Successful companies will always practice logistics, supply chain and inventory management in order to reduce costs and provide services and operational effectiveness. Logistics in the current state of business coordinates and integrates all physical and non-physical movements and unites them with the organization, as well as information aspects. This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate logistics management which includes transportation, warehousing, packaging, inventory and information management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Reducing the cost of each logistics activity will affect the total cost burden and improve company performance. This article will determine and define what logistics activities are key to the success of the company. Empirical research is based on articles that have been adapted and abstracted and become hypotheses that are generally understood after validation and proven by the results of the findings in these articles. Adequate inventory, storage, warehousing, transportation and information management are the main keys that logistics managers should practice to reduce the overall cost of the company. These findings include the affirmation of the need for logistics managers to optimally manage all logistics activities in order to achieve cost reduction, service improvement and operational effectiveness.

The training material consists of two things, namely an oral reflection to be uploaded via aYouTube channel and a written reflection in three paragraph reflection (called rentigraf) format. Because theparticipants' backgrounds were so diverse, especially in terms of their ability to use IT, the assignments givenwere only related to writing reflections in written form, namely in a three-paragraph reflection format(rentigraf). Despite this, of the 97 participants, only 32 participants submitted their assigned three-paragraphreflections (rentigraf) which were eventually printed into the Book of Rentigraf. Among the many approaches to studying color harmony tried so far, a relatively recent method is to leverage a large number of human-created and ranked color palettes, such as those hosted at colourlovers.com. Analysis of these large datasets could provide insights into the nature of color harmony but is usually overwhelming because of the sheer number of slightly differing colors. It is possible to quantize the colors in these color palettes to a manageable set of discrete colors without significantly affecting the harmony perception of the palette. Considering the quantized colors as words and the palettes as sentences, it is possible to form and compute the probabilities of n-Grams in the sentences. In this study, we create bigrams and trigrams from the corpus of highly ranked color palettes and use them to predict new color combinations.  Respondents were asked to like or dislike the patterns colored with these color combinations. It was found that the new color combinations thus formed were almost as harmonious and pleasing as the originals.

Benang merupakan bahan baku utama dalam pembuatan produk tekstil. Banyaknya pengrajin tekstil di Indonesia khususnya Pekalongan mendorong pengusaha produksi benang harus terus berjalan. Dengan banyaknya pesaing di industri tekstil ini pihak penjual semakin sulit untuk mendapat kepercayaan dari pihak konsumen. Selain melihat dari sisi harga, konsumen juga akan menilai dari kualitas produk yang diterimanya. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen terhadap pembelian ulang produk. Salah satu pengrajin benang di pekalongan yaitu Hanatex. Meskipun transaksi pembelian benang terus berjalan, akan tetapi Hanatex masih sering menerima keluhan dari konsumen terhadap kualitas benang yang diterimanya. Keluhan yang di didapatkan dari konsumen bisa menjadi kesempatan untuk memperbaiki kesalahan sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas bisnis. Hal tersebut perlu di perhatikan dan ditangani dengan benar agar nantinya dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pemenuhan kualitas layanan yang memuaskan konsumen salah satunya yaitu dengan merespon keluhan dari konsumen. Keluhan pelanggan yang bervariasi perlu dilakukan segmentasi untuk mengelompokkan data-data berdasarkan keluhan tertentu yang lebih spesifik. Dengan demikian dapat memudahkan dalam melakukan analisa keluhan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dengan perbaikan yang tepat.Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menggunakan DBI performance dari algoritma k-means dalam melakukan segmentasi dapat disimpulkan baik karena 88,8% kemiripan data dalam kelompok mirip. Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan perlu ditambahkan metode untuk cleaning data pada text processing untuk menghilangkan kata singkatan dan kata tidak baku agar dapat meningkatkan performance dan akurasi metode.

This research aims to analyze time and cost control on the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project managed by PT. LUM uses the Earned Value Management (EVM) method. EVM is an effective method for measuring project performance and progress by combining cost, time and completed work data. This case study uses secondary data obtained from project progress reports and PT financial data. LUM. Analysis is carried out to identify cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) as well as cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (Schedule Performance Index - SPI). The research results show that the ITC Pole Fiber Optic project experienced several deviations from the planned budget and schedule, with CV and SV showing negative values ??at several project stages, indicating cost overruns and delays. The CPI and SPI values ??obtained also provide an overview of the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation. Based on these findings, several improvement steps are recommended to optimize time and cost control to improve project performance in the future. This research makes an important contribution in providing insight into the application of EVM in fiber optic installation projects and can be used as a reference in managing similar projects in the future.

Student academic result is one of indicators that shows the success or failure of implementing the learning process at school. To obtain maximum student academic result, various efforts have been made, such as changing  the curriculum which emerges new learning models in the learning process such as Problem Based Learning (PBL), Inquiry, Project Based Learning and so on.This research is aimed to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning learning model on improving student academic result. This research uses a quantitative approach with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this research were 28 catholic’s students in 3rd grade of SD Negeri 155710 Lobutua 1. This research was held at SD Negeri 155710 Lobutua 1, Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra. This research was held in two cycles with different learning topics.The results of this research indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning model in the learning process of Catholic Religious Education subjects both in cycle I and cycle II can improve the learning outcomes of 3rd grade students at SD Negeri No. 155710, Lobutua 1 with the significance value for each cycle are sig. 0.00 (F = 90.812) and sig. 0.00 (F = 89.787). The percentage increase in student academic result in each cycle are 40.75% and 36.84%.

Pertanian hidroponik adalah salah satu metode modern dalam budidaya yang semakin populer. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan pengelolaan sumber daya dalam pertanian hidroponik, saat ini sudah bisa menggunakan kemajuan teknologi, contohnya penggunaan Internet Of Things (IoT). Teknologi IoT telah diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek pertanian hidroponik, termasuk pemantauan nutrisi tanaman, pengelolaan air, iklim, dan pengendalian hama. Sensor IoT memungkinkan petani untuk memantau tingkat nutrisi dalam larutan nutrisi secara real-time. Ini membantu dalam mengoptimalkan pemupukan tanaman, mengurangi limbah nutrisi, dan memastikan tanaman menerima nutrisi yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan yang maksimal. Pengelolaan air adalah faktor kunci dalam hidroponik. Dalam pengendalian iklim, penggunaan IoT memungkinkan petani untuk mengawasi dan mengontrol suhu, kelembaban, dan cahaya di lingkungan pertanian secara otomatis. Ini memberikan tanaman kondisi yang optimal sepanjang waktu, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan hasil dan kualitas panen. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan teknologi IoT pada petani hidroponik di lingkungan Dinas Tanaman Pangan Hortikultura dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota ini dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, trust, location, income, and public views related to profit sharing in saving at Islamic banks. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative. Sampling techniques are simple random sampling and questionnaires. The results showed that financial literacy and location did not affect the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. Trust, income and perception of profit sharing have a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving at Sharia Banks in the people of Perbaungan District. The need to expand the arrangement of data on Islamic banks such as sharia principles and products/goods in Islamic banks, so that interest in saving at Islamic banks will increase.

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.
