Standardisasi dan geocoding alamat akan memberi solusi atas permasalahan alamat yang selama ini dihadapi di Indonesia. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk membahas terkait: Pertama, Identifikasi AUPB dalam standardisasi dan sistem geocoding alamat perkotaan dan perdesaan Indonesia. Kedua, sinkronisasi asas keterbukaan dalam AUPB dengan keamanan data dalam Sistem Geocoding Alamat Wilayah Perkotaan dan Perdesaan Indonesia.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, secara keseluruhan unsur AUPB yang paling berperan dalam proses standardisasi, penyusunan basisdata dan sistem geocoding alamat adalah asas kepastian hukum. Kedua, keamanan data dalam standarisasi dan sistem geocoding alamat perkotaan dan perdesaan di Indonesia telah sinkron dengan prinsip keterbukaan karena data yang ada di dalam sistem geocoding alamat adalah data umum sehingga kerahasiaan data masih terjaga. Hal ini dikarenakan meskipun seluruh kolom pada basisdata alamat tersimpan pada Elasticsearch, tetapi hanya kolom tertentu saja yang dapat diakses melalui website Sistem Geocoding, sehingga tidak mengandung data personal.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all MAN 2 Kediri City teachers. Saturated samples were used in sampling a total of 87 teachers obtained from questionnaires directly to respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results showed that transformational leadership and commitment positively influenced organizational citizenship behavior.

Collaborative KKN is a service activity by students consisting of several universities. Our KKN location is in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency. The main work program carried out by KKN Collaboration 229 students is to help Kepatihan Village MSMEs in the field of packaging and branding. Through the PANACOTTA work program, the KKN 229 group carries the theme of entrepreneurial development, entitled "Packaging Update and Branding Optimization". The purpose of this research is to find out strategies and help Kepatihan MSME players in optimizing packaging and branding. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The data analysis process is carried out with workshops/socialization and assistance from the data that has been obtained. The results of this research show that the Kepatihan community's MSMEs can increase community productivity, which is largely purely handmade. Collaborative KKN 229 students help and assist the community to optimize packaging and branding. For example, making logos, stickers, videos, banners, and social media. In terms of marketing, many of the communities sell their products door to door.
 

Mustofa Yusuf Rohmad 961201026, The effect of job training on employee work productivity at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Warship Division High School of Youth Economics Advisor Anisa Nur Aini, S.PD,. M.PD The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) warship division. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The population that is the focus of the research is 122 employees who have worked permanently in the Warship Division of PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero). Observation data collection techniques, questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work training (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
 

Indonesia ranked 2nd (24.3%) among the countries where mobile payment app adoption is growing fastest. One of the newcomers from a startup fintech company, called Dompet Digital Indonesia  (DANA). DANA officially released in 2018 and in less than a year, has reached 20 million users. However, the total active daily users is only 1.5 million, which means the users who are loyal to using DANA are only about 7% of the total users. Therefore, to oversee the market acceptance and effectiveness of DANA as an E-Wallet from the level of user’s attitude and perspective  Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) will be used in this research. The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness(X1), perceived ease of use (X2), and perceived risk (X3) towards the intention to use E-Wallet DANA. The method used in this research is quantitative with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire from 100 respondents who are between 19-35 years old and DANA users. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the intention to use DANA, meanwhile perceived risk (X3) has a negative and significant effect on the intention to use DANA with determination coefficient value of 66.6%. DANA can increase the security factor in order to reduce the level of risk that is perceived by the users.

Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) merupakan salah satu lembaga negara tertinggi dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia dan merupakan badan perwakilan rakyat. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan khususnya anggota DPRD di Provinsi Sumatera Utara juga melakukan kunjungan kerja secara berkala. Kunjungan dilakukan maksimal 4 kali dalam sebulan. Sebelum melakukan kunjungan lapangan, anggota DPRD harus mengikuti standar operasional prosedur, yaitu menyampaikan secara tertulis surat dinas dengan sepengetahuan koordinator masing-masing dan Ketua DPRD. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penyusunannya. Secara khusus, tujuan metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian dari yang khusus ke yang umum. Dengan bantuan metode kualitatif, penulis dapat memahami kondisi dan asumsi sosial yang dipelajari, dan akhirnya mengembangkan model hubungan teoritis. Pada saat melakukan kegiatan ini semua biaya ditanggung terlebih dahulu oleh pegawai yang bersangkutan, dan untuk mendapatkan penggantian biaya kegiatan ini harus mengajukan surat perintah melalui Sekretaris DPRD setelah menyelesaikan perjalanan dinas dengan melengkapi dokumen fisik berupa formulir bukti. transaksi, SPT dan SPD yang sah, protokol dan foto, serta nota dinas yang ditandatangani.
 

<p align="justify"><em>The existence of scientific journals is fundamental as a place for the publication of scientific articles for academics to show the results of their research work. Along with the development of technology and information, it demands the management of online-based journals for the convenience and transparency of the articles in them. Management of journals with an online system is still not fully understood by academics in several institutions. As one of the universities located not far from UIN Walisongo Semarang, Selamat Sri University (UNISS) Kendal has sufficient resources and according to needs to be a place for community service activities to be carried out with the theme of assisting in the management of online journals based on the Open Journal System (OJS). The purpose of this assistance is to introduce online scientific journal management using the OJS system at UNISS. The method used is lectures and hands-on practice regarding online journal management. The results of this community service activity are knowing information about the availability of infrastructure, articles, Human Resources (HR), and regulations that support the start of managing online journals using OJS. In addition, understanding and awareness of the need to have online journals for the benefit of scientific publications for researchers or academics are also obtained which is the requirement as stated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesis mengenai adakah pengaruh etos kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivai kerja terhadap produktivitaskerja guru di MTsN 1 Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 90 guru dan sampel sebanyak 61 guru yang berstatus PNS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) serta koefisien determinan (R2) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,060 >  0,05. Motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja diperoleh nilai signifikan t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Etos kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di MTs Negeri 1 Kediri dengan melikat dari nilai signifikan F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

This article describes the impact and influence generated by Mo Salah in reducing the paradigm of islamophobia in the city of Merseyside, England. In this discussion, the author uses Mead's theory of Symbolic Interactionism. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical research method. This study concludes that the phenomenon of islamophobia in Europe and the United States gives negative sentiments to non-Muslims, and the UK is no exception. In this paper, the author provides an overview of condition in Merseyside before and after arrival of Mo Salah. The interaction made by Mo Salah with the surrounding environment has a big influence on supporters of the Merseyside city team, Liverpool. The friendly and humble figure, as well as the attractive game displayed by Mo Salah, changed the paradigm of islamophobia into admiration for Islam. Mo Salah's presence as a Muslim footballer is able to have a positive impact. The level from fear of Islam was reduced and he changed the image of Islam in the world by interaction of symbolism with the football media. He is a humble person and always respects both his fellow players and his fans.

Dalam bidang pendidikan sistem pembayaran SPP memegang peranan yang penting terutama dipendidikan yang berstatus swasta karena kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan biaya tanpa disubsidi oleh pemerintah. SMA Gita Bahari adalah salah satu sekolah swasta yang mengandalkan pembayaran SPP untuk pembiayaan belajar mengajar.
Sekolah SMA Gita Bahari melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan menggunakan sistem manual yaitu seperti kegiatan pembayaran SPP yang dirasa masih menimbulkan berbagai kendala kesulitan dalam pencarian data siswa sudah membayar maupun belum membayar. Solusi tepat untuk mengatasi sistem pembayaran SPP yang lama dengan sistem pembayaran SPP yang baru akan memudahkan dalam menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan.
Dari analisis dan desain yang telah dilakukan SMA Gita Bahari membutuhkan sistem informasi pada pengolahan data pembayaran SPP sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam penyajian laporan sebagai informasi yang tepat dan akurat bagi pihak yang memerlukannya.
Sistem aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic dan database yang diolah menggunakan Microsoft Acces. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis komputer ini akan sangat membantu dilembaga pendidikan dalam mengelola data yang lebih cepat dan tingkat kesalahan yang sangat minimal.
