The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into judicial decision-making processes is reshaping the administration of justice, offering new possibilities for efficiency and consistency while raising critical concerns about fairness and judicial discretion. This research explores the use of AI to support judges in their decision-making processes, focusing on the balance between technological assistance and the human consideration of justice. Additionally, it examines the regulatory frameworks that enable and govern AI’s role in the judiciary. Employing a normative juridical research methodology and secondary data from literature reviews, this study finds that AI systems can only assist judges by providing recommendations rather than replacing their judgment. Algorithms and mathematical models cannot fully account for the complex, qualitative factors inherent in the pursuit of justice, such as moral considerations, empathy, and societal context. Currently, AI usage in judicial processes is not explicitly regulated; however, it may be justified under Article 1 Point 8 of Indonesia’s ITE Law, which recognizes electronic agents controlled by humans to achieve specified objectives. The research underscores that AI’s potential lies in its capacity to complement human judges by enhancing efficiency and reducing bias in routine tasks, while ultimate decision-making must remain a human responsibility. This study concludes that the responsible use of AI, guided by clear legal and ethical frameworks, can ensure that technological advancements in the judiciary uphold the principles of justice and human dignity.

This study examined the effects of Blended Learning (BL) and Peer Tutoring (PT) on student achievement in genetics among agricultural education students in North Central Nigeria. Using a quasi-experimental design, 167 students from three education colleges were divided into experimental and control groups. The Genetics Achievement Test (GAT) and the Genetics Blended Learning Package (GBLP) assessed learning outcomes. Pre- and post-test results showed that students taught with BL and PT outperformed traditional methods, with BL being the most effective. Gender differences were also observed, with male students performing better across all methods. The study concludes that both BL and PT enhance learning and recommend their adoption. Additionally, schools should integrate innovative teaching methods and ICT tools to improve instruction in complex subjects.

The research aims to build a training programme according to the dimensions of the professional motivation of accountants and its impact on the development of technical Literacy by verifying the validity of the following null hypothesis: "There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of accountants of the experimental group and those who will subject accountants to the training programme based on the dimensions of professional motivation and the average scores of accountants for the control group who will not subject accountants to training in the training programme in technical Literacy. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control), as 42 accountants were randomly selected (by lot) as a sample for research from the accountants of the General Directorate of Education of Qadisiyah for the academic year 2024-2025, by 21 accountants for the experimental group and 21 accountants for the control group. The training programme was built according to three stages (planning, design, evaluation), and then trained accountants of the experimental group for a period of (11) days by two sessions per day using the training programme according to the dimensions of professional motivation, and the researcher prepared a scale for technical Literacy of the type of multiple choice (40 items), and their sincerity and stability were verified, as the stability coefficient for testing the scale reached (90, 0) and the stability coefficient of the observation card was (0.86), for the scale test (0.89) and they were applied after the end of the experiment. And the researcher used the statistical programme SPSS.The accountants of the experimental group outperformed the accountants of the control group in the scale test, and in light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the possibility of adopting the training programme prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-learning-based collaborative learning in reducing students' misconceptions about class heat material. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample used was 300 grade XI high school students. Student misconceptions were analyzed using the CRI (Certainty of Response Index) method. The results showed that student misconceptions decreased by 26.50% from an average of 54.00% before learning to 27.50% after implementing E-learning-based collaborative learning. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that e-learning-based collaborative learning has proven effective in reducing high school students' misconceptions regarding the concept of heat. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of cooperative learning with an e-learning platform that is specifically designed to reduce misconceptions about the idea of heat at the Senior High School.

The One Stop Service provided by the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority is designed to streamline the registration procedures for herbal medicines, cosmetics, and health supplements. This service is essential for improving efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction; however, empirical evaluations of user satisfaction remain limited. Previous studies highlight that service quality, communication, and responsiveness are key factors influencing satisfaction, but specific research on BPOM’s OSS is scarce. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction levels, identify key determining factors, and provide recommendations for improving the service. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaires from participants who engaged in the service, both offline and online. The results indicate that most respondents were satisfied, particularly with processing time, ease of access, and staff responsiveness. However, areas requiring improvement include the development of digital features, more equitable service distribution, and enhanced transparency in communication. This study offers novelty by emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach that incorporates dimensions of communication, privacy, and inclusivity.
