It seems that Indonesia still lacks understanding about the disclosure of sustainability. Furthermore, it is believed that socioeconomic, cultural, governance and environmental challenges are crucial to the success of a business. The influence of corporate governance and organizational culture on sustainability performance, with strategic posture acting as a moderating variable, leads to intriguing issues that warrant further analysis. This study's population consists of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling is used as a technique in this study. The company's website, which includes information from 2009 to 2018, was sourced from www.idx.co.id and other pertinent sources. Data collection was done, and Warp PLS algorithms were employed for the analysis method. After analyzing and debating the data, the following conclusion was reached: corporate governance and organizational culture greatly impact sustainable performance. The aim of the research is to study the impact of sustainability disclosure on financial performance transparency by applying it to a sample of Iraqi banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange (Al-Ahli Bank of Iraq, Gulf Commercial Bank, Mansour Investment Bank, Baghdad Bank), and sustainability disclosure was measured through the index (social disclosures, environmental disclosures, economic disclosures), and to achieve the objectives and hypothesis of the research, (178) questionnaires were distributed to bank employees, while the multiple regression method was used to test the impact of sustainability disclosure on financial performance transparency, and the research results reached the existence of banks' disclosure of sustainability aspects in their reports, which increases the awareness, perception and confidence of users of these reports, and increases the transparency of their financial performance and efficiency, in addition to the fact that banks with high profitability are more likely to apply the sustainability report in order to increase the transparency of their financial performance, in addition to the bank's economic and financial capabilities and size, confirming its need to prepare sustainability disclosure reports in order to increase investor confidence, which in turn leads to increasing the transparency of sustainability disclosure and improving its financial performance.

The current research aims to measure the impact of strategic vigilance through its dimensions (strategic vigilance, competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, environmental vigilance) on strategic success in its dimensions (survival, growth, adaptation), and the problem of the study is defined in the following question: What is the role of strategic vigilance in achieving strategic success? The aim of the study came to identify the role that strategic vigilance can play in achieving strategic success. The questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of lecturers at Samarra University, with a strength of (88) lecturers. The research used a descriptive analytical approach, which was followed by statistical methods like arithmetic mean, standard deviation, linear correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression coefficient, and statistical programs like SPSS.V.29 and Amos.V.26 to analyze the data and draw conclusions. The most notable of these claims was that strategic vigilance influences strategic success.

One of the major causes of death in the globe is cancer. According to estimates, the number of people affected by cancer worldwide will continue to rise, reaching 21.4 million new cases and 13.2 million deaths by 2030.This study was carried out in the Sudanese state of East Darfur and it is a retrospective in nature. Clinical and Public Health Laboratory provided results, were collected, gathered then analyzed. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 was used evaluate demographic data and tumor cases. show that 87.3% of patients who were affected by were females, while only 12.7% of patients were males show that 15.87% of patients whom affected were 33 years old, followed by 9.52% their age were 34 and 45 years old endometritis accounted for (19.05% ) of the abnormalities that affected the patients, followed by ovaries (14.29%), endometrial polyps (12.70%), Breast masses (7.94%), chronic endometritis, prostatic hyperplasia The data on the present status of the most common benign and malignant tumors in Sudan and the neighboring areas is scarce. There is a complex interaction between the impact of infectious agents, genetics and environmental risk factors on the risk of development of most of these tumors.

Aquascape as the art of designing and organizing a miniature water garden inside an aquarium has become a desirable hobby for nature lovers and aquatic enthusiasts. Although it offers natural beauty, aquascape requires intensive attention and maintenance to maintain the balance of the aquarium environment. Therefore, the Smart Aquascape concept emerged as an innovative solution by utilizing the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) to monitor and control the condition of the aquarium environment in real-time through a digital platform that can help facilitate maintenance for aquascape hob-byists and maintain the balance of the aquarium ecosystem. This research aims to design an IoT system to monitor and con-trol water temperature, implement an automatic feeding mechanism, and design an accurate pH regulation system in an aquascape environment by integrating all these features into one connected control platform.

ABSTRAK

Aquascape sebagai seni merancang dan mengatur taman air miniatur di dalam sebuah akuarium telah menjadi hobi yang diminati oleh pecinta alam dan penggemar akuatik. Meskipun menawarkan keindahan alam, aquascape memerlukan perhatian dan pemeliharaan yang intensif untuk menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan akuarium. Oleh karena itu konsep Smart Aquascape muncul sebagai solusi inovatif dengan memanfaatkan integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau dan mengontrol kondisi lingkungan akuarium secara real-time melalui platform digital yang dapat membantu memu-dahkan perawatan bagi para penghobi aquascape dan menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem akuarium. Penelitian ini ber-tujuan untuk merancang sistem IoT untuk memantau dan mengontrol suhu air, mengimplementasikan mekanisme pemberian pakan otomatis, dan merancang sistem pengaturan pH yang akurat dalam lingkungan aquascape dengan mengintegrasi-kan semua fitur tersebut ke dalam satu platform kontrol yang terhubung.

