The motives for motorbike robbery behavior in Bekasi have become a significant concern in recent years. The research results show that economic, social and cultural factors have an important role in influencing motorbike theft. This research shows that motorbike theft in Bekasi occurs more often in areas with high levels of poverty and low levels of education. The method in this research uses the literature study method. Apart from that, research also reveals that motorbike theft in Bekasi is mostly carried out by individuals who have criminal records and are involved in criminal organizations. Based on the research results, the government and society should make efforts to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting motorbikes and improving people's quality of life. to reduce motorbike theft in Bekasi

Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis tekstual yang teliti serta tinjauan terhadap literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Surat Al-Baqarah Al-Qur'an menyajikan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk manajemen keuangan yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip etika Islam. Salah satu prinsip utama yang diungkapkan adalah keadilan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan. Ayat-ayat yang diteliti menekankan pentingnya pembagian yang adil dari harta dan pendapatan, serta larangan terhadap riba dan praktik-praktik keuangan yang merugikan. Konsep zakat juga dijelaskan secara rinci, menggarisbawahi pentingnya berkontribusi kepada kesejahteraan sosial melalui pengeluaran yang terencana dan pemberian sumbangan kepada yang membutuhkan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip manajemen risiko yang terkandung dalam Surat Al-Baqarah. Prinsip-prinsip ini mencakup pengelolaan risiko dengan bijaksana, transparansi dalam transaksi keuangan, dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam mengelola kekayaan. Issues regarding non-performance of an agreement can be resolved in two ways, namely outside court and through court. The Pati Court is one of the courts that handles many default resolutions, in terms of settlement through the courts. The judge's consideration is an important component in determining the fate of both parties, namely the plaintiff and defendant, who in terms of the agreement are creditor and debtor. We can see the judge's considerations in the case of default in case number 219/Pdt.GS/2023/PN.Pti. The aim of this research is to find out how considerations are taken to decide a case of tort and how the proof of the elements of tort is fulfilled. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, norms contained in regulations regarding agreements and a case approach. The results of the research show that, according to article 1320 of the Civil Code, the legal conditions for an agreement are agreement, competence, certain objects or things, and cause or lawful reasons, and it is stated in article 1238 of the Civil Code that a person is considered to be in default when he is negligent and does not carry out his obligations until after the time limit specified in the agreement he has agreed to. The judge's considerations in deciding case number 219/Pdt.GS/2023/PN Pti. is appropriate because based on the written evidence attached by the Plaintiff at the trial, then according to the evidence attached the Defendant is declared guilty or in default.

Meanwhile, the plan to move the capital city by the Jokowi government and Prabowo's support shows a commitment to infrastructure development, but requires careful planning and serious handling of social, economic and environmental impacts. One of the pieces of evidence that can be used by a judge is witness testimony. Children can be witnesses in a criminal trial. However, the validity of children's testimony is often still in doubt and further investigation is needed regarding the validity of children as witnesses in court. In Indonesia itself, the definition of child is regulated in various statutory regulations, including Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. A child is defined as someone who is not yet 18 (eighteen) years old, including children who are still in the womb. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kedudukan ibu dan istri dalam pemberian nafkah menurut perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis terhadap sumber-sumber hukum Islam, seperti Al-Quran, hadis, dan pendapat para ulama.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum Islam, ibu dan istri memiliki kedudukan yang penting dalam pemberian nafkah. Suami memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan nafkah kepada istri dan anak-anaknya, termasuk kebutuhan pokok seperti makanan, pakaian, tempat tinggal, dan kebutuhan sehari-hari lainnya.Selain itu, hukum Islam juga memberikan perlindungan kepada ibu sebagai istri dalam menerima nafkah dari suami. Ibu memiliki hak untuk menerima nafkah dalam periode tertentu setelah perceraian atau ketika anak-anak masih dalam masa menyusui.Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa pemberian nafkah bukan hanya kewajiban suami semata, tetapi juga merupakan hak istri dan anak-anak. Pemberian nafkah harus dilakukan dengan keikhlasan dan rasa tanggung jawab, tanpa adanya penindasan atau perlakuan yang tidak adil.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedudukan ibu dan istri dalam pemberian nafkah menurut perspektif hukum Islam sangat penting. Suami memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan nafkah kepada istri dan anak-anaknya, sementara ibu memiliki hak untuk menerima nafkah tersebut. Pemberian nafkah harus dilakukan dengan penuh keikhlasan dan rasa tanggung jawab agar tercipta hubungan yang harmonis dalam keluarga.
