Peran yang dimainkan oleh reseller memiliki signifikansi besar dalam suatu proses penjualan. Kehadiran reseller yang memiliki keterampilan dan kompetensi tinggi sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan nilai penjualan secara efektif. Menurunnya angka penjualan produk Roticoklatku, salah satunya adalah disebabkan oleh pasifnya aktivitas jual beli dari reseller. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, memberikan penghargaan kepada reseller yang mencapai kinerja terbaik dapat menjadi faktor motivasi yang kuat, mendorong mereka untuk bersaing secara sehat dan secara tidak langsung dapat menaikkan angka penjualan produk Roticoklatku. Penentuan reseller terbaik sendiri dilakukan dengan menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan kategori peringkat terbaik dengan nilai akhir sebesar 0,94. Oleh karena itu, sistem pendukung keputusan metode Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) ini dianggap layak digunakan oleh pengguna karena dapat membantu proses penentuan reseller terbaik dengan baik dan cepat.

<p>Era digitalisasi perkembangan marketplace sebagai E-Commerce menjadi platform utama bagi pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Marketplace E-Commerce Shopee menjadi platform yang banyak digunakan dalam hal penjualan produk secara digital marketing. Shopee banyak digunakan karena mempunyai kelebihan di banyak fitur mudah dipahami dan diterapkan, banyak bebas ongkir yang ditawarkan. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas IVET berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan marketplace E-Commerce bagi para pelaku UMKM di Desa Pongangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, E commerce Shopee ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengembangkan media promosi penjualan yang semula konvensional menjadi online. Hasil dari pelatihan ini para pelaku UMKM Desa Pongangan mendapatkan edukasi digital marketing, membuat toko online sendiri dan dapat menggunakan semua fitur yang ada pada Shopee dan juga mendapatkan ilmu teknik memfoto produk yang baik menggunakan handphone yang akan diupload di aplikasi Shopee. Sehingga akan meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM.</p>

Anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is response of the body such as feelings of pressure, fear, stress due to activity in memorizing the Surah of Qur'an which is characterized by certain feelings and symptoms that arise. As a result, students have difficulty in memorizing practices, resulting in suboptimal memorization. One solution to overcome this problem is have confidence in yourself be able organize and carry out all actions in order to achieve certain academic goals or called self-efficacy. This study aims determine the relationship between self efficacy and anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an. This study is a correlational quantitative study with the student population of State Madrasah Aliyah X amounting 940 students. Sampling using simple random samplingtechniques was obtained by 269 students. The data collection method uses self-efficacy scale made by researchers and academic anxiety scale of memorizing the results of adaptation (Lailatul Fiqriyah, 2020). Data analysis uses correlational person product moment correlation techniques to test the relationship between two variables. The results showed value (r) of -0.706 with p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship betwen self efficacy and anxiety of practice of memorizing the Qur'an surah in MAN students in qur'an and hadith lessons. The level anxiety of practice of memorization and self efficacy is in the moderate category. It is recommended for MAN students, one solution to be able reduce anxiety in practice of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is to increase self-efficacy possessed.

MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo menyadari akan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini akan berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Tetapi semua guru di sekolah tersebut belum mampu memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajara. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pemanfaatan Moodle untuk guru-guru di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo. Kegiatan ini, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan guru-guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Moodle. Dengan demikian, maka akan tercipta pembelajaran uang menarik dan inovatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di MTs Ma’arif Ponorogo yang terdiri dari 20 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialiasi dan peatihan yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yaitu tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar. Semua guru antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini. Respon guru pada kegiatan ini juga baik.

This article explores the green economy through the lens of accounting, highlighting the crucial role accountants play in facilitating the transition to a sustainable future. We examine the principles of green accounting, its potential benefits for environmental sustainability and economic growth, and the challenges associated with its implementation. The article concludes by emphasizing the require for adjustment inside bookkeeping instruction to prepare future bookkeepers with the aptitudes and information fundamental to explore the complexities of the green economy. 

The purpose of this paper to gather insights on students’ experiences during their overseas internship program. This paper discusses the difficulties faced by the students during their overseas internship program and their approaches to overcome them. Insights might be useful as feedback and lesson learned for education institutions. This paper employs a qualitative approach. The data collected were secondary data. 12 (twelve) students’ internship reports were gathered with purposive sampling method. A thematic data analysis was employed. The results suggest that difficulties encountered by the students in three areas: cultural difference, language and communication, and task management. This paper offers insights on the students’ approach to overcome the difficulties. Educational institutions need to better understand the needs and expectations of the parties involved, to better prepare the students, and monitor the program from the beginning until its completion.

