Abstrak:
Education in the era of globalization demands the development of students' social skills, including collaboration, to prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century. One effective method to train these skills is small group discussions, which encourage students to share ideas, listen to other perspectives, and reach consensus. This study aims to identify effective strategies in guiding small group discussions to improve student collaboration, focusing on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study design in one of the high schools that implements the Merdeka Curriculum. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and student collaboration questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that effective strategies include the use of open-ended questions, providing constructive feedback, and dividing roles in groups. In addition, the dynamics of small group discussions can be improved with good conflict management by teachers. This study also found that small group discussions can improve students' collaboration skills, which are reflected in communication, individual responsibility, and group decision making. Implications for the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum show the importance of teacher training to improve the ability to guide small group discussions effectively. This study provides practical and theoretical contributions to the development of collaboration-based learning in Indonesia.

Abstrak:
The history of the development of the education system in the Philippines, which reflects the nation's long journey through various cultural influences and colonialism. Starting from the informal education that existed in pre-colonial societies, this article outlines the significant changes that occurred with the arrival of Spanish colonialists in the 16th century, who introduced a formal education system with a focus on Catholic teachings. Furthermore, the transition to a modern education system occurred under American colonial rule in the early 20th century, where English was introduced as the language of instruction and democratic values were promoted. This article also explores the challenges facing the Philippine education system post-independence, including efforts to create inclusive and relevant education. With an in-depth analysis of these various phases of development, this article aims to provide a better understanding of the dynamics of education in the Philippines and its impact on society today.

Abstrak:
This study examines efforts to strengthen Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan MAN 2 Probolinggo as an important part of building the character of religious, disciplined, and noble students. The Islamic traditions implemented include various routine activities such as studying the yellow book, dhikr together, reading the maulid, praying in congregation, and other daily practices. These activities are designed not only to strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings but also to create a spiritual environment that supports character formation based on Islamic values. With a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study describes in depth the implementation of Islamic traditions, the challenges faced, and their impact on the formation of students' characters. The results of the study show that strengthening Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan not only succeeded in forming the religious character of students but also had a positive influence on their social and emotional lives. Traditions such as studying the yellow book using the bandongan and sorogan methods, as well as the integration of Islamic-based activities in the education curriculum, have been proven to be able to improve the discipline, responsibility, and social awareness of students. On the other hand, this study also found significant challenges in the implementation of Islamic traditions, including the influence of modernization and globalization that bring popular cultural values ??that are less in line with Islamic teachings, limited infrastructure, and lack of family involvement in supporting Islamic education. This study concluded that despite facing various challenges, Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan can remain relevant by adopting an innovative and collaborative approach. The use of digital technology, increasing teacher capacity, and strengthening synergy with families and the community are strategic steps that can support the sustainability of this program. This study not only contributes to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia but also becomes a model for other Islamic educational institutions in maintaining Islamic traditions as the identity and strength of the people in the modern

Abstrak:
The UMKM digitalization is carried out by utilizing digital technology to expand the marketing of UMKM products through digital marketing. The method used is the observation method by going directly to the UMKM location. The selected UMKMs in this service are UMKM Dua Putra and UMKM Tempe and Soy Milk. After conducting a survey and finding the problems faced by these UMKMs, this service carried out the development of UMKMs by making UMKM product brands and logos, making Google Maps, and making QRIS. The results and benefits obtained from this activity are first, branding UMKM products by giving the name “Tempe Ndeso” and making a logo so that it can increase consumer attractiveness and increase sales. Second, location placement on Google Maps for UMKMs so as to facilitate buyer access and increase visibility. Third, the implementation of the QRIS payment system at the Dua Putra UMKMs for an integrated digital payment system to facilitate transactions and increase payment efficiency.

Abstrak:
This research is motivated by the rampant moral decadence that needs attention. Underlining the responsibility of parents and educators in educating children, including the importance of the right method to shape children's faith, morals, knowledge, mentality, and social. Sheikh Nawawi Al Bantani and Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan were appointed as the main focus because of their influential thoughts in the context of children's education. The purpose of this study is to describe, compare, and analyze the relevance of the thoughts of the two figures regarding children's education in the context of contemporary Islamic education. This study uses a Qualitative Descriptive-Analytical approach with a literature review nature. The data obtained are sourced from primary data as the main reference obtained from a book entitled Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam by Dr. Abdullah Nashih 'Ulwan and the book Tanqih Al-Qaul by Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani. While secondary data is obtained from journals, expert books, and previous scientific articles. Descriptive in explaining the arguments and comparison of the two concepts and methods, analysis to describe the contents in depth. In this study it was found that the educational methods proposed by Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani and Abdullah Nashih have similarities even though the approaches and implementations are different, both discuss Islamic education that prioritizes noble morals which are very relevant considering the contemporary era which is full of moral crises.

