Studi literature ini lakukan dengan di latar belakangi oleh fenomena, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menunjukkan bahwa wanita dan anak anak sangat rentan terhadap untuk menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang berefek dikesehatan mental korban yang menjdi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Tujuan dari artikel pembedahan jurnal jurnal ini untuk meriview kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga dengan kesehatan mental para korban terutama wanita dan anak – anak maupun remaja yang mengalami dan melihat kejadian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Untuk mengetahui defenisi dari kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan efeknya terhadap kesehatan mental terhadap para korbannnya baik wanita maupun anak – anak dan remaja, serta factor yang mempengaruhinya. Riview dalam artikel ini terhadap jurnal  penelitian terkait kekerasan dalam rumah tangga tahun 2016 – 2020.
Hasil riview menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan subjek yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah wanita dan anak – anak mau pun remaja, bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami adalah kekerasan verbal, fisik, psikis, seksual, yang mana akan mempengaruhi kesehatan mental bagi para korban yang akan berakibat korban memiliki anixiety disorder, yang akan mengganggu keberlangsungan keseharian dari korban baik di rumah, lingkungan sosisal maupun sekolah. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang terjadi secara terus menerus berefek kepada kesehatan mental bagi korban. Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, penelitian kuantitatif berupa survey, kualitatif berupa wawancara terhadap Koran yang dilakukan selama beberapa tahun dengan kelompok ada yang dikontrol dan tidak di control oleh peneliti. Duskusi yang dilakukan tentang hasil riview penelitian akan berimplikasi kepada peneliti selanjutnya, terutama unutk dilakukan di Indonesia.

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

The success or failure of an organization in achieving its predetermined goals is highly dependent on the ability of its human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks or work assigned to them. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work placement on employee productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The data processing method is carried out using a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 46 employees. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination tests, F tests and T tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Recruitment and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other variables.

Results reveal that while these psychological triggers can effectively drive sales, they also present ethical concerns regarding consumer autonomy and well-being.

This study aims to analyze the effect of school service quality on guardian student loyalty, to analyze the effect of school image on student guardian loyalty and to analyze the effect of guardian student loyalty on parents' decision to choose. The data analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). Guidelines in PLS-Parth. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between service quality and student guardian loyalty. This study aims to find out how to design Android smartphone learning media and the feasibility level of Android smartphone learning media in computer operating system subjects. This study uses the Research and Development research method, using the 4D development model, namely Define, contains activities to determine what products will be developed, along with their specifications. This stage is a needs analysis activity, carried out through research and literature studies. Design (Design), contains activities to create a design for a predetermined product. Development (Development), contains the activities of making a design into a product and testing the validity of the product repeatedly until a product is produced according to predetermined specifications. Dessemnation (Dissemination), contains the activities of disseminating products that have been utilized by others. The production stage produces the initial product which is then reviewed by material experts and media experts. The results of the review were revised according to the suggestions of the two experts. In the evaluation stage, the product being tested on students, the test subject was a class X TKJ SMK Gunung Sari 1 Makassar. Data is obtained by price, scores are given on a scale of 1-4. The results obtained from the validation of media experts were 78.33%, and the validation results from material experts were obtained 92.30%, with an average proportion of the two validators being 85.31%. The results of the small trial were in the good category with a proportion of 100%, then the large group trial was 75% in the good category with a frequency of 12 people, then 25% in the fairly good category with a frequency of 4 people. Based on these results, learning media for Android smartphones using Adobe Flash CS6 get a good view of being used as learning media. Thus it can be concluded that the learning media product based on an Android smartphone using Adobe Flash CS6 has complied with research and development principles and is well used in the learning process for class X SMK TKJ SMK Gunung Sari 1 Makassar

This study aims to determine the interest and quality of the English teaching and learning process of students, especially in listening skills.  Knowing interests is carried out through the use of audio-visual media with role-playing methods that are expected to provide opportunities for the creation of pleasant learning conditions.  Thisclass obtained optimal results where students who were interested in taking English lessons could increase significantly. This research is in the form of Class Action Research  which is carried out using VCD media, which consists of four stages: planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. Actions can be done by applying learning with audio-visual media and continued with role-playing methods. This research was conducted on 11 students of class X 1 SMKS Generus Bangsa. Responses to the progress of student interest are obtained from the results of student questionnaires, student interviews, student learning logs, observations, interviews between teachers, teacher journals, daily test results and assignments. Instrument validation is carried out with critical reflection between research teachers and face validity. Data validation is carried out by triangulating observations from the aspects of students, teachers and partner teachers. The results of each cycle reflection are used to plan further steps.

Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu bentuk penting dalam instansi yang sangat menentukan kesuksesan suatu instansi, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang pantas sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan oleh sebuah perusahaan. SPBU 14.288.607 Jalan Yos Sudarso KM 26 Meranti melakukan proses seleksi karyawan secara manual dengan kriteria pengalaman kerja, kesehatan, umur, pendidikan terakhir dan hasil tes wawancara. Metode AHP yaitu metode untuk memecahkan suatu situasi yang kompleks tidak terstruktur dalam beberapa komponen dalam susunan yang hirarki, dengan memberi nilai subjektif tentang pentingnya setiap variabel secara relatif, dan menetapkan variabel mana yang memiliki prioritas paling tinggi guna mempengaruhi hasil pada situasi tersebut. Dengan menerapkan metode AHP sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan pada SPBU 14.288.607 maka dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perekrutan karyawan berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil perhitungan metode AHP berupa perankingan yang diurutkan berdasarkan dari nilai yang terbesar ke yang terkecil sehingga penyeleksian calon karyawan menjadi lebih tepat sasaran.
