This study deals with the use video to improve students’ procedure text writing class XI SMA Swasta Darul Iman Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use video has a significance effect in writing procedure text. Population used in this study of class XI and samples used in this study were 64 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design. This study was carried on using quantitative method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 55,39 , deviation standard = 3,26 and experienced an increase in the post-test mean = 80,31 deviation standart = 3,66.From this analysis, writer found that guided video has significane in teaching writing procedure text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “” observed about 40,85 was higher than “t-table” about 1,998 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use video in teaching writing procedure text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.

ABSTRACT, The achievement of the achievement of a particular job is a form of a performance. Thus, work performance is the stage of work achievement by an individual in an organization. Some of the cases that have occurred at Adi Soermarmo Boyolali International Airport, one of which is negligence by Ground Handling officers, namely, the lack of awareness of Ground Handling officers in using PPE (personal protective equipment) so that there needs to be disciplinary action and the role of AMC officers to always behave decisively when there is an act violations committed by Ground Handling officers in order to anticipate unwanted things. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of AMC officers and how much influence the performance of AMC officers had on the discipline of Ground Handling officers. This study uses one independent variable, namely the performance of AMC officers and one dependent variable, namely the discipline of Ground Handling officers. The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, while the sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling. Collecting data using questionnaires and observation methods. In analyzing the instrument data used is the test of validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis of this study using simple linear regression data analysis, determination test, and t test. The results of the research show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In the hypothesis test, the effect of the performance of AMC officers has a positive and significant influence on the work discipline of Ground Handling officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport Apron. The results of the determination test in this study obtained a determinant value of 0.699 which means that the magnitude of the influence of the performance variable of AMC officers (X) on the work discipline variable of Ground Handling officers (Y) is 69.9%.

This study aims to identify character education of patriotic attitudes of loving the motherland and defending the country in elementary schools and showing phenomena that occur in the field regarding patriotic attitudes and defending the country, the responses of students and teachers to various character education activities, and the efforts made so that students gain knowledge about patriotic attitudes of love for the motherland and defending the country. This research is a research using a qualitative approach by looking for various theoretical descriptions, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as the basis for activities. The research results show that the character of loving the motherland has been instilled since school days, one of which is with ceremonial activities in which there are many activities that will foster love for the motherland from each student such as flag raising, singing Indonesia Raya songs and various other national obligatory songs, reading texts pancasila, the mandate of the ceremony and even remembering the services of the heroes by praying and not forgetting to also use complete uniforms and attributes according to the rules that are included in the activities of loving the country. With the conclusion that instilling the character of loving the homeland is very necessary to start from elementary school so that it can be embedded in the memory of each student properly.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch. The author uses 46 respondents as a sample taken from 46 populations using the Sugiyono formula. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and its correlation coefficient is 0.419, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as moderate. While the coefficient of determination is known that Work Motivation and Self Efficacy only contribute 33.3% to Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. Regression equation obtained
Y = 15.032 + 0.22X1 + 0.45X2 which shows that if you add one unit of variables X1 and X2 (Work Motivation and Self Efficacy) or a certain value, the variable Y (Employee Performance) will increase by the regression coefficient of 0.22 and 0. 45. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted by Employee Performance by comparing the t-count value of Work Motivation and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is smaller than t-table, namely 1.748 <2.016, Self- Efficacy and t-table, it is found that the t-count value is greater than t-table, namely 3.188 <2.016 and a significance value of 0.000 below α 5%. Because t count is greater than t table, there is an influence of Work Motivation and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Pelindo (Persero) Sibolga Branch and the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja Dan Tunjangan Kesejahteraan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Sei Tualang Raso Kota Madya Tanjung Balai. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear berganda, dengannilai t hitung untuk variabel Kemampuan Kerja (X1) sebesar 4.443jika dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel yang sebesar 1.672. Maka t hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai t tabel atau 4.443>1.672, kemudian terlihat pula bahwa nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.000 <  0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga variabel X1 memiliki kontribusi terhadap Y. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel Tunjangan Kesejahteraan (X2) sebesar 5.862jika dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel yang sebesar 1.672. Maka t hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai t tabel atau 5.862>1.672, kemudian terlihat pula bahwa nilai sig lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0.000 <  0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga variabel X2 memiliki kontribusi terhadap Y.  Nilai f hitung adalah 383.362dengan tingkat sig 0,000 oleh karena itu nilai sig 0,000 > 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 383.362> F tabel 2.77 hal ini menunjukkan bahwan Ho ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen X1, X2secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Y.Nilai  R Square menunjukkan bahwasanya variable Kemampuan Kerja (X1) dan Tunjangan Kesejahteraan (X2)dapat menjelasakan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 0.931 atau 93.1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0.69 atau 6.9% dipengaruhi variable lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

The government of Sibolga Kota District has not yet had maximum performance in terms of the services provided to the community that have not been maximized. The basic cause is the existence of interpersonal communication barriers among employees and low employee morale because motivation within employees is also low. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in the District Government of Sibolga Kota. The type of research used is descriptive correlational with a population of 68 people and is used as an object of observation. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results showed that interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation variables can affect employee performance variables by 54.7%. Interpersonal communication and intrinsic motivation together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Where the value of Fcount is greater than the value of Ftable (45.363 > 3.11) Partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Where the value of tcount = (2.515) > ttable (1.992), Partially intrinsic motivation is the most dominant influence on employee performance, meaning that the intrinsic motivation variable determines more to improve employee performance compared to interpersonal communication. Where is tcount = (4.441) > ttable (1.992). It is recommended that the leadership is expected to maintain good relations with staff so that communication and good performance are maintained

Object investigation This is Wisma Batik Trusmi, which is located in the hamlet of Cinunuk subdistrict of Cileunyi district and operates in the sector of batik writing. For data analysis, quantitative analysis was employed as a method. Data is required for _cost computation, raw material supply, and application of the just-in-time approach. Primary data (in the form of report material raw production, inventory material raw, as well as cost material standard, and company history) and secondary data (in the form of literature from the library, notes during related lectures, books, and internet media theory that will be researched) are the types of data obtained.
 

Number line material is an essential material in learning mathematics. However, in fact some students experience difficulties in the learning process of number line material. As was found among students at the Graha Asuh Jabal 165 Foundation, only seven of twenty five children said they liked mathematics at the Al-Hilal 3 Sarijadi Foundation. Based on the problems found, this service activity aims to help students understand number line material. The method for implementing this activity consists of three stages, namely: (1) the activity planning stage; (2) implementation stage; and (3) evaluation stage. The results obtained in this service activity are in the form of post-test results which show that there is an increase in student responses from the results of the pre-test conducted at the beginning of learning.
