Labeling halal is a way to provide information that helps consumers identify the halal status of products on their packaging. With this halal labeling, the product can be regarded as halal, offering assurance and legal protection in line with Islamic law. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of halal labeling on consumer purchasing decisions, using interest as an intervening variable for Moringa Sticks products. The sampling method employed in this study was Nonprobability Sampling, involving a total of 100 respondents. Several tests were conducted, including data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and concluded with the Sobel test. The findings of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable (X) and purchase intention (Z) as an intervening factor do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y) for the Moringa Stik product.

Infrastructure facilities explain maintenance which is currently in Islamic boarding schools as a learning tool and tool. media that must really be managed as well as possible, the aim of this research is to be able to find out the infrastructure used at the Ziayadatut Taqwa Islamic boarding school, the prohibition of Pamekasan shops in order to maintain existing infrastructure, this method uses qualitative because it is through an interview or Direct observation of the location using this qualitative method means that we can maintain the infrastructure at the Ziyadatut Taqwa Ban Tokol Pamekasan Islamic boarding school effectively and efficiently.

This research aims to theoretically describe the transformation of libraries in the transmission of knowledge. By using the library study method, this research is expected to be able to provide a detailed explanation of the research objectives. The results of this research are that the transformation of libraries into science programs involves several important stages, starting from identifying library needs which focus on work program methods that are in accordance with the potential of learning resources in the community as well as the benefits of libraries in the transmission of knowledge to finding out libraries in the development of Islamic science in held in several institutions

Climate change has become a global issue with significant impacts, especially in urban areas, with the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon being one of its catalysts. This research aims to analyze the effect of the Urban Heat Island phenomenon in Semarang City in 2024, triggered by population growth, urbanization, and land use changes. This research uses spatial analysis methods based on Google Earth Engine (GEE) and Landsat-8 satellite imagery to calculate surface temperature. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method. The population of this study consists of people residing or staying in the city of Semarang, and the samples are the Garnisun Field area representing South Semarang, the Tugu Muda area representing Central Semarang, and the Old Town area representing North Semarang. The research results show that the highest temperature was recorded in the Tugu Muda area, which was 37.3°C, followed by the Garnisun Field at 36.8°C and the Old Town at 36.4°C. The main factors contributing to the intensity of UHI include the conversion of vegetated land into built-up areas, emissions from motor vehicles, and the lack of green open spaces. The recommended mitigation measures are implementing environmentally friendly technologies such as green roofs, green walls, and high-albedo materials, as well as expanding green spaces in residential and commercial areas.

The purpose of this research is to build a review study to analyse the situation of successful companies in the use of digital twinning to reduce waste and losses that occur in the lack of accurate investment of time and efforts made, and from this basis was presented a set of previous studies related to digital twinning in order to determine the findings of these studies and discuss them by identifying points of similarity and difference between these studies,  And then come up with an idea and a new mechanism to determine the behaviours that companies can pursue in order to apply digital twinning, and on this basis the research discussed the conceptual framework of digital twinning and then the mechanisms through which companies can use it in order to develop their ability to achieve strategic success and competitiveness, the research has come out with several results, foremost of which was that digital twinning works to build a digital model that parallels competing companies through data analysis, improving their efficiency, accelerating innovation, predicting trends, and Then improve the customer experience and achieve integration between the current systems and the systems pursued by other companies.

The research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation for accountants and its impact on improving job satisfaction by verifying the validity of the following null hypothesis: "There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group who will undergo training in the program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation, and the average scores of the control group who will not undergo training in the training program in job satisfaction." To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the experimental design with two equivalent groups (experimental and control), as (42) accountants were selected randomly (by lottery) as a sample for the research from the accountants affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Qadisiyah for the academic year (2024 - 2025), with (21) accountants for the experimental group and (21) accountants for the control group. The training program was built according to three stages (planning, design, evaluation), and then the accountants of the experimental group were trained for (11) days with two sessions per day using the training program according to the dimensions of professional motivation. The researcher also prepared a scale for technical enlightenment of the multiple-choice type (40 paragraphs), and their validity and stability were verified, as the stability coefficient for the scale test reached (0.91) and the stability coefficient for the observation card reached (0.87), for the scale test (0.89) and they were applied after the end of the experiment. The researcher used the statistical program SPSS. The accountants of the experimental group outperformed the accountants of the control group in the job satisfaction scale test, and in light of the research results, the researcher recommended the possibility of adopting the training program prepared according to the dimensions of professional motivation.

