Abstrak: Tengku Said Noerdin merupakan salah satu tokoh di bidang militer yang bertugas dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Tengku Said Noerdin lahir di Pelalawan pada tanggal 10 Agustus 1921 dari orang tua yang bernama Tengku Said Oesman dan Tengku Syarifah Khatijah. Tengku Said Noerdin adalah anak kedua dari enam bersaudara yang memiliki peran dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui latar belakang kehidupan Tengku Said Noerdin, (2) untuk mengetahui peranan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950), (3) untuk mengetahui akhir perjuangan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan 4 komponen analisis yaitu penyusunan data, klasifikasi data, pengelolahan data, dan menganalisis serta menyimpulkan hasilnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peranan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan yang pada awalnya hanya anak keturunan raja kerajaan Pelalawan yang bercita cita untuk menjadi seorang tentara dan akhirnya bisa menjadi kurir informasi untuk kemerdekaan Indonesia   ke Pelalawaan menuntunnya untuk menjadi Tentara Keamanan Rakyat atau TKR hingga ditunjuk oleh Hasan Basri untuk mengikuti sekolah di Resimen IV setelah Tengku Said Noerdin Menyelesaikan sekolahnya di Resimen IV Tengku Said Noerdin pun dipercaya untuk memegang kompi KPG IV Pelalawan sebagai Komandan Sektor pada saat itu. Pada 1 September 1977 Tengku Said Noerdin resmi diberikan hak pensiunnya beliau juga bergabung sebagai anggota Dewan Paripurna Daerah Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia.

Utilization of tools and adoption of technology-based work systems (ICT) in the midst of the wide reach of remote tertiary institutions (PTJJ) and the high number of resources is still not optimal. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenon-based approach. Narrative reviews of literature studies are the main approach in writing reviews by applying systematic, empirical, and evidence-based protocols. The data and information included is credible, transparent and accountable as a source of research. The object of study is the flexible working space practice at the Ministry of Finance which is then placed in the framework of the PTJJ institution, namely the Open University. The results of the study show that optimizing the use of tools and adopting technology-based work systems (ICT) through the telework hubs framework has the opportunity to drive several performance variables for PTJJ institutions such as work ability, motivation, working conditions and cooperation/collaboration. Some of these variables are important variables in the framework of educational industry competition and the dynamics of challenges in resource management at PTJJ institutions, both managing resources or managed resources. The novelty of this study is research on work flexibility schemes which have not been widely studied, especially in PTJJ institutions in Indonesia. The main implications of the research are preparation recommendations in the context of optimizing the use of tools and the adoption of technology-based work systems (ICT) in PTJJ.AbstrakPemanfaatan tools dan pengadopsian sistem kerja berbasis teknologi (ICT) di tengah luasnya jangkauan lembaga perguruan tinggi jarak jauh (PTJJ) dan tingginya jumlah sumber daya masih belum optimal. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan berbasis fenomena. Tinjauan naratif dari studi literatur menjadi pendekatan utama dalam penulisan kajian dengan menerapkan protokol sistematis, empirik, dan berbasis bukti. Data dan informasi yang dicantumkan merupakan data-data kredibel, transparan, dan mampu dipertanggungjawabkan sebagai sumber kajian. Objek kajian berupa praktik flexible working space di Kementerian Keuangan yang kemudian diletakkan pada kerangka kerja lembaga PTJJ yakni Universitas Terbuka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa optimasi pemanfaatan tools dan adopsi system kerja berbasis teknologi (ICT) melalui kerangka telework hubs berpeluang mendorong beberapa variabel kinerja lembaga PTJJ seperti kemampuan kerja, motivasi, kondisi kerja dan kerjasama/kolaborasi. Beberapa variabel tersebut merupakan variabel penting dalam rangka kompetisi industri pendidikan dan dinamika tantangan pengelolaan sumber daya pada lembaga PTJJ, baik sumber daya pengelola atau sumber daya yang dikelola. Kebaruan kajian ini adalah penelitian tentang skema fleksibilitas kerja yang masih belum banyak diteliti khususnya pada lembaga PTJJ di Indonesia. Implikasi utama penelitian yakni rekomendasi persiapan pada konteks optimasi pemanfaatan tools dan pengadopsian sistem kerja berbasis teknologi (ICT) di PTJJ.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a disease in which glucose (simple sugar) levels in the blood are high because the body cannot release or use insulin adequately. Normal blood sugar levels in the morning after fasting the night before are 70-110 mg/dL of blood. Blood sugar levels are usually less than 120-140 mg/dL 2 hours after eating and drinking fluids containing sugar or other carbohydrates. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of preventing diabetes mellitus in the Work Area of ​​the Pargarutan Health Center, East Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. The research design used a quantitative method which was carried out by an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all patients with diabetes mellitus, as many as 321 patients. Samples using the Accidental Sampling system were 76 patients. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of family history, support from health workers, physical activity, diet, family support and social culture on diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in the Work Area of ​​the Pargarutan Health Center, East Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. While the most dominant factor is diet. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of family history, support from health workers, physical activity, diet, family support and socio-culture on diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in the Pargarutan Health Center Work Area, East Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency. It is recommended that the Pargarutan Health Center is expected to provide counseling about diabetes mellitus and carry out a diabetes mellitus control program to reduce the number of DM sufferers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze norms that do not regulate the requirements for candidates for legislative members (DPR) without being accompanied by a police record certificate (SKCK) which has a material impact on their duties and responsibilities in establishing law. The research method used in this study is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. This research is very important in filling public positions because the lack of conditions in question is a form of institutional imbalance in the DPR compared to the requirements for the candidacy of the President and Vice President, Governors, Mayors, and Regents. Even though all of them are public positions that directly receive a mandate from the people. The form of a rule of law requires checks and balances, which upholds Indonesia's constitutional cultural values and places greater emphasis on the harmony and integration of shared values. Meanwhile, the invalidity of the SKCK as a condition for candidacy for members of the DPR is a form of denial. So this has implications for the integrity and quality of prospective members who will occupy the DPR positions. As a law-forming institution, quality and integrity are important parts that must be attached to them, so that in carrying out their duties it will result in the formation of laws that are oriented towards the protection of human rights. The novelty of this research is the analysis of the importance of regulating the requirements for police record certificates in the Election Law as a basis for measuring the filling of public office. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis norma yang tidak mengatur syarat calon anggota legislatif (DPR) tanpa disertakan dengan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK) yang secara materiil berdampak pada tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam pembentukan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini sangat penting dalam pengisian jabatan publik, sebab ketiadaan syarat yang dimaksud adalah bentuk ketidakseimbangan kelembagaan DPR dibandingkan dengan syarat pencalonan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, Gubernur, Walikota, dan Bupati. Padahal semuanya sama-sama jabatan publik yang langsung menerima mandat dari rakyat. Bentuk negara hukum menghendaki adanya checks and balances, yang menjunjung nilai-nilai budaya konstitusional Indonesia dan lebih menekankan harmoni dan integrasi nilai-nilai bersama. Sedangkan ketidakberlakuan SKCK sebagai syarat pencalonan anggota DPR adalah bentuk pengingkaran dimaksud. Sehingga hal ini berimplikasi terhadap integritas maupun kualitas dari calon-calon anggota yang akan menduduki jabatan DPR. Sebagai lembaga pembentuk undang-undang kualitas dan integritas adalah bagian penting yang harus melekat bagi mereka, sehingga dalam menjalankan tugasnya akan menghasilkan pembentukan undang-undang yang beorientasi pada perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Adapun kebaharuan penelitian ini adalah analisis mengenai pentingnya pengaturan mengenai syarat surat keterangan catatan kepolisian dalam UU Pemilu sebagai dasar tolak ukur pengisian jabatan publik.     