Objective: To assess the differences in buccal cytology changes caused by hormone therapy in Sudanese women with breast and endometrial malignancies by comparing wet fixed and air dry H&E stained buccal smear samples.  Method: The eight-month study period ran from October 2015 to May 2016. The practical inquiry began in November 2015, and during that time, data gathering, a literature review, and research script typing were completed. One hundred participants had buccal smear samples taken, and these were ready for H&E staining using a wet and dry procedure on women receiving hormone medication. Results: The wet method produced buccal smears with pathology that was 56% malignant, 34% inflammatory, and 10% normal; the dry method produced identical results. The wet method produced excellent (40%), very well (28%), well (20%), acceptable (8%) and bad (4%) affinity, which was in line with the results of the dry method. There were no appreciable variations in the pathology and affinity of the wet and dry-prepared buccal smears (P = 0.14 and 0.0011 > 0.05). The cancerous The pathology of wet and dry buccal smears was reported in 7.7%, 47.1%, and 95% of the smears obtained from patients who had been on hormonal therapy for less than three years, three to nine years, and more than nine years, respectively. Wet and dry smears were reported in 20%, 21.1%, and 88.5% of the smears obtained from patients who had been on hormonal therapy once, twice, or three times a day, respectively. Conclusion: The pathology of the buccal smears showed significant differences based on the frequency and duration of hormone therapy.

Menghadapi pemilihan umum 2024 perlu adanya suatu edukasi politik untuk memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat guna memberikan pilihan yang rasional terhadap para calon yang bertanding di pemilu 2024 sehingga melahirkan sosok pemimpin yang kompeten. Salah satu yang terlibat dalam memberikan sosialisasi politik melalui andil dari media massa. Namun pada realita yang terjadi di masyarakat masih saja termakan berita hoaks dan juga terjerumus praktik pemilu yang kotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak dari pemberitaan Surat Kabar Fajar Cirebon dalam pendidikan politik pada Pemilu 2024 di Kota Cirebon serta mengkaji dampak dari Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers terhadap pemberitaan media massa dalam menyediakan informasi pendidikan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris melalui pendekatan penelitian studi kasus. Data yang dihimpun melalui cara wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis melalui metode analisis deskriptif. Dapat diketahui hasil kajian ini bahwa dampak pemberitaan Fajar Cirebon dalam pendidikan politik pada pemilu 2024 di Kota Cirebon yakni, dapat berdampak sebagai pembentuk opini publik dengan menyediakan wadah bagi calon yudikatif atau calon legislatif untuk menuangkan gagasannya melalui berbagai platform yang tersedia di Fajar Cirebon. Selain itu, media massa berdampak sebagai penyeimbang dan pengawas pemilu. Kemudian terkait dampak UU Pers terhadap pemberitaan media massa dalam menyediakan informasi pendidikan politik dapat memberi manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat seperti akses informasi politik yang mudah dan tingkat akurasi kebenarannya terjamin, media massa bisa hadir untuk memberi rujukan terhadap isu yang bertebaran. Serta terkait memproduksi informasi media massa akan lebih leluasa karena kebebasannya dijamin oleh negara.

In accordance with National Land Agency Regulation No. 1 of 2021, this study investigates the adoption of electronic land certificates. The need to enhance land services in Indonesia, especially in the fight against the land mafia and the settlement of intricate agrarian disputes, is what makes this research so urgent. Creating an electronic certificate system is essential to updating public services in light of the rise in fraud and land ownership disputes. Significant obstacles stand in the way of digital transformation in land management, nevertheless, such as the requirement for a strong legal framework and prepared infrastructure. The novel aspect of the study is its evaluation of infrastructure preparedness for electronic certificates, a topic that has received little attention in earlier studies. The responsive law theory of Philippe Nonet and Philip Selznick is used in this analysis to emphasize how crucial adaptable legal frameworks are for addressing societal shifts. The results indicate that increasing digital infrastructure and raising public understanding of land technology are essential to the success of electronic land certificates. This invention has the potential to improve confidence in the National Land Agency and expedite the settlement of land disputes. According to Indonesian law, both paper and electronic documents are legitimate; nevertheless, for long-term use, rules pertaining to data security, technology, and public education need to be strengthened. The digital revolution of land administration requires cross-sector cooperation.

The integration of local wisdom in the role of village heads as mediators of industrial relations disputes is an effective strategy in rural conflict resolution. Local wisdom, which is a community's traditional knowledge and practices, can be used to understand and resolve complex conflicts. The village head, as a respected figure with traditional knowledge, can serve as an effective mediator in resolving industrial relations disputes. The results show that village heads play an important role as mediators by integrating local wisdom principles such as deliberation, mutual cooperation, and harmony in the mediation process. The custom-based approach proved effective in reaching an agreement that was acceptable to both parties and maintaining social harmony in the village. However, challenges arise when dealing with large companies or disputes involving formal legal aspects. This research provides new insights into the potential integration of local wisdom in the resolution of industrial relations disputes at the village level, as well as the implications for the development of a more contextualized alternative dispute resolution system in Indonesia. The analysis will discuss how the integration of local wisdom in the role of the village head can improve the effectiveness of conflict resolution in rural areas.

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
