PT Adi Satria Abadi is a company engaged in tanning. The problem faced by the company is the presence of defective leather during the goat and sheep tanning production process. From these problems, the purpose of this study was to identify the level of product defects, analyze the factors that cause defects, and make recommendations for improvements to improve the quality of goat and sheep tanning products. Data processing in this study uses the SQC (Statistical Quality Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) methods. Based on the identification results, it was found that there were 1,507 holes for holes, 1,066 for thick defects, 1,061 for louse defects, and 1,086 for size defects. The results of the SQC analysis still have uncontrolled data based on the control chart which is on size defects with a total of 1,086 defects, while for hollow defects, too thick defects, and tick defects are under control. The results of the FMEA analysis show that the order of completion with the first priority is spotting bugs with an RPN value of 36. The suggested improvements to the company are by directly selecting raw materials and supervising employees.

As the center of academic activities of Muhadi Setiabudi University with 101 lecturers, 1266 students and 94 employees must be supported by adequate parking infrastructure. Parking is an important infrastructure in an activity. One of the problems in parking is the lack of adequate parking space. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the characteristics of parking in the campus area. The evaluation results found parking characteristics at the location in the form of: motorcycle parking volume of 347 vehicles and cars of 28 vehicles. The maximum parking duration for motorbikes is 195,089 minutes and cars is 185,591 minutes. The maximum accumulated value of motorcycle parking is 267 vehicles and cars are 18 vehicles. The maximum static capacity on the motorcycle is 922 vehicles while for cars it is 41 vehicles. The maximum parking index on motorcycles is 89% as well as on cars is 130%. The maximum turnover on motorcycles is 1.16 times and for cars 2.16 times. The maximum parking space requirement on motorcycles is 294 vehicles, on cars is 20 vehicles. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the capacity of the existing parking lot for motorbikes is adequate, but for cars it is not adequate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis cara penerapan teori konstruktivisme dalam pembuatan media kerajinan kain flanel untuk anak-anak khususnya di desa bulungcangkring, peneliti dapat memperhatikan kemampuan kreativitas berdasarkan teori konstruktivisme. penelitian ini menggunakan metode jenis Kualitatif dengan fokus pada studi literatur. Pendekatan ini akan mempertimbangkan berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, artikel, dan jurnal yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Studi literatur dimulai dengan mencari, menganalisis, dan menyimpulkan informasi yang memperkuat analisis yang dilakukan. Metode studi literatur terdiri dari kegiatan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, dan mengolah bahan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa kreativitas anak di desa Bulungcangkring dapat berkembang melalui peningkatan kreativitas dan keaktifan anak, serta pengembangan kognitif anak yang menekankan pada pembentukan pemahaman individu mengenai realitas yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitasnya. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui interaksi aktif dengan lingkungan sekitar, pengalaman dalam membuat kerajinan dari kain flanel, dan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kain flanel.

This study aims to determine the impact of the effectiveness and efficiency of using computerized accounting information systems. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Manuntung Balikpapan. The method used is qualitative and the technique used is interviewing. The test results of this study, namely the Use of Computerized Information Systems accounting, have an effective impact by looking at time, data input, productivity, supervision and work evaluation and the use of Computerized Information Systems Accounting has an efficiency impact by seeing that the number of data output results produced is greater than the number of data input results. The impact of this effectiveness and efficiency is due to the various features available in the Computerized Accounting Information System that make it easier for users to input journals and make financial reports.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Current Ratio Terhadap Perubahan Laba (2) Pengaruh Return On Equity Terhadap Perubahan Laba (3) Pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio. Jenis pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan laporan tahunan dari tahun 2010-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakakan SPSS 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) . (1) Current Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2,04523 dan thitung sebesar 0,296. (2) Return on Equity secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel sebesar 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar 5,111. (3)  Dividend Payout Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh, namun tidak signifikan terhadap perubahan laba dan hasil penelitian diperoleh uji ttabel 2, 04523 dan thitung sebesar -0,118. (4) Current Ratio, Return on Equity, dan Dividend Payout Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perubahan laba hasil penelitian diperoleh uji Ftabel 2,93 dan Fhitung 9,875 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Perhitungan analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan persamaan linier regresi diperoleh dengan nilai Y = -2,628 + 0,337X1 + 29,764X2 - 0.056X3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2020 yang berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan sampel yang terpilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu 3 perusahaan yang terdiri dari PT Elnusa Tbk, PT Medco Internasional Tbk, dan PT Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk.

Banjarbaru City's economic growth compared to the National Level and the Province of South Kalimantan is low. Therefore efforts to increase community income and community empowerment efforts need to be carried out, this is in line with the government's mission to develop the economy, control population and increase development. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation to obtain data in accordance with the research. The results of the study indicate that the government's efforts in terms of empowering the Mentaos Village community through an economic development program can be said to be successful in improving the welfare of the Mentaos Village community as measured by the increase in income earned by business actors participating in the program and also the provision of training and courses provided can improve their abilities or skills in the business world so that they can be independent to meet their economic needs.AbstrakPertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Banjarbaru dibanding dengan Tingkat Nasional dan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan termasuk yang rendah. Oleh karena itu upaya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat serta upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilakukan, hal ini sejalan dengan misi pemerintah untuk mengembangkan ekonomi, pengendalian penduduk dan meningkatkan pembangunan. Oleh karena itu upaya pembanguan dalam berbagai bidang sedang dan terus dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data yang sesuai dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya pemerintah dalam hal pemberdayaan masyarakat Kelurahan Mentaos melalui program pengembangan ekonomi dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Mentaos yang diukur dari hasil peningkatan pendapatan yang didapatkan oleh para pelaku usaha yang mengikuti program tersebut dan juga pemberian pelatihan dan kursus yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan atau keterampilan mereka dalam dunia usaha sehingga dapat mandiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya.

The Baubau Crossing Port as one of the ports managed by the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi plays a vital and important role in encouraging the movement of people and goods in and out of Baubau City. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of the quality of port terminal services on the satisfaction of ferry passengers at the Baubau Crossing Port. The sample of this research is 60 passengers with accidental sampling system. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the quality of port terminal services and the level of satisfaction of ferry passengers at the Baubau Crossing Port.

Berdasarkan data dari badan pusat stasistik (BPS), Indonesia mengalami kontransi pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2020. Hal ini menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami deflasi atau penurunan drastis karena perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia mempunyai pergerakan yang kurang stabil. Perubahan yang terjadi dipengaruhi adanya pandemi covid-19.Pemerintah indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan guna mengurangi penyebaran virus covid-19. Namun kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan berkurangnya jumlah konsumsi rumah tangga. Konsumsi di Indonesia yang tidak terkendali menyebabkan perekonomian mengalami penurunan, untuk itu pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memulihkan perekonomian, pemerintah melaksanakan kebijakan dan membangun kerjasama dengan masyarakat ataupun pelaku usaha UMKM sebagai peran utama pada pergerakan pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia dan mendorong percepatan efektivitas ekonomi disetiap daerah.
