The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of the marketing mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Baked Bolu Cake in Mother's Home Business Yuli in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The sample in this study were consumers who coincidentally met the researcher during the research period to buy Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's home business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District from June to July 2023 with an incidental sampling technique and a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the validity test calculation show that 28 statement items have a value of rcount > rtable, which means that all statements are considered valid, because rcount is greater than rtable. The results of the reliability test showed that a result of 0.944 was obtained, which means that the 28 questionnaire items were said to be reliable because Cronbach'alpha was > 0.6. The results of multiple linear analysis are Y= 1.117 + 0.308X1 + 0.042X2 + 0.283X3 + 0.175X4, meaning that the marketing mix variables have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.898 which is in the range of 0.80-1.000, meaning this number shows a very strong relationship between the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) on Purchasing Decisions ( Y). The value of the Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient of 0.790 or 79.0% means that 79.0% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced by the variable factors Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4 ). The remaining 21% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the f test calculation (simultaneous) show the value of fcount > ftable (47.080 > 2.58) which means that the marketing mix variables consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) have a simultaneous effect or together on the Purchase Decision (Y) Bakar Bolu Cake at Mrs. Yuli's Home Business in Pepara Village, Tanah Grogot District. The results of the t test calculation (partial) by looking at this t calculate each marketing mix variable consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4) with a t test result of 3.318; 0.311; 2.465; and 2.614 which, when compared with the ttable value of 2.014, means that the dominant influence on purchasing decisions is Product (X1) because the Product variable (X1) has the highest value, namely 3.318 > 2.014. From the conclusion of the t test results obtained, the second hypothesis is that it is suspected that the Product variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the Purchasing Decision (Y) of Bakar Bolu Cake can be accepted or H0 is rejected Ha is accepted.

Ahead of the general election, there are more and more celebrities to enter politics. This phenomenon becomes a social reality in society when the democratic party takes place. This research seeks to discuss the rationality of parties determining celebrities as candidates for legislation and to find out the existence of celebrities in political party institutions. This research method is descriptive qualitative with case study method. The research subject is Verrell Bramasta's membership in the National Mandate Party. The data were obtained through document studies from online news and also audio-visual recordings from Narasi Newsroom and Metro Tv. To complete the data obtained by library research through e-books, and journals relevant to research. To strengthen this research, the researcher uses an analytical knife with Max Weber's theory of rationality and Bourdue's capital. The results obtained show that the National Mandate Party is cooperating with celebrities because of social capital ownership. Party rationality makes candidates for legislators based on electoral figures. Celebrities are believed to have influence, power, popularity which can influence the party in increasing the electability of the party. Through empowering this capital, it is the main goal of the National Mandate Party to be able to defend the acquisition of parliamentary seats in the 2024 election contestation later, not because of strengthening political party institutions because the joining of celebrities is nothing but because of the persona they have.Menjelang pemilihan umum kian marak selebriti untuk terjun ke dunia politik. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk membahas mengenai rasionalitas partai menentukan selebriti sebagai calon legislasi dan untuk mengetahui keberadaan artis pada kelembagaan partai pilitik. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah ketergabungan Verrell Bramasta pada Partai Amanat Nasional. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumen dari berita online dan juga audio-visual rekaman dari Narasi Newsroom dan Metro Tv. Untuk melengkapi data diperoleh dengan studi kepustakan melalui e-buku, dan jurnal relavan dengan penelitian. Untuk memperkuat penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pisau analisis dengan teori rasionalitas Max Weber dan modal milik Bourdue. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Partai Amanat Nasional mengandeng selebriti tidak lain karena kepemilikan modal sosial. Rasionalitas partai menjadikan calon legislator berdasarkan electoral figure. Selebriti diyakini memiliki pengaruh, kekuasaan, popularitas yang dapat menginfluancer partai dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas partai. Melalui pemberdayaan modal tersebut menjadi tujuan utama Partai Amanat Nasional untuk dapat mempertahakan perolehan kursi parlemen pada kontestasi pemilu 2024 nanti bukan karena memperkuat kelembagaan partai politik sebab gabungnya selebriti tidak lain karena persona yang dimiliki.

Divorce cases in West Java Province have increased every year. The profile map of divorce cases that occurred in each region is not yet known, so efforts to provide guidance to minimize divorce cases are not optimal. Divorce case data is also not equipped with a visualization feature that makes it easier for authorized officials to easily understand and analyze data. This study analyzes divorce cases in regencies/cities in West Java Province, using the K-Means Algorithm Clustering data mining method. The clustering method is grouping data based on the same characteristics. In determining the number of clusters, that is by using the value of the Davies Bouldin Index. The results of this study obtained the best cluster of grouping divorce cases, there were 2 clusters, namely cluster 0, there were 5 regencies and 9 cities, while in cluster 1 there were 13 regencies, with a Davies Bouldin index value of 0.168 and an avg.within centroid distance value of 5,870. Cluster 0 is the city/district with the lowest divorce cases and cluster 1 is the city/district with the highest divorce cases.

Therefore, the results obtained from the study are proving that sharia insurance products continue to experience growth with positive strong encouragement from the community, where people benefit from sharia insurance. In addition, the challenges faced by sharia insurance companies such as many people who do not fully know the existence of sharia insurance. Disability groups are people who have deficiencies in carrying out activities in daily life due to a person's physical and psychological factors. The problem of disability is a phenomenon that has received less attention from the public. So that the issue of disability discrimination is increasingly mushrooming and cannot be resolved. Evidence of discrimination against disability groups is reflected in the lack of access and facilities provided to disabled groups. As a result, the problem of discrimination against people with disabilities will still exist. This study uses a qualitative type with a literature study. The analysis of this research uses the structural functional theory of Talcot Parsons. The concept of Talcot Parsons' theory is AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latent Pattern Maintenance). The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from literature review, mass media news on the internet. The target of this research is Madiun City, East Java. The results of this study are that the City of Madiun is a city that is still low in accessibility to disability groups. It is proven by the provision of facilities that are still minimal, even some facilities will still be discussed in 2021.

Many of the indonesians like to eat chips as everyday snacks, one of them is menjes chips. Menjes chips are beans made from bean curd. One of the SMEs that produces the menjes chips, namely Menjes Kyu that owned by Mrs. Chalimah. In the drying process, the cips are still done conventionally, namely by simply airing them out. This can affect the quality and flavor of chips because of the amount of oil it contains. The purpose of this activity was to add to the knowledge and skill involved in the use of oil stonework (spinner), which was useful in raising the quality and value of chips. The methods used are location surveys and the filling of questionnaires, toolmaking, and socializing of automatic oil slicers. The presence of an automatic oil slicer helps to enhance the quality, flavor, and storage power of processed chips.

This study deals with the use video to improve students’ procedure text writing class XI SMA Swasta Darul Iman Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use video has a significance effect in writing procedure text. Population used in this study of class XI and samples used in this study were 64 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design. This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 55,39 , deviation standard = 3,26 and experienced an increase in the post-test mean = 80,31 deviation standart = 3,66.From this analysis, writer found that guided video has significane in teaching writing procedure text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “” observed about 40,85 was higher than “t-table” about 1,998 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use video in teaching writing procedure text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.
