Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CLHB) has a major influence on people's living habits related to several aspects including: thoughts, habits, actions, and the environment. Stunting activities in Mentor Village are more focused on the age range of babies and toddlers through posyandu activities than with elementary school students, not a few elementary school students do not receive gradual monitoring regarding stunting. This study aims to determine the effect of clean and healthy living behavior on stunting in toddlers in Mentor Village. The targets in the socialization activity were Mentor I and II Elementary School students, with a total of 50 students. The aim is to provide further education regarding the dangers of stunting with the target of elementary school students. The method is used through 4 stages namely observation, planning stage, socialization and evaluation. Data collection technique is by using a questionnaire in the form of pre-test and post-test. The results of the questionnaire showed an increase in children's understanding related to clean and healthy living behavior (CLBH) where initially the level of children's understanding of CLBH before the socialization was held was 27% and after the socialization activities carried out it increased to 91%. There was an increase in students' understanding of the importance of CLBH by 64% indicating that CLBH socialization activities had a positive effect on increasing students' understanding of the importance of CLBH.

The bridge at Karang Semanding was the reason for choosing the location due to a delay in the progress of the project construction which was scheduled to start on February 14 2023 and was targeted for completion on June 13 2023 but until March 14 2023 the implementation of the work had not started by the implementing party, namely CV. Bima Putra Nusantara. This service activity is carried out to analyze the factors causing delays in the Karang Semanding Bridge construction project. This mentoring activity aims to provide an accelerated approach in terms of pursuing delays in the construction of the Karang Semanding Bridge. Second, post-determination assistance, namely making questionnaires, processing data, analyzing the data that has been obtained from the questionnaires and then conclusions are drawn using the influence index test approach, frequency index, and interest index. The results of this assistance are carried out from identifying what factors cause delays. Factors causing delays in the construction of the Karang Semanding Bridge with the highest interest index value are technical factors with an interest index value of 48.1% and assistance providing an accelerated approach to delays in the construction of the Karang Semanding Bridge which is a reference for partner decision making, namely CV. Bima Putra Nusantara in the form of pre-orders for precast materials and the quantity and quality of workers that must be added.

The purpose of this study was to analyze norms that do not regulate the requirements for candidates for legislative members (DPR) without being accompanied by a police record certificate (SKCK) which has a material impact on their duties and responsibilities in establishing law. The research method used in this study is normative juridical with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. This research is very important in filling public positions because the lack of conditions in question is a form of institutional imbalance in the DPR compared to the requirements for the candidacy of the President and Vice President, Governors, Mayors, and Regents. Even though all of them are public positions that directly receive a mandate from the people. The form of a rule of law requires checks and balances, which upholds Indonesia's constitutional cultural values and places greater emphasis on the harmony and integration of shared values. Meanwhile, the invalidity of the SKCK as a condition for candidacy for members of the DPR is a form of denial. So this has implications for the integrity and quality of prospective members who will occupy the DPR positions. As a law-forming institution, quality and integrity are important parts that must be attached to them, so that in carrying out their duties it will result in the formation of laws that are oriented towards the protection of human rights. The novelty of this research is the analysis of the importance of regulating the requirements for police record certificates in the Election Law as a basis for measuring the filling of public office. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis norma yang tidak mengatur syarat calon anggota legislatif (DPR) tanpa disertakan dengan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK) yang secara materiil berdampak pada tugas dan tanggungjawabnya dalam pembentukan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Penelitian ini sangat penting dalam pengisian jabatan publik, sebab ketiadaan syarat yang dimaksud adalah bentuk ketidakseimbangan kelembagaan DPR dibandingkan dengan syarat pencalonan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, Gubernur, Walikota, dan Bupati. Padahal semuanya sama-sama jabatan publik yang langsung menerima mandat dari rakyat. Bentuk negara hukum menghendaki adanya checks and balances, yang menjunjung nilai-nilai budaya konstitusional Indonesia dan lebih menekankan harmoni dan integrasi nilai-nilai bersama. Sedangkan ketidakberlakuan SKCK sebagai syarat pencalonan anggota DPR adalah bentuk pengingkaran dimaksud. Sehingga hal ini berimplikasi terhadap integritas maupun kualitas dari calon-calon anggota yang akan menduduki jabatan DPR. Sebagai lembaga pembentuk undang-undang kualitas dan integritas adalah bagian penting yang harus melekat bagi mereka, sehingga dalam menjalankan tugasnya akan menghasilkan pembentukan undang-undang yang beorientasi pada perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Adapun kebaharuan penelitian ini adalah analisis mengenai pentingnya pengaturan mengenai syarat surat keterangan catatan kepolisian dalam UU Pemilu sebagai dasar tolak ukur pengisian jabatan publik.     