Abstrak:
This study aims to describe: (1) types of errors in the use of Indonesian language which include errors in spelling, word choice, sentence structure, and paragraph structure; (2) factors causing errors in observation reports of grade VIII students at SMPN 6 Rajadesa; and (3) efforts made to overcome these language errors. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis approach to samples in the form of observation reports from 3 grade VIII students of SMPN 2 Rajadesa. The results of the study show that: First, the forms of language errors found include errors in spelling, choice of diction, sentence structure, and paragraph structure. Second, factors causing language errors in the report include students' lack of understanding of language rules, inaccuracy when writing, low motivation in writing, and limited student vocabulary. Third, efforts made to correct language errors in this observation report include the application of writing learning with a process approach, increasing understanding of language rules through reading activities, and increasing writing practice for students.

Abstrak:
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into judicial decision-making processes is reshaping the administration of justice, offering new possibilities for efficiency and consistency while raising critical concerns about fairness and judicial discretion. This research explores the use of AI to support judges in their decision-making processes, focusing on the balance between technological assistance and the human consideration of justice. Additionally, it examines the regulatory frameworks that enable and govern AI’s role in the judiciary. Employing a normative juridical research methodology and secondary data from literature reviews, this study finds that AI systems can only assist judges by providing recommendations rather than replacing their judgment. Algorithms and mathematical models cannot fully account for the complex, qualitative factors inherent in the pursuit of justice, such as moral considerations, empathy, and societal context. Currently, AI usage in judicial processes is not explicitly regulated; however, it may be justified under Article 1 Point 8 of Indonesia’s ITE Law, which recognizes electronic agents controlled by humans to achieve specified objectives. The research underscores that AI’s potential lies in its capacity to complement human judges by enhancing efficiency and reducing bias in routine tasks, while ultimate decision-making must remain a human responsibility. This study concludes that the responsible use of AI, guided by clear legal and ethical frameworks, can ensure that technological advancements in the judiciary uphold the principles of justice and human dignity.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi, masyarakat semakin bergantung pada media sosial, yang menyediakan berbagai fitur untuk mempermudah aktivitas, termasuk mencari hiburan. Salah satu aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mencari hiburan adalah Telegram, yang menyediakan banyak film ilegal yang disebarkan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Hal ini menimbulkan kerugian bagi pencipta film, yang seharusnya memiliki hak moral dan hak ekonomi atas karyanya, sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Hak Cipta (UUHC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah penyebaran film ilegal tersebut melanggar hak ekonomi menurut Pasal 9 (1) b UUHC dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai pembajakan berdasarkan Pasal 113 (4) UUHC. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis mekanisme perlindungan hak cipta bagi pencipta film dan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pelaku penyebaran film bajakan dalam gugatan perdata maupun pidana, yang terjadi akibat kelalaian dalam memantau aktivitas pengguna sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran film ilegal di Telegram melanggar hak ekonomi pencipta film dan dapat dikenakan sanksi sesuai UUHC. Perlindungan hukum terhadap hak cipta dapat dilakukan melalui upaya hukum yang mencakup gugatan perdata dan pidana terhadap pelanggar..

Abstrak:
The increasingly dynamic global financial landscape demands effective risk management strategies to ensure financial stability and institutional sustainability. Two critical approaches, risk financing transfers and risk retention, offer complementary solutions. Risk financing transfers allow institutions to redistribute financial risks to third parties through mechanisms such as securitization and Credit Risk Transfers (CRTs), improving market efficiency. In contrast, risk retention emphasizes accountability by require institutions to retain a portion of the risks, fostering market discipline and investor confidence.This study employs a Semantic Literature Review (SLR) to analyze the interaction between these approaches, focusing on mechanisms like securitization, contract design, and macroprudential policies. By reviewing ten peer reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2024, key themes and challenges related to systemic risks, moral hazards, and regulatory gaps are identified. Thematic analysis, supported by tools like NVivo, reveals the potential of these mechanisms to enhance financial stability when implemented within a robust regulatory framework.The results highlights that while risk financing transfers increase flexibility and market efficiency, they May exacerbate moral hazards without sufficient risk retention. Macroprudential policies and accurate risk pricing is crucial in addressing systemic risks, particularly in sectors like shadow banking and climate vulnerable regions. The study also underscore the importance of transparent contract design and the integration of innovative tools, such as geospatial data and machine learning, to support fair and efficient risk distribution.In conclusion, balancing market efficiency and systemic risk mitigation is imperative.While? risk retention strengths accountability and oversight, effective integration with risk financing transfers is necessary to create a sustainable and resilient financial system.This? review provides valuable insights for policy makers and practitioners in addressing emerging financial challenges.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the role and implementation of Pancasila in three periods of government in Indonesia: Old Order, New Order, and Reformasi. Pancasila, as a state ideology, has undergone various changes in interpretation and application in accordance with the political and social dynamics that occur in each era. Under Soekarno's leadership in the Old Order, Pancasila was used as a unifying tool in the context of ideological pluralism, but faced internal and external challenges that threatened national stability. During the New Order period, Pancasila was used as a single principle used to strengthen political legitimacy, but it was often misused to silence criticism and opposition. The reforms brought greater political freedom and a more inclusive interpretation of Pancasila, but still faced challenges in overcoming radicalization, intolerance, and social disparities. This research concludes that although Pancasila remains relevant as the basis of the state, efforts are needed to actualize its values to suit the challenges of the times.