The purpose of this study is to provide experience with project implementation activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in phase A on the theme of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and the data collection techniques used were the observation techniques by prioritizing direct data from the student information, as well as direct observations from the research location. The research location was at SD Avicenna Cinere grades 1 and 2, that was carried out from November to December 2022.  The results obtained in this study in the dimensions of ‘Faith, Fear of God Almighty’, the Avicenna Elementary students understood that God created humans with all the differences and uniqueness in the ‘Dimension of Noble Morals’. It was found that the students understood to always be grateful for God’s blessings. The result in the ‘Global Diversity’ dimension showed that the students respect the physical, cultural, and background differences of the individuals around them. In the ‘Mutual Cooperation’ dimension, it was found that students could work together with their classmates both in group discussions or assignments. Lastly, in the ‘Creative’ dimension, students showed more creativity in completing their assignments, by providing creative ideas in group discussions.

Dalam evolusi industri digital saat ini, aplikasi permainan telah merevolusi bagaimana manusia berinteraksi dan menghabiskan waktu luangnya. Mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden, penelitian ini berupaya untuk menilai keandalan dan validitas pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan skor rata-rata untuk: Attractiveness (1,460), Perspicuity (1,343), Efficiency (1,168), Dependability (1,200), Stimulation (1,305), dan Novelty (0,985). Hasil-hasil ini mencerminkan bahwa pengguna secara umum merasa puas dengan Epic Games Store. Namun, meskipun ada respons positif, masih ada peluang untuk meningkatkan aspek-aspek tertentu, khususnya dalam hal inovasi dan kreativitas, untuk memastikan platform ini tetap relevan di masa mendatang. Setelah melakukan perhitungan rata-rata didapatkan hasil nilai perbandingan aplikasi Epic Games Store berada dalam kategori Above Average pada setiap variabel.

Music has become an important part of mental healing efforta. This is because music can reduce anxiety, such as symptoms of depression, anxiety, fear and have a positive effect on mood. However, research that describes statistically and explains visually is still rarely done. Therefore, this study aims to describe statistically and visualize the effectiveness of music as a healing of mental disorders. Through the literature study method, namely the search for references related to mental diseases and music, and pyton analysis, namely to conduct statistical data analysis and visualize data. The results explained that sufferers of mental disorders who listen to music are anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, the average age of listening to music that is affected by mental disorders of 14 years to 20 years as many as 300 people, on average per day listening to music for three hours a day as many as 175 as many as 175 People, the effectiveness of healing listening to music as many as 548 people from 736 people or in a percentage of 74.5% of the success rate of music in curing mental illness. This study proves that mental disorders can be cured by listening to music, especially music with rock and pop genres. This research contributes to the knowledge of listening to music into an alternative to healing mental disorders.Therefore future research is necessary to study in other mental disease disorders, not limited to patients with anxiety, Isomania, depression, OCD.

Formal education, especially in basic education in entrepreneurship learning, has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through entrepreneurship learning. Research objectives 1) application of business education 2) economic learning curriculum 3) entrepreneurial behavior of elementary school formal education students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that entrepreneurship learning does not stand alone in the 2013 curriculum, but merges into other subjects such as Cultural Arts and Crafts to introduce students to currency, production and buying and selling processes, while populist economics learning blends into the subject PPKn lessons understand the Pancasila precepts as the basic foundation of populist economic education.

For this reason, this training was created to introduce one of the application programs in computer science, namely the Visual Studio Net application and the PHPMyAdmin Database. In the training activities carried out at the UISU Siantar Project Islamic Private Vocational School to build a desktop-based information system development process or an application embedded in a computer. Application designed with offline software that has been prepared by the school
