This study aims to determine the forms of struggle of female characters in the three-paragraph short story anthology the Way to Market by Indonesian Pentigraf Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a feminist literary approach. Broadly speaking, feminism is a women's liberation movement. Feminism has several streams, including radical feminism, liberal feminism, Marxist feminism, and socialist feminism. In accordance with the problem to be studied, the theory used is the theory of socialist feminism. Collecting data in this study using documentation techniques and library techniques. The data analysis technique in this study was as follows: reading the entire collection of short stories in the three-paragraph short story anthology That's All the Way to Market by Indonesian Pentigraf Village, marking short story titles related to the problem in research, Re-reading selected short stories, marking the quotations quotes that contain the meaning of the struggle of a woman in the family. After that draw conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: the form of struggle of female figures within the family sphere according to their role as a mother, wife and child. By using the theory of socialist feminism, it can be seen what forms a woman's struggle is seen from her role in the family to create a harmonious family.

NIB Registration Assistance Activities in One of the areas targeted by the MBKM KKNT in 2022 is Rontu Village with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme. From the results of surveys and field observations, partner problems were found, such as that many people in the Rontu Sub-District do not have a Business Identification Number (NIB), which is important for MSMEs because it can lead to big profits and can attract other consumers and also generate higher sales. In addition, the community considers business licensing which was previously considered insignificant because the management is troublesome and not easy, however, MSMEs need business licensing to encourage business development, protect business locations and business competitiveness which is getting tougher in the current era. Therefore the purpose of this research is to provide assistance and understanding of the registration of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) in order to improve the MSME economy in the Rontu sub-district.

This study aims to determine; 1) influence of organizational climate on teacher commitment, 2) influence of workload on teacher commitment, 3) influence of organizational climate and workload simultaneously on teacher commitment. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The population in this study were all subject teachers, totaling 62 people, with the research sample using a saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by Likert scale questionnaire.
 

This training aims to enhance the ability of teachers in East Waringin Timur City to write scholarly articles, enabling them to contribute more effectively to the educational development in the region. In an effort to achieve this goal, the outreach team will undertake various activities, including interviews with teachers, curriculum analysis, surveys, literature research, and communication with schools. This study will provide a deeper insight into the needs and expectations of teachers regarding scholarly article writing, as well as facilitate the development of a Scholarly Article Writing training program tailored to the local educational context. It is expected that the results of this outreach will bring about positive benefits in improving the quality of education in East Waringin Timur City.

This research is made for; (1) to understand the factors that can underlie the occurrence of psychological violence perpetrated by wives in the household sphere and to find out (2) what forms of legal protection are provided for victims of psychological violence perpetrated by wives in the household sphere. The research used by the researchers namely using the type of empirical legal research. Through a statutory approach and a case approach that is actually based on the source of case analysis obtained through interviews, while the legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Underlying the occurrence of psychological violence perpetrated by the wife within the scope of the household are internal factors as well as external factors. Internal factors consist of: Family factors that discriminate, in the form of physical humiliation and the victim's job so as to generate income that is only sufficient for the needs of the family but not with the wishes of the perpetrator, can encourage the perpetrator to commit the psychological violence. Whereas external factors consist of: Economic factors and social environment as for excessive acts of using social media. The form of legal protection for victims of psychological violence perpetrated by wives in the household sphere, namely the form of protection has been explained in Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, which has been explained in Article 7 regarding psychological violence which has been considered as According to research materials by the researchers, this article explains what is meant in Article 5 letter b, namely behavior that results in fear, loss of self-confidence, loss of ability to act, feeling of helplessness, and/or severe psychological suffering to a person.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Dukungan Organisasi dengan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kerinci. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif, karena peneliti menginginkan pengukuran antara Variabele X dan Y. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 35 orang. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam penentuan responden adalah sampling jenuh sedangakan  instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner. Teknik analisis penggunaan uji hipotesis, dengan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat 3.1285 > 2.0345sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Artinya bahwa dukungan orgainsasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kerinci.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on financial distress. This study uses a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The analytical method used is SPSS. The results of this study prove that profitability has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, but capital structure has no effect on financial distress