The aim of this research is to examine the position of state finances as state capital participation in the INA. Through Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (PERPPU) No. 2/2022, the Investment Management Institution as known as Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) is a new initiative by the government to manage Central Government investments. Referring to the Santiago Principles, the government uses the separate legal entity model for the establishment of INA. The capital of INA comes from state equity participation, which in Indonesia’s financial system is categorized as separate state assets. This means that, in essence, INA’s capital is considered state finance. However, there is a regulatory construction in Article 158 paragraph (4) which states that INA’s losses are not state losses, thus INA’s equity is no longer considered state finance. This is akin to the concept of a separate legal entity in corporations, which have their own assets separate from the assets of their owners/managers. Previously, Constitutional Court Decisions No. 48/PUU-XI/2013 and No. 62/PUU-XI/2013 had established that separated state assets remain state finance. Therefore, a question arises regarding the status of INA. Using normative legal research methods, the research findings indicate that INA’s equity originating from state equity participation has transformed into INA’s private finance. However, this transformation is not in line with the national financial system constructed based on the welfare state principle. Consequently, this could potentially create loopholes for the embezzlement of state funds.

This community service project aims to design the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) at the At-Taqwa Mosque, Kebon Batur Village, Demak, to provide facilities that support religious education for local children. The At-Taqwa Mosque was chosen as the location because it plays an important role in religious development in the area, but currently still has limited facilities to support adequate TPQ activities. Through a participatory approach involving the local community, discussions, field observations, and designs based on educational building standards were carried out. The result of this activity is a safe, functional, and environmentally friendly TPQ design, which is expected to be a guideline for the development of sustainable religious education facilities.

Mayoritas penduduk Indonesia bekerja sebagai petani, namun produktivitas sektor ini semakin menurun akibat cuaca ekstrem, kebijakan pemerintah yang kurang optimal, dan dinamika pasar modern. Salah satu permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah menumpuknya limbah pertanian akibat gagal panen, yang menyebabkan kerugian besar bagi petani. Petani cabai di Desa Bocek memiliki dua masalah yaitu penumpukan limbah cabai dan lemahnya branding produk dari segi hukum dan ekonomi. Penguatan branding produk Kompos Api menjadi langkah strategis untuk membantu petani cabai di Desa Bocek. Penguatan ini mencakup aspek hukum dengan legalisasi produk melalui pendaftaran merek dan sertifikasi halal. Aspek Ekonomi ditekankan melalui strategi pemasaran digital, yang efektif dalam memperkenalkan produk dengan biaya rendah dan membangun brand awareness melalui komunikasi interaktif di media sosial. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok tani dan usaha KOMPI. Sebagai solusi, tim pengabdian Universitas Brawijaya bekerja sama dengan kelompok usaha tani KOMPI mengadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk memperkuat branding produk KOMPI dari sisi Hukum dan Ekonomi. Kegiatan ini meliputi diskusi pemberian materi dan in depth review mengenai sertifikasi halal, PIRT, NIB, dan BPOM, serta pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial. Program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran petani tentang pentingnya aspek hukum dan ekonomi dalam usaha, serta memperkuat daya saing produk di pasar.

Pornography addiction can negatively affect adolescents by disrupting their social lives, emotions, and cognitive processes. This study aims to find a picture of adolescents who are addicted to pornography at SMKN 1 Serang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. These data were obtained from journals, articles, survey results, and interviews. This study used semi-structured interviews to explore in-depth information about adolescents' experiences of access to and addiction to pornographic content. The results show that addiction to pornographic content among teenagers at SMKN 1 Serang City generally starts at a very young age, around elementary school age. Students at SMKN 1 Serang City, the majority do not feel the influence of pornographic content in the school environment, although there are a small number of students who are influenced by seniors. Some students feel that pornographic content does not really interfere with their learning focus or social relationships, but others admit to being emotionally disturbed and their learning concentration.
