This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and work discipline on the loyalty of elementary school teachers in Samarinda City District. To achieve this goal, this study uses a quantitative approach involving 93 responded as a samples. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, as well as distributing questionnaires to teachers. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the studies indicate that work-life balance and work discipline have a positive influence on the loyalty of elementary school teachers in Samarinda City District.

This research aims to develop and implement a project-based civic education model integrated with local wisdom to improve elementary students’ social participation. The background of this study stems from the lack of student engagement in Civic Education (PKn), which is often taught in a theoretical and non-contextual manner. This study employs a mixed-method approach using classroom action research in a fourth-grade class at a public elementary school. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcome tests. The findings indicate that project-based learning activities rooted in local values such as cooperation, mutual respect, and environmental care significantly enhanced students' social awareness and active participation in school and community life. Students were more engaged, collaborative, and empathetic. The results suggest that integrating local cultural values within project-based learning provides meaningful experiences that support the goals of Civic Education. This model can serve as an alternative instructional strategy aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum and the Profile of Pancasila Students framework.
 

The KWS Community (Kumpulan Wong Sragen) serves as a collaborative platform for Sragen residents but faces challenges including manual data management, decentralized coordination, and limited transparency. This research aims to design an integrated web-based system to streamline administrative processes, member registration, activity scheduling, and participation tracking. The development employs the Waterfall method—a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach characterized by sequential phase completion, ensuring structured progression from one stage to the next. Results demonstrate a 60% reduction in administrative workload, improved data accuracy, and real-time communication via a centralized dashboard. Long-term impacts include enhanced member engagement and scalability for similar community models. This study highlights digital transformation's potential in strengthening community-based organizations.

This research examines the suitability of e-commerce practices with the principles of fiqh muamalah in Islam, especially in the aspects of transaction validity, justice, consumer protection, and the application of business ethics. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature research approach to analyze Islamic economic theory, fiqh muamalah regulations, and their relevance to digital transaction practices. The research data was obtained from secondary literature sources, including books, scientific journals, fatwas from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), as well as references from the Qur'an and Hadith.The results show that e-commerce practices are acceptable in Islam as long as they fulfill principles such as transparency, honesty, and transaction security. Salam and istisna' contracts are identified as the most suitable contracts for digital transactions as they fulfill the terms and conditions stipulated in Islamic law for buying and selling. However, challenges such as uncertainty (gharar), usury, fraud (tadlis), and gambling (maisir) need attention through regulation and the application of business ethics based on Islamic law. This research is expected to contribute to business people, policy makers, and academics in integrating Islamic economic values with technological advances to build a fair and sustainable business ecosystem.Keywords: E-commerce, Fiqh Muamalah, Islamic Economics, Salam Contract, Maqashid Sharia.

Anemia remains one of the leading public health issues among adolescent girls in Indonesia, including in Pidie District. Insufficient iron intake and low awareness and knowledge of anemia are major contributors to its high prevalence. Health education is recognized as an effective strategy to improve adolescents’ understanding of anemia.Objective: This study aimed to assess the effect of health education on increasing knowledge about anemia among adolescent girls at MTsN VI Pidie, Pidie District.Methods: A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design (one-group pretest-posttest) was employed. A total of 30 first-grade female students from MTsN VI Pidie were selected through purposive sampling. The intervention involved the delivery of health education on anemia via an educational video. Knowledge levels were measured before and after the intervention using pretest and posttest questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and paired t-test.Results: The analysis showed a statistically significant improvement in the participants’ knowledge following the intervention. The average posttest scores were notably higher than the pretest scores, indicating a positive effect of the health education intervention (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Digital media-based health education is effective in enhancing knowledge about anemia among adolescent girls. This approach is recommended for broader implementation in adolescent health promotion programs, particularly in the prevention of anemia

This study aims to analyze the endurance and stamina on the performance of a specific football athlete tarkam. Modern football demands peak physical condition, where endurance and stamina are key success factors. Endurance enables athletes to maintain game intensity for a full 90 minutes and recover quickly, while stamina supports repetitive sprints and physical duels. The research method employed is a qualitative case study approach, involving interviews, and data analysis from the selected football athlete. The findings indicate that high levels of endurance and stamina positively correlate with improved athlete performance, including passing accuracy, running speed, and decision-making ability under pressure. Conversely, fatigue resulting from low endurance and stamina negatively impacts game quality. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrated training programs to enhance endurance and stamina for optimizing football athlete performance

Background: Smoking among adolescents in Pidie, Aceh, is a growing public health concern, marked by increasing prevalence and significant household expenditure despite known health risks. This behavior persists due to cultural and social influences and a lack of motivation to quit, with adolescents' perceptions of risk, though crucial, not fully understood. Method : This analytical cross-sectional survey of 303 male high school students in Pidie used Partial Least Squares (PLS) to examine the relationship between Health Belief Model (HBM) factors and smoking cessation efforts. Result : The findings revealed that perceived barriers (t-statistic = 4.284 > t-table = 1.96), perceived susceptibility (t-statistic = 2.050 > t-table = 1.96), and perceived benefits (t-statistic = 4.082 > t-table = 1.96) had a direct significant relationship with cessation attempts, while perceived severity did not. Conclution: This study concluded that perceived barriers actually motivate quitting, with negative experiences like health problems for themselves or family acting as triggers. Therefore, understanding both the benefits and barriers is key to increasing smoking cessation motivation among adolescent males.

This research aims to examine the application of business ethics in Islam, particularly moral principles in muamalah transactions, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation in the modern era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature study, this research highlights key values such as honesty, openness, trustworthiness and responsibility as the foundation of Islamic business ethics. The case study of Toko Roti Gembul in Pontianak shows how these principles can be applied in the business world. The results also reveal various challenges, such as a lack of understanding of sharia concepts, weak supervision, and not optimal integration of Islamic values in business strategies. Al-Ghazali's thoughts on positive motivation and business as fardhu kifayah also strengthen the urgency of ethics in building a fair and sustainable economic system. This research is expected to be an academic and practical contribution in encouraging the application of Islamic values in modern business activities.Keywords: Islamic business ethics, morals, muamalah, transactions, sharia principles.

The development of information and communication technology in Indonesia has driven the rapid growth of app-based food delivery services, such as ShopeeFood. The ease of using the application and the quality of service are key factors influencing user satisfaction in utilizing this service. This study aims to analyze the influence of application ease of use and service quality on ShopeeFood user satisfaction in Depok. A quantitative approach was used, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS by conducting data quality tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, and F-tests. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that both application ease of use and service quality have a significant influence on user satisfaction, both individually (partially) and jointly (simultaneously). The t-value for ease of use was 6.576 and for service quality was 4.929, both exceeding the t-table value of 1.984 with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, the F-value of 37.967 also indicates a significant influence.
 

This study aims to examine the practice of elopement (kawin lari) and its legal consequences from the perspective of Batak Angkola customary law, as well as its relation to Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage. The research was conducted in Sibangkua Village, Angkola Barat District, South Tapanuli Regency. The method used is an empirical legal approach, with data collected through observation and interviews with traditional leaders, religious figures, village officials, and individuals involved in elopement. The findings reveal that elopement frequently occurs in Batak Angkola society, mainly due to high dowry demands, disapproval of arranged partners, or violations of social and religious norms. The resolution process is carried out through customary stages such as mandokon ulang agoan, marsapa adat, and patibal sere. Although the national marriage law does not explicitly regulate elopement, it is recognized within Batak Angkola custom and has a structured resolution mechanism. Nevertheless, socially, elopement is often viewed negatively and may damage the family’s honor.