Desa Tumpakoyot merupakan desa yang terletak di bagian paling selatan Kabupaten Blitar tepatnya di Kecamatan Bakung. Desa Tumpakoyot memiliki 11 aparatur pemerintah desa, dimana terdapat 4 aparatur pemerintah desa yang akan memasuki masa purna tugas. Pemerintah desa merasa mengalami kesulitan untuk mencari pengganti yang mumpuni untuk mengantikan aparatur desa yang akan purna tugas. Tim pengabdi mengusulkan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berfokus pada pengembangan SDM aparatur pemerintah desa. Program yang diusulkan adalah pelatihan Microsoft Office dan OpenSID untuk mendukung proses bisnis Desa Tumpakoyot. Pelatihan Microsoft Office dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kempuan Desa Tumpakoyot untuk melakukan pengolahan administrasi dan juga pengolahan data, khususnya dana desa. Selanjutnya, pelatihan OpenSID merupakan pelatihan terkait dengan administrasi aplikasi web desa yang dimiliki oleh Desa Tumpakoyot. Pengabdi berharap dengan adanya program pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas SDM aparatur pemerintah Desa Tumpakoyot sehingga mencapai misi yang telah digagas oleh pemerintahan desa.

Many recent studies have used plastic waste as an ingredient in conventional asphalt mixtures. However, they did not notice that the addition of plastics can reduce the permeability of asphalt mixtures, which means that porous asphalt is a better plastic trash that will be added to a specific type of asphalt mixture. Despite having a low marshall value, porous asphalt provides a benefit in terms of permeability. Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), a form of plastic trash employed in this study, boosted the Marshall stability mark. This study changed porous asphalt by adding LDPE plastic for usage on the field, then tested for marshall stability and permeability. A porous asphalt mixture should be created as a result of this study's findings with the highest percentage of plastic content without reducing its permeability classification, considering the percentage of plastic used. It is equally essential, and evaluating the wheel tracking machine will help gather more information about its resistance to deformation. The permeability test of porous asphalt with the addition of plastic at 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%, respectively, produced findings that were 0.2002 cm/s, 0.1507 cm/s, 0.1131 cm/s, and 0.0897 cm/s. The results of the Marshall stability check on porous asphalt with the percentage of added plastic starting from 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 percent show values of 571.52 kilograms, 716.9067 kilograms, 731.9467 kilograms, 817.1733 kilograms, and 912 .4267 kilograms. In the wheel tracking machine test, it works well for dynamic stability values at a plastic percentage of 20%, or 7159.091 passes/mm.ABSTRAKBanyak penelitian telah menggunakan limbah plastik sebagai bahan campuran aspal konvensional beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, mereka tidak memperhatikan bahwa plastik dapat mengecilkan permeabilitas campuran aspal, yang berarti aspal berpori adalah jenis campuran aspal yang lebih baik untuk dicampur dengan sampah plastik. Meskipun aspal berpori memiliki nilai marshall yang rendah, namun aspal jenis ini memiliki keunggulan pada permeabilitasnya. Dalam penelitian ini limbah plastik yang digunakan adalah jenis LDPE (low density polyethylene), yang mana terbukti memberikan peningkatan terhadap nilai stabilitas marshall. Penelitian ini mengubah aspal berpori dengan menambahkan plastik LDPE agar dapat digunakan di lapangan, kemudian dilakukan pengujian stabilitas marshall dan permeabilitas, Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan campuran aspal berpori dengan persentase kadar plastik tertinggi tanpa mengurangi klasifikasi permeabilitasnya dengan memperhitungkan persentase plastik yang digunakan. Hal yang tidak kalah penting, dibutuhkan data tambahan tentang ketahanan deformasinya melalui pengujian whell tracking machine. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, Dengan persentase penambahan plastik pada 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 berturut-turut, permeabilitas aspal berpori mencapai 0,2002 cm/s, 0,1640 cm/s, 0,1507 cm/s, dan 0,1131 cm/s, dan 0,0897 cm/s. Hasil dari pemeriksaan stabilitas Marshall pada aspal berpori dengan besaran persentase penambahan plastik mulai dari 0, 5, 10, 15, dan 20 persen menunjukkan nilai 571,52 kilogram, 716,9067 kilogram, 731,9467 kilogram, 817,1733 kilogram, dan 912,4267 kilogram. Untuk nilai stabilitas dinamis pada pengujian whell tracking machine memberikan hasil yang baik pada persentase plastik 20% yaitu sebesar 7159,091 lintasan/mm.

With current technological developments, mobile phones can provide Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportation payment systems that still use ineffective tickets where passengers have to queue to buy ticket tickets. As well as the physical condition of the ticket which is easily wet and torn. In fact, currently there are many payment systems that use technology assistance as a payment method that can minimize queues for purchasing transportation tickets. Such as smart cards used by Trans Jakarta transportation and the use of smartphones as a means of payment for Go-Jek and Grab transportation. So we need an innovation that can replace the BRT payment system which still uses tickets using the current technology. For this reason, a mobile-based Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) payment system was created so that passengers can easily make transportation payments. This system can validate voucher codes and make payments.