<p><em>Information is an important part of communication between individuals and groups. Information is closely related to archive search. Archive searching is an important part of archive editing because searching allows researchers to find important information in archives. Based on the results of an archive search survey at one of the archival institutions, namely the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service, archive searches are still limited through Microsoft Excel and there are no other innovations. Seeing current technological developments, researchers offer solutions for searching archives through the AppSheet website at the Ponorogo Regency Library and Archives Service. The purpose of this study, among others, is to find out how to use the AppSheet website, use the AppSheet website in related agencies, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the AppSheet website. The research method in this study is a qualitative method through interviews and observation. The informants in this study were 4 archivists in related agencies. The results of the study show that how to use the AppSheet website consists of 22 steps. How to use the AppSheet website in related agencies include: 1) The features provided are quite easy to use. 2) Retrieval components that are fulfilled include: users, queries, documents, and matching. 3) The description is complete. 4) The retrieval step is quite easy. 5) Available metadata include: processing unit, file number, file number, description of archive information, time period, and amount. 6) Obstacles in the operation of the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives so far not all users can access and cannot be operated offline. 7) The solution for operating the AppSheet website as a retrieval of inactive photo archives is that later users who really need access to these inactive photo archives will be allowed to view them to get information to support their final thesis or assignment. In addition, active photos need to be placed on a flash disk to back up data. 8) There is no comparison with other applications. 9) Criticism and suggestions follow technology and regulatory developments in politics and law and features are added. Disadvantages of the AppSheet website include: users must understand technology and need to share links so that other users can access them. The agricultural sector is one of the main and very important sectors for Indonesian economy because many Indonesian people work as farmers spread throughout Indonesia. the number of requests for rice raw materials is not fulfilled due to various kinds of obstacles experienced by farmers. One of the problems in Musir Lor Village as a village with a majority of the population working as farmers is the lack of land that can be used for farming and the weakness of farmers' ability to be able to develop their agricultural products. For this reason, technology is needed to be able to help solve the problems faced by farmers in Musir Lor Village. KKNT 65 students from UPN Veteran Jawa Timur help them to overcome the existing problems by holding discussion about Hydroponic planting media also practice to make simple Hydroponics for the people of Musir Lor Village The implementation of socialization activities carried out at the Musir Lor Village Hall on May 11th 2023 which was attended by around 32 people. The socialization included an explanation of the meaning of hydroponics, presentation of material about the advantages of hydroponics, explanation of the tools and materials needed, then there was a training session for installing hydroponic frames and carrying out seeds who then transferred the planting from rockwool to the hydroponic framework, the series of hydroponic socialization events was closed with a question and answer session related to what had been conveyed. Furthermore, there are also controlling activities that will last for few weeks to ensure that the plants can grow properly.

<p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Tengku Said Noerdin merupakan salah satu tokoh di bidang militer yang bertugas dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Tengku Said Noerdin lahir di Pelalawan pada tanggal 10 Agustus 1921 dari orang tua yang bernama Tengku Said Oesman dan Tengku Syarifah Khatijah. Tengku Said Noerdin adalah anak kedua dari enam bersaudara yang memiliki peran dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui latar belakang kehidupan Tengku Said Noerdin, (2) untuk mengetahui peranan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950), (3) untuk mengetahui akhir perjuangan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan (1945-1950). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan 4 komponen analisis yaitu penyusunan data, klasifikasi data, pengelolahan data, dan menganalisis serta menyimpulkan hasilnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peranan Tengku Said Noerdin dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di Pelalawan yang pada awalnya hanya anak keturunan raja kerajaan Pelalawan yang bercita cita untuk menjadi seorang tentara dan akhirnya bisa menjadi kurir informasi untuk kemerdekaan Indonesia   ke Pelalawaan menuntunnya untuk menjadi Tentara Keamanan Rakyat atau TKR hingga ditunjuk oleh Hasan Basri untuk mengikuti sekolah di Resimen IV setelah Tengku Said Noerdin Menyelesaikan sekolahnya di Resimen IV Tengku Said Noerdin pun dipercaya untuk memegang kompi KPG IV Pelalawan sebagai Komandan Sektor pada saat itu. Pada 1 September 1977 Tengku Said Noerdin resmi diberikan hak pensiunnya beliau juga bergabung sebagai anggota Dewan Paripurna Daerah Legiun Veteran Republik Indonesia.</p>
