respiratory tract, and other body tissues. Objective: the effectiveness of physiotherapy intervention in patients with drop foot e.c. morbus hansen in the form of active ROM exercises, strengthening and sensory stimulation. Method: this study uses a case study approach in patients with drop foot e.c. morbus hansen taken from RSUD Sumberglagah Mojokerto. Results: the provision of strengthening interventions increased muscle strength after 8 therapy sessions on the left plantar flexion movement from a value of 3 to 4, active ROM workouts also increased Range of Motion (ROM) after 8 therapy sessions in the sagittal plane of the left dorsi flexion movement from 20° to 35°, decreased tenderness in the left foot area after 8 therapy sessions from a value of 4 to a value of 1 and increased sensory on both soles of the feet on the left lateral and deskra inferior medial sides. Conclusion: Based on the research of the case study of droop foot ec morbus hansen, it shows that the intervention of ROM exercises, strengthening and stimulation of sensibility produces good results even though there are several aspects that have not shown significant results.

Self-medication is a common practice among the public in managing health complaints, including coughs. This study aims to assess the level of knowledge regarding self-medication for cough medicine among patients at Sehati Bina Cakrawala Pharmacy in Karawang during the June–July 2024 period. A descriptive research method was employed, with a sample of 132 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate analysis with IBM SPSS 26 and Microsoft Excel. The findings indicate that out of 132 respondents, 93% had a good level of knowledge, 6% had a moderate level of knowledge, and 1% had a low level of knowledge regarding self-medication for cough medicine.

Class II A teachers rarely utilize learning media in the classroom, relying primarily on textbooks. As a result, students often feel bored and disengaged, making the learning process less interactive and ineffective. This research aims to develop a smart board learning media, assess its validity, and evaluate its effectiveness in teaching subject matter, predicates, objects, and information. This study follows a research and development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research was conducted in Class II A at SDN Sukabumi 2, Probolinggo City. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to material/content expert validators, media experts, teachers, and students. The results of the product trial indicate that the smart board media received a validity score of 94% from material/content experts and 91% from media experts. These scores fall within the 90–100% range, categorizing the media as highly valid. Field trials further demonstrated its effectiveness, with Class II A teachers rating it at 93% (very effective) and students at 87% (effective). In conclusion, the smart board media serves as an effective teaching aid, enhancing the learning experience for Class II A students at SDN Sukabumi 2. Future research could expand the development of smart board media for broader subject areas, ensuring greater engagement and motivation in the classroom.

Mayoritas UMKM di Indonesia dijalankan oleh Perempuan. Untuk itu Perempuan Pengusaha memiliki potensi yang besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu tujuan yang ingin dicapai Pemerintah adalah memperkuat wanita pengusaha termasuk di wilayah jawa tengah pada skala micro,menengah maupun besar.
Agar tujuan dapat tercapai, maka dibutuhkan beberapa strategi dan kegiatan yang mendukung agar semua kendala ataupun masalah yang ditemui para pengusaha wanita dapat segera teratasi. Kendala yang sering ditemui adalah gagap tekhnologi yang dirasakan para pengusaha menghadapi perubahan tekhnologi yang teramat cepat.
Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang telah melaksanakan kegiatan pada hari Selasa Tanggal 25 Juni 2024 dan telah memiliki luaran berupa publikasi jurnal pengabdian TEMATIK pada Universitas Semarang, publikasi media massa dan HAKI berupa video yang sudah diupload di youtube.

Mengacu pada Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 159 Tahun 2004 tentang Pedoman Organisasi Kelurahan, kelurahan terdiri dari lurah, sekretaris kelurahan dan seksi sebanyak-banyaknya empat seksi, serta jabatan fungsional.Berdasarkan Keputusan tersebut, salah satu seksinya adalah lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat kelurahan (LPMK). Tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang berminat guna membantu pemerintah dalam hal ini adalah LPMK Kelurahan melalui edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tugas dan fungsi LPMK pada tatanan pemerintah terkecil di tingkat desa dan upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pilihan usaha mandiri yang dapat dilakukan sebagai bentuk hasil kinerja LPMK sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, khususnya bagi warga kelurahan Tlogosari Kulon. Snacks are one of the main food sources for school children. However, the snacks available in the school environment are sometimes unhygienic and poor in nutrients.  This activity aims to increase students' knowledge through education about the importance of healthy snacks. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 35 Central Jakarta, on Friday, September 13 2024. The method used was lecture and question and answer sessions. The results of implementing this activity were that students were very enthusiastic, actively asked and answered questions and were able to understand the material about healthy snacks. The evaluation of this educational activity is carried out by providing a questionnaire in the form of closed questions which is given to students before and after education. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge about healthy snacks after the education was carried out. It is hoped that this activity can help increase students' knowledge about healthy snacks and that students will be able to build the habit of consuming healthy snacks.

Patented drugs are a type of drug that has just been discovered and has a certain patent period based on its type. This drug is designed to provide convenience through innovations such as practical packaging, better taste, and syrup that is not bitter due to the use of micro particles. Technologies such as slow-release tablets or sugar coatings also reduce side effects in the stomach, making them safer to use. In addition, this innovation can overcome other obstacles, such as avoiding alcohol solvents that are not in accordance with some religious beliefs. On the other hand, generic drugs still meet pharmacopoeial requirements and have gone through a good drug manufacturing process (CPOB), with strict supervision from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the people of Sukorejo Village about patented and generic drugs. The type of research used is descriptive, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample consisted of 100 people selected through a simple random sampling technique, where each element of the population has an equal chance of being selected. Percentage analysis was used to evaluate the results of the study. The data shows that 49% of respondents have good knowledge of patented and generic drugs, while 23% have sufficient knowledge. These results indicate that the majority of the community already understands the differences between the two types of drugs.