Studi literature ini lakukan dengan di latar belakangi oleh fenomena, kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menunjukkan bahwa wanita dan anak anak sangat rentan terhadap untuk menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang berefek dikesehatan mental korban yang menjdi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Tujuan dari artikel pembedahan jurnal jurnal ini untuk meriview kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga dengan kesehatan mental para korban terutama wanita dan anak – anak maupun remaja yang mengalami dan melihat kejadian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Untuk mengetahui defenisi dari kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dan efeknya terhadap kesehatan mental terhadap para korbannnya baik wanita maupun anak – anak dan remaja, serta factor yang mempengaruhinya. Riview dalam artikel ini terhadap jurnal  penelitian terkait kekerasan dalam rumah tangga tahun 2016 – 2020.
Hasil riview menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan subjek yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah wanita dan anak – anak mau pun remaja, bentuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dialami adalah kekerasan verbal, fisik, psikis, seksual, yang mana akan mempengaruhi kesehatan mental bagi para korban yang akan berakibat korban memiliki anixiety disorder, yang akan mengganggu keberlangsungan keseharian dari korban baik di rumah, lingkungan sosisal maupun sekolah. Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang terjadi secara terus menerus berefek kepada kesehatan mental bagi korban. Rancangan penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan wawancara, penelitian kuantitatif berupa survey, kualitatif berupa wawancara terhadap Koran yang dilakukan selama beberapa tahun dengan kelompok ada yang dikontrol dan tidak di control oleh peneliti. Duskusi yang dilakukan tentang hasil riview penelitian akan berimplikasi kepada peneliti selanjutnya, terutama unutk dilakukan di Indonesia.

The low students' avarage number of mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII SMPN 1 Candung ranged from 82.14% to 89.29%. To overcome this problem, researchers tried to conduct research by applying the EXO OLO TASK learning model in learning mathematics. This type of research is pre-experimental research with the research design The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Cawang. The samples in this study were students of class VIII.2 as the experimental class and VIII.1 as the control class. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills in the form of an essay test. The results of the study using the t-test obtained t_count=1.92 > t_table=1.674, so H0 was rejected. For Minitab software testing at a significant level of a = 0.05, Pvalue = 0.002 is obtained, meaning Pvalue <a, so H0 is also rejected. So it can be concluded that students' mathematical critical thinking skills using the EXO OLO TASK learning model are better than students' mathematical critical thinking abilities using conventional learning in class VIII SMPN 1 Cdungung.

Hasil studi Programme for International Student Assessment atau dikenal dengn PISA (2018) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi membaca siswa Indonesia 70% berada dibawah level kompetisi minimum. Dengan ranking ke 62 dari 70 negara berkaitan dengan tingkat literasi, atau berada pada 10 negara terbawah yang memiliki tingkat literasi rendah. Rendahnya literasi di Indonesia ini jugalah yang menuntut pemerintah semakin gencar menggalakkan program gerakan literasi sekolah (GLS) tidak terkecuali bagi SD Tambakasri 5 sebagai lembaga penyelenggara dan pelaksana pendidikan. Pelaksanaan literasi sekolah yang menjadikan guru sebagai subjek pelaksana kegiatan program GLS tentu akan berjalan dengan baik ketika kemampuan berliterasi guru meningkat, tidak hanya meminta siswa membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran sebagai bentuk pembiasaan tetapi guru juga harus mengembangkan minat baca anak dan mengintegrasikannya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Solusi yang ditawarkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat baca anak dan upaya pengintegrasian literasi kedalam pembelajaran yakni melalui pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan berlitersi dengan bermain berbasis buku atau yang dikenal dengan bookish play untuk guru SDN Tambakasri 5. Bookish play merupakan upaya guru menumbuhkan minat baca anak dengan mengintegrasikan sumber belajar dan sumber kebahagian kepada siswa SD yang terkategori anak-anak akhir.

The success or failure of an organization in achieving its predetermined goals is highly dependent on the ability of its human resources (employees) to carry out the tasks or work assigned to them. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and work placement on employee productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The data processing method is carried out using a saturated sampling approach, namely the sampling method in which the entire population is used as a research sample totaling 46 employees. Data analysis was carried out using validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, determination tests, F tests and T tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Recruitment and Job Placement partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity at PT. Dewasutratex Cimahi. The effect of recruitment on work productivity is 83.6% and the remaining 16.4 is influenced by other variables outside the research. While the effect of placement on work productivity is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4 is influenced by other variables.
