Early childhood plays an important role in forming the basis of development, which involves stimulation of various aspects such as moral religious values, social emotional, language, cognitive, and physical motor skills. The concept of early childhood learning is focused on play, where every activity is designed to be play, so that learning becomes more effective. Parents also need to understand today's children's education to interact with children positively. This research focuses on sentiment analysis of children's education-based app reviews on the Google Play Store, using Random Forest and Logistic Regression methods. The review data is taken from three apps with the theme of child development, namely "About Kids", "PrimaKu", and "Teman Bumil", with a range of review years between 2018 and 2023. The test results show that Logistic Regression has higher accuracy compared to Random Forest, especially in the "About Kids" and "PrimaKu" applications with accuracy above 90%. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of sentiment analysis in improving understanding of user responses to children's education applications, with suggestions for future research to increase the number of datasets and variations in testing schemes by tuning hyperparameters to improve prediction accuracy and more optimal results.

There are Lowest Balance, Average Balance and Daily Balance methods for calculating savings interest. From the research results, the Lowest Balance method produces interest expenses of IDR 2,003,844, Average Balance IDR 2,115,324, Daily Balance IDR 2,171,589. Of the 10 members sampled, the Lowest Balance method produces PPh article 4 (2) IDR 151,121, Average Balance IDR 151,537 and Daily Balance IDR 178,992. With details of the Lowest Balance and Average Balance methods, 6 members are subject to a PPh rate of 4 (2) 0% and 4 members are subject to a PPh rate of 4 (2) 10%. Meanwhile, for the Daily Balance method, 5 members are subject to a 0% PPh 4(2) rate, and the remaining 5 members are subject to a 10% rate. The Lowest Balance Method should be applied because it produces the smallest interest expense seen in 2021 PT Gudang Garam Tbk Former Employee Cooperative. East Java's "Sekar" suffered losses. Through a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis, this study details the issues surrounding remuneration regulations, emphasizes instances of financial misconduct, and discusses the importance of establishing an external supervisory body or regulatory changes. The implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Good Cooperative Governance principles within the Foundation context is also explored. This research responds to the need for integrity, transparency, and accountability in Foundation management to achieve the humanitarian goals they undertake. The conclusion underscores the necessity for further action, including the establishment of an external supervisory body or regulatory strengthening.

This research aims to reveal the Alek Bajawek Tradition in Kenagarian Koto Baru Dharmasraya. In contrast to the implementation of other traditions which involve all people in every procession, the Alek Bajawek tradition can only be carried out by certain people, such as Urang Nan Ampek Jinih. The research method used in this writing is the historical research method, with data collection carried out directly in the field through interviews and observation as primary sources. Meanwhile, researchers obtain secondary sources through the library. Then in the historical method there are several stages that must be carried out, such as heuristics, source criticism, analysis and writing. The results of this research explain the beginning of the emergence of the Alek Bajawek tradition at the same time as the Koto Besar Kingdom in Koto Baru Dharmasraya District, the existence of the Alek Bajawek tradition as a special tradition in the form of respect from the community for Urang Nan Ampek Jinih and is usually called Alek Gadang or Alek Rajo . However, this phenomenon indirectly makes a difference in the social status between a king or other leading figure and ordinary people.

This research allows an automated system for detecting classified means of transportation in Medan City traffic using the YOLOv8 algorithm. The YOLOv8 algorithm is used to detect transportation objects with accuracy that is many times better than other object detection algorithms and with good accuracy after training with various data sets. The use of this algorithm provides an effective solution for handling congestion in the form of increasing the number of vehicles and less orderly traffic users in the city of Medan. The placement of each transportation object in the image to be tested by the system has an influence on the shape accuracy of the object detection results by the algorithm.

The SLF's release is an urgent matter for a firm to address in order to raise quality and have a favorable effect on the economy and revenue.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of brand image and product differentiation on sales at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch and the extent to which product differentiation influences customer satisfaction at that location. Quantitative methods are applied. The population of this research is all customers who have used products and services from PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch. 110 respondents were given a questionnaire to fill out in order to do this. The findings of this research show that at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, product differentiation has a good and significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, at PT Aerofood Indonesia Kualanamu Branch, brand image does not have a real impact on customer satisfaction, either positively or negatively. At PT Aerofood, customer satisfaction and sales are significantly influenced by product differentiation and brand image.

As time goes by and the development of law in Indonesia, the trademark has become a symbol that has been integrated in the life of society. Given the importance of a brand, the brand must get a protection from each country. Protection of a trademark in Indonesia is regulated in Act No. 20 Year 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications, one of the materials regulated in the Act is about the settlement of trademark disputes. The settlement of trademark disputes is resolved by two judicial bodies, namely the Commercial Court and the State Administrative Court. This research uses a normative juridical approach method with descriptive analytical analysis of legal materials. The results of this study found that the authority of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) is to examine, decide and resolve State Administrative disputes (TUN) in a dispute arising in the field of State Administrative law (TUN) between persons or civil law entities (members of the public) with agencies or TUN officials (government) within the scope of the central government also includes local government as a result of the issuance of a TUN decision (beschikking). State Administrative Court has a very important role in resolving trademark disputes on the basis of registered trademark owners object to the decision to remove the registered trademark on the initiative of the Minister.
 

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), tingkat suku bunga, kupon, jatuh tempo dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap Yield To Maturity (YTM) Obligasi Pemerintah. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis obligasi pemerintah dengan kupon Fixed Rate (FR) dengan denominasi Rupiah 2018 – 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sampling purposive, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 23 obligasi seri FR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu untuk membuktikan hubungan antara variable independent dengan dependent. Hasil penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa secara parsial PDB tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, suku bunga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, kupon berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM, jatuh tempo tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap YTM dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap YTM.
