This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how to calculate Trend  Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis) in PT Timah Tbk financial reports and how to explain the results of calculations using Trend Analysis (Index Number Series Analysis). The research approach uses a quantitative type using secondary data collected using documentation and literature study methods. By analyzing financial report data at PT Timah Tbk. The technique for collecting secondary data is carried out using documentation techniques. namely by collecting company financial reports from December 31 2020. 2021. 2022. 2023 and March 31 2024. Data is collected from the official IDX website. namely (www.idx.co.id) by downloading . The research results show that the financial trend analysis of PT Timah Tbk from 2020 to 2024 shows significant changes in various aspects of the company's finances. PT Timah Tbk succeeded in increasing its total equity. major challenges in maintaining revenue and cost efficiency led to a decrease in overall profitability. In research. researchers have an interest in time and knowledge. which results in less comprehensive research results and obtaining limited information.

The Sukolilan Village community's efforts to strengthen the rural economy through animal husbandry is one example of community activities that can boost the rural economy. Snail farming is a business prospect for the village community because it is very easy to cultivate. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained through direct surveys to snail cultivators. The results of this study can provide an understanding that snail cultivation has a great opportunity to be practiced and expanded to improve the village economy.

Hypertension is one of the most common and serious health problems in society, which can cause complictions such as heart disease, stroke and kidney failure. This study examines the use of starfruit leaves (Averrhoa bilimbi) as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of hypertension. The aim of this community service program is to increase public knowledge and understanding of the benefits of starfruit leaves in the treatment of hypertension, as well as provide education on how to process starfruit leaves into a safe and effective herbal concoction. The results of the pre-test and post-test obtained showed that the pre-test percentage was correct at 88.7% and the percentage value incorrect was 12.3%, while the post-test percentage correct was 98.7% and the percentage value incorrect was 2.3%. The conclusion of this program is that education regarding the use of starfruit leaves can increase public understanding about alternative treatments for hypertension based on local plants.

The purpose of writing this article is to explain the apprenticeship application process at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya City. The type of research in this article is descriptive with a qualitative approach using field studies. Field studies are direct review activities aimed at obtaining the data needed as material in preparing the final report. This research includes observation and interview methods.

In this era of digitalization, almost all Indonesian people use gadgets. This also seems to have become an inseparable phenomenon in this era of digitalization, especially among young people in Indonesia, including elementary school children. The impact of using the gadget itself also varies, ranging from the positive impact that can be taken and the negative impact that must be avoided. Lack of knowledge about the impact of gadget use for elementary school children, students of the Faculty of Law UPN Veteran East Java conducted socialization at SDN Sidodadi 2. The target of this socialization activity is 5th grade elementary school children with a total of 55 students. This socialization activity aims to provide understanding and legal knowledge about the impact of excessive use of gadgets, especially since 5th grade elementary school children are the age when the transition from children to the adolescent phase is born. This socialization activity uses a special approach method so that in the delivery process it can be well received and on target. The results of socialization activities are summarized into reports and journals so that benefits and learning can reach the wider community.

 The lava lamp exercise with the children of kebonsari urban village, citangkil sub-district is a fun and educational activity that involves making simple lava lamps using materials easily found at home. This study aims to explore the children's experience of the lava lamp experiment, and its impact on their understanding of basic chemistry concepts, and chemical interactions. Through a teaching approach based on simple science experiments and participatory observation, children were given the opportunity to experiment with a mixture of oil, water, and coloring agents to create interesting visual effects in their own lava lamps. The results showed that this practice not only increased children's interest in science, but also strengthened collaborative skills, and understanding of basic experimental concepts. This experiment highlights the importance of experiential and interactive learning approaches in developing childrens I nterest in science.

This study aims to identify and analyze language errors in beauty product advertisements on the Instagram account of MS Glow Beauty. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through screenshots of various advertisement posts from the account. The analysis focused on identifying spelling errors, grammatical inaccuracies, and language interference within the advertisement content. The findings revealed significant language errors, including inappropriate word usage, incorrect sentence structures, and inconsistent mixing of Indonesian and English. These errors can reduce the professionalism and effectiveness of marketing communications and influence consumer perceptions of the product and brand. The study highlights the importance of proper and consistent language use in digital marketing content to enhance communication quality and brand image. Recommended language improvements are expected to help beauty brands increase the appeal and effectiveness of their social media advertisements, contributing to better practices in digital marketing.

Mango (Mangifera indica L.) is a fruit that is loved by people all over the world. This research aims to determine the morphological characteristics of mango fruit in Panyileukan District, West Java, Indonesia. This research was conducted in four villages, namely Mekar Mulya, Cipadung Kidul, Cipadung Wetan and Cipadung Kulon. This research aims to determine the morphological characters of mangoes in Panyileukan District. Field data collection was carried out by observing the mango varieties planted by the community in their home gardens. A total of eight varieties of mango were found at the research location: mango gedong, garifta, arumanis, cengkir, kaweni, grogot, simanalagi and apple. Each mango variety has different morphological characteristics. Botanical identification was carried out by comparing the morphological characteristics of mango trees using several publications, including journals, magazines and websites. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 stueis at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang, using descriptive method of qualitative approach, data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, and recording secondary data related to research problems, then qualitative alaysis is carried out. The results showed that implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in Tanjungpinang city in 2023 study at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang has been well implemented although there are several variabels that must be improved in the implementation of PIP in the future. Such as the lack of dissemination on information about PIP, there is no additional quita given, and the lack of use of funds obtained by recipitiens so that yhis can result in misuseof funds. Therefore, it is hoped that in the future the government can overcome the shortcomings in the implementation of PIP so that the implementationcan be more effective and efficient.