South Korean culture or what can be called the Korean Wave has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. The Korean Wave itself spreads from various fields, such as songs, drama, language, games, even variety show programs can also be used as intermediaries to spread culture. One of the interesting and unique variety show programs is Running Man. The Running Man program can not only be enjoyed and seen by Korean citizens, but the whole world can also watch it using video streaming technology called Video on Demand (VoD). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and descriptive quantitative research, data collection using questionnaires, with young adult subjects aged 16-29 years who have watched Running Man. The research results showed that the results of the questionnaire distribution included 26 respondents in the city of Malang aged around 16 to 29 years. So there are around 96.2% of them who know the variety show program Running Man, there are 92.3% who have watched the variety show program Running Man and there are as many as 7 people watching more than 300 episodes and 9 people watching 1-50 episodes of more than 600 episodes broadcast.

Cataract is an eye disorder that occurs due to changes in the lens of the eye that is clear and translucent which can reduce the ability of vision to blindness. Cataract surgery is one of the most effective methods for cataract treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between perioperative knowledge with anxiety levels of pre cataract surgery patients in RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang. This research was conducted at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang with the research design used in this study being descriptive analytical using the cross-sectional method. The population in this study were pre-cataract surgery patients at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang who underwent surgery in October 2024, namely 120 patients and the sample used was 60 patients with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of the Spearman's Rho test showed a significant negative correlation between perioperative knowledge and patient anxiety levels, with a coefficient of r = -0.610 and p-value = 0.000. This finding indicates that the better the perioperative knowledge a patient has, the lower the level of anxiety they feel before cataract surgery. The results of this study can be considered by health workers to help improve patient perioperactive knowledge such as holding seminars or webinars, distribution of educational pamphlets, so that the level of anxiety experienced by preoperative patients decreases.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tunjuan untuk menginvestigasi solusi secara teoritis penerapan design thinking dalam mengidentifikasi potensi desa yang nantinya akan dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa. Setelah pemerintah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Desa, maka peran desa semakin meningkat karena desa memiliki kewenangan untuk mengembangkan strategi pelaksanaan pembangunan di wilayah masing-masing melalui pengelolaan potensi desa yang dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesejahteraan masyarakat desa tersebut. Namun demikian ada pula desa yang memiliki kendala yaitu merasa kesulitan atau tidak mampu menemukan potensi desa yang akan dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa. Permasalahan ini  dapat menghambat pembangunan sehingga perlu segera diatasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mencoba mencari alternatif solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan bagi desa yang masih kesulitan mengidentifikasi potensi desa untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu metode yang ditawarkan oleh peneliti yaitu penerapan design thinking untuk mengkaji secara teoritis berdasarkan literatur sebagai hal baru bahwa metode ini dapat menjadi solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian literatur review. Pada setiap tahapan design thinking dilakukan analisa dan simulasi secara teoritis untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas bahwa secara teori konsep desain thinking dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode design thinking dapat digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi potensi desa yang akan dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli desa.

Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis is a key tool in assessing a country's competitiveness compared to others. This study uses RCA to measure Indonesia's comparative advantage in the global tuna market. The calculated RCA values show Indonesia's superiority in tuna production and exports, especially with a focus on fresh or chilled yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) with HS Code 030232. The RCA values for Indonesia, Panama, the Philippines and the Netherlands are 200, 150, 50, 350, and 400, respectively. These results confirm that Indonesia has a comparative advantage in the international tuna market, which is supported by abundant natural resources, a large fishing workforce, and a history of successful tuna exports. Despite this, challenges remain, including overfishing, the impacts of climate change, and illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing. The decline in tuna production in Indonesia demands better fisheries management and international cooperation to address unsustainable practices. The Indonesian government's commitment to conservation is visible in the Tuna, Skipjack and Tuna Fisheries Management Plan. Overall, Indonesia's vibrant tuna export industry, supported by extensive marine resources, a large international market and robust infrastructure, shows significant potential. The government's commitment, combined with ongoing efforts to increase competitiveness through increased productivity, product quality, diversification and global promotion, positions Indonesia to strengthen its role as a major player in the global tuna export market.
